招牌菜
I came back to hongkong for holiday from overseas~~ i have a basic knowledge on korean cuisine since a lot of people I know are Korean and can cook extremely well. I was just casually shopping around at time square with some friends and got a lil hungry, saw this place and decided we would eat here since we kinda miss korean food We ordered and waited for so long~~ around 15-20 mins. Mine was the first to be done (the beef bibimbap), the beef was cold and tough, egg was burnt and the sauce on the top was cold as well, the whole dish was very hongkong styled korean, which disappointed me. One of my friend got pretty mad since she waited for 20+mins and THEN they told her that they were out of japchae. They wouldn't do a refund so she changed to a pork bibimbap. From what she said, the pork was really dry as well and she felt like she was eating 猪肉干 instead of pork slices =='It was lucky that our other friends ate elsewhere!!!

五月二十九日 (星期二)手中拿着百元的CitySuper Coupon,对我们来说的最好使用方法当然是吃吃吃是夜晚了收工,便来吃过快快的晚餐才回家记得两三年前吃过此店的辛辣面,一个劣评今日鼓起勇气再吃一来到还见到面饼仍卷成一团,未熟透的吃落面条生硬得很,牛肉也没有丁点牛味汤底算是唯一可取的地方,味够香辣惹味幸好面总算能挂汤,味道不致太难吃多给一次机会还是这样,决意以后不再来!

香港食韩国菜的地方不是很多,梨花园位于时代广场Food Court,交通方便,午饭时间很繁忙,先落单,然后去收银处排队付款,再等待领取食物,有点烦,但这个程序大约只需五分钟。什锦石头饭套餐,连牛肉海带汤,泡菜及韩式辣酱,忘了即时搅动石头饭,幸好碗底的白饭还没有严重烧焦,只有广东煲仔饭的效果 – 浅焦糖色的饭焦。什锦石头饭的特别之处是有七种不同颜色和味道的食材,菜比较多,把所有材料搅拌后,生鸡蛋已经熟透。辣味萝卜丝泡菜跟其他材料一起吃,辣味被中和。两大片牛肉,不是肥牛,有点”鞋”口,像薄切西冷。深绿色菜苗,很幼嫩,完全没有渣。例汤有轻微胡椒的辣味,也有甜味,海带的味道很香,我喝过几个地方的韩式例汤,这里的最好喝。

在铜锣湾要速食晚餐,除了连卡佛楼下的这个 food court,我想不到有其他地方。吃过几次梨花园了,每次都是选牛肉炒粉丝。店员一早已经煮好了一锅,只要夹上碟就成了。幸好保温做得好,仍然是热辣辣的。牛肉鲜甜,份量也很多。粉丝粗粗的,好入味。food court 里的餐厅晚上大约 $50-60 一个套餐,梨花园 $33 吃到饱饱,抵食之选。

今日同朋友系CWB行街起身到出到去4点几都未食过野因为朋友系附近番工所以就介绍我呢间铺头啦其实我个人觉得呢间铺头价钱系贵左少少可能通胀 咩都加 就系人工唔加而已点都好 都要食饭我叫左个 <石头牛肉饭>.HKD$50,套餐,送泡菜小前菜, 汤 / 汽水我问佢攞多左两个辣椒酱同埋本来我系叫汤, 之后同个姐姐讲转汽水都冇黑面服务唔错 ;>因为见韩国人食拌饭都系要落辣椒酱, 所以我都要试下先! XD其实佢啲辣椒酱又冇我想像中咁辣, 仲有少少甜甜地大家应该都可以接受牛肉OK, 啲菜都多唯一唔好系个饭湿左啲同埋唔系好热 捞匀之后已经开始变暖不过都系好味的可以推介 总结︰我觉得几好。 优点︰味道好OK,环境系比较热闹的 缺点︰饭比较湿,都几快变冻,要亲热食
