招牌菜
这一个中午,完全想不出有什么地方好食,只好麻木地向湾仔方向行。行到近集成,上司提起了板长寿司。没有目的的我同意了,然而,这亦是我第一次品味板长/板前的出品。上司之前来过食午市定食,感觉丰富,所以我们都以一人一份的定食为主,这定食,有前菜或汤,有手卷,有拉面,单是看食物的配搭,已经是够哂丰富。这板长,没有港式的饮料,一坐低,端在我们面前的是一杯开稀了的淡绿茶。无论你去任何日式餐厅,cheap 如 local 日食店或明将,或是极高级的酒店日本料理,绿茶这一个日本国粹,像是不能缺少的东西,淡口又好,浓味又好,感觉食日本菜饮绿茶,就像是食广东点心饮普洱的一样。前菜,有一个日式的薯饼,这薯仔,是薯仔容加炸粉而成的炸饼,金黄的外皮固然是香,内里的薯容,也是香口软滑,惟是伴菜不够新鲜而已。日本的另一国粹,就是味噌汁,我们中国人称之为面豉汤,这儿的汤不算是太浓,轻轻的豉香味反而啱我心意。套餐中,每人有一份手卷,一个是三文鱼手卷,另一个是吞拿鱼手卷。包在外的紫菜脆得很,单是说三文鱼,已感觉到鱼肉的新鲜感,其肉质软滑,入口无筋,鱼油味香甜。不用多点芥末与豉油,因为是真正鲜味的靓鱼生。三文鱼酱油渍寿司,连皮的三文鱼,完全没有韧的感觉,反而,鱼肉充满了鱼油的香,再加上酱油的豉香,感觉份外的香。池鱼及帆立贝寿司,入口都非常之新鲜可口,肉的组织是软软的,是冰鲜而没有经过急冻处理的新鲜水产食材,鱼肉同帆立贝都保持到新鲜的甜味,不错。中午饭,单是吃寿司的话又贵又不饱,所以叫上一个有面的定食才会令肚子安康,这儿的叉烧乌东,好味不? 我可以说乌东并不是板长的专长,所以不值得一赞,而面条太腍绝对不合我的口胃。这一个中午餐,只是胜在够抵食,味道上其实是一般连锁食店的水准,是不过不失的。食物没有惊喜,好的只是生鱼片比起其他的连锁寿司店大件同新鲜吧。

香草烟三文鱼寿司,烟熏过的满满香草味很赞 北寄贝寿司的外形很特别,弄得像玉子烧,没有切开一分为二,所以份量是平时的一陪呢,爽口没有沙很赞 火灸三文鱼,长胜将军,入口即融,最爱! 特大车海老,餐牌强调的十三厘米,不管是否真的有十三厘米啦,熟虾爽爽的反正是不错! 幸福滋味推广价每件九大元 , 万勿错过yummy见推广价五十大元有三款,但未吃过生牛肉的我,争扎了一会儿,决定一试 一上枱,看到牛是有被火灸过的,有稍微变色,但近看一点,都是红红的有血水,,,不顾了我咬,,wow!正啊!先试的是牛肋肉,入口即溶,而西冷和牛腿就比较有咬口,,淡淡牛肉味,推广价,,真的很值得一试yummy珍味广岛蚝 旁边的虾天妇罗不要看,因为超平凡且不是新鲜炸,所以不值一提 后面的是蟹肉蟹膏军舰,还好啦都不特别 重点来啦,前面的珍味广岛蚝,肥味的蚝是处理过的,咸咸的好特别,正 幸福滋味推广价每件九大元,万勿错过 yummy 两者都不差,但不会是很好, 只可以说是中规中矩,不过不失 但外表靓靓,老爸妈最爱叫LAST~~~~~伏之选择 所以话,不是专长的就一定会比下去,, 乌冬 口感不烟韧反而有粉的感觉 南瓜天妇罗 粉超厚,又不甜又不够热,餐牌写「人气」,但我想,,是令人生气的简写哈哈 下次去板长,还是乖乖的专心吃寿司好了 但季节限定的象拔蚌寿司却同样失色,,口感是超好,超爽的带点咬口就像是甜品吃的海底椰!但遗憾的是太腥了,不论嗅或吃都太强烈腥味! 伏之选择

Date night with the boy.Reasonable priced, but not amazing for the value. I have been to much better places for less.Sushi is feashly made infront of you and service is reasonable.We accidentally ordered some items by acciedent due to the number sustem which was a shame, made our bill supr expensive.If I had the choice again I would rather not go to this Japanese restaurant and would choose others, due to value for money.

BAD:- Just the worst service ever !!! ...very disappointing !!!Going there since 2009, in 2011 the management changed for the new team but ... it's EVEN WORSE :'(= always get served the order of the neighbor's table= always get sushis that were never even ordered= always get informed 20 min after order that some items are out of stock= staff quite annoyed each time you ask for something= staff never understands what is going on, never understands the first time what you want ... even when speaking Cantonese to them !!! = final bill can include items that you never had on the table- tables and cutleries are not always properly cleaned - always the same menu since 2 years at least, need some fresh ideas.GOOD:- The quality of the food is good.- Sashimis are fresh and of good quality.- The fried cheese croquettes with pumpkin are REALLY GOOD - The seared sushis of salmon and scallops are also to be recommended, it literally melts in your mouth !!! TO SUM UP:- Good food but terrible service !!!

见系板长, 又冇乜人咪入去试下.去到门口, 个劲理隔住对玻璃门望住我, 对眼好似响度紧我做咩想入黎咁.入到去有三台人, 劲难先叫到条waiter 黎落单.第一碟野到左之后见佢地停晒手, 跟住坐左十五分钟先叫到个waiter 黎问佢系咪仲有野黎. 跟住佢check 返, 原来差左两碟.算啦, 见佢地唔系太想做我都费事左住佢地蛇王, 比完钱之后;斗走果阵啲waiters一个字都冇出, 对眼尽量唔望我地.
