路经香港仔,很想吃糖水,不过不知去那一间好,唯有去了比较大型的杏花楼!!!很久没去杏花楼的我,不知道吃什么好,天气冷冷的,最后决定要一个姜汁撞奶暖暖胃等了接近5分钟,以为它没下单之际,雾著烟的姜汁撞奶终于出场!!<姜汁撞奶>它的外表平平无奇,与一般的没有大分别,白白滑滑的感觉,尝了第一口,无穷无尽的兴奋,姜味十分浓厚,不太甜,姜汁虽浓,但没有令到整个甜品像吃姜一般!!!!加上它的奶一点也不水汪汪,很有质感!!!实在是太好味了!!!!!!

镇江排骨is always my favourite. I think the best 镇江排骨, with average and reasonable price is from this chained restaurants. Now, they have 十八谷饭, it is even nicer. As now people are more health conscious, so offering a healthy staple certainly attracts more customers and also offer more alternatives to us. Which is good!镇江排骨 has not let me down. It's very tender and the sauce is very tasty. So we finished it in no time. We also ordered its seasonal offer of waterchestnut cake and also the Chinese New year pudding. Also very nice!We also tried its Turnip cake, which is also a good choice. It has ample turnip, which gives a lovely aroma and favour. Should buy some for the Chinese new year.We tried its almond sweetsoup with peppermint, the peppermint is too strong, but my hubby said he loves it.

都好耐无去杏花楼, 最近去返, 两次都系去食下午茶.吉列鱼柳包好好. 个包好好软熟, 我觉得好食过大家乐和翠华猪扒包用的面包. 吉列鱼柳炸得刚刚好, 鱼柳好嫩和有肉汁. 好食过mcdonald的鱼柳. 里面另有两片蕃茄和生菜. 粒粒香甜花生酱厚多士. 厚多士toast得好好, 我食紧的时候, 妈咪见到我件多士都咁话.粗粒的花生酱上再淋上炼奶. 其实同翠华的奶酱厚多士大同小异, 因为翠华都系用粗粒的花生酱. 虽然我一向都觉得翠华的奶酱多好正, 但奶酱就落得太重手, 食完都好漏. 比较之下, 我认为杏花楼的奶酱份量恰到好处, 反而无咁漏和滞.上次妈咪都试左Q版焗蕃茄猪扒意粉. 热腾腾端上来好正, 上面又加了芝士焗. 妈咪话冇佢个汁冇大家乐的一哥猪扒饭咁heavy. 而且意粉煮得刚刚好, 唔似其他茶餐厅咁烚得过淋和发胀.另外, 下午茶可以加$6或$10改配指定的甜品. 好抵.而且, 都几好坐呀!

呢度的番茄肥牛不错, 可以一食. 虽然系甜品居多, 不过普通菜都好食.甜品当然系双皮奶比较特别, 其他的都很好只系价钱少为贵了一点.服务方面有时候好有时候差, 都要看看老板的心情吧. 记得座位窄唔舒服要坐卡位.
