日本出品贯彻包装精美,呢个都唔例外,包装好吸引,拆开左开出黎都系好靓,包装纸有四个颜色,即系四个味道,入面系唔同味道既蛋卷,蛋卷又薄又松脆,再包住朱古力同其他馅料。

Hon Takasagoya had limited time items. These were called Feuille.Freshly assembled and imported from Japan, these were two pieces of puff pastry with azuki bean and other types of filling.Priced from $25-30, I was curious and bought some to work to treat coworkers.These were really good. The size was palm size. The pastry was so light and flaky. They were glazed with some sugar on top. I tried the strawberry and matcha. The azuki bean filling was really good. Smooth and not to sweet. The pastry cream was rich and creamy. The matcha had this nice bitter taste of tea. The strawberry was a bit disappointing. The strawberries weren't very sweet at all. Coworker claimed the rum raisin was really good as well.It's for a limited time but I'm sure they will bring it back.

当见到红豆蓉包着糯米饭,便有兴趣想试。一口咬下,红豆味便立刻涌上,但很可惜,糯米饭还未完全咀嚼,红豆蓉已吞下,所以每一口只有短暂的红豆味,跟着便是没什么味道的糯米饭!我相信这是因为食材的铺排问题,我食过红豆粽,它是完粒红豆在糯米团中,另还有红豆蓉在粽内,在整咀嚼过程中都能尝到红豆味,而经过今次的味蕾经验,有点后悔以$15买了这高糖的甜品。

座落于崇光百货地库的「本高砂屋」,由 1983 年开始登陆香港至今,已有 30 个年头。据知店子一直以售卖和菓子、曲奇及铜锣烧等小吃为主,除了款式够多外,包装亦十分精美。早两天和食友 SSG 出席试菜活动,甜姐儿知我对红豆情有独钟,特意买了这店的红豆蛋糕给我,认真有心,嘻嘻,早餐又有著落了,谢谢妳的美意啊!我至爱的红豆蛋糕,蛋糕部份入口松软绵密、甜度适中;而夹层的红豆,更是清香幼滑,味道极棒,好吃得令人一口接一口。
