2025年1月22日 星期三今晚同老婆系中环预约咗呢一间居酒屋食饭,因为喺网上面见到评价唔错,都有好多人讨论虽然餐厅位置唔喺大街,不过用地图睇跟住行都算方便,而且一去到街口就见到,招牌好大个由于实在太肚饿嘅关系,我哋一口气叫咗好多嘢食,点完菜等咗一阵,沙律就首先送到,系豆腐沙律,成碟沙律除咗生菜同豆腐之外,仲有粟米粒同蕃茄,豆腐上面加咗瑶柱丝同酱汁,捞埋一齐食酸酸地几开胃之后有烧明太子,明太子烧完之后充满咸香,就咁食应该会太过咸,所以餐厅特登喺明太子下面铺上一块青瓜片,食落去会比较清新同冇咁咸跟住有唐扬炸鸡,每一粒都好大嚿,咬落去外皮香脆,里面嘅鸡肉仍然好嫩滑,点埋柠檬汁一齐食感觉会冇咁油腻再嚟有鸡软骨同鸡颈肉串烧,两款都烧得好香口,特别系鸡颈肉,之前从来冇食过呢个部位,估唔到烧完之后食,肉质都几嫩呢个系免治鸡肉棒,可以将生鸡蛋捞匀做酱汁,同鸡肉棒点埋一齐食,鸡肉烧得好香,同鸡蛋好夹再黎系烧鸡皮,鸡皮烧得劲香脆,完全唔觉得油腻,用嚟送酒一流呢个系煮牛筋,仲配有萝卜,旧萝卜入晒味,好腍,同牛筋一样一咬开就溶化,证明真系煮咗好耐,酱汁直头可以用嚟送白饭添然后有牛蒡片,整得几香脆,食落去完全唔觉得油,感觉比起食薯片更加健康呢个系汁烧葱牛肉卷,一咬落去充满肉汁,而且口感好丰富,食到大量嘅葱同有浓郁嘅牛肉味,比起一般食到嘅金菇肥牛卷更加特别最后分别有烧翠玉瓜、烧银杏同烧秋葵,全部蔬菜烧完之后仍然保持水份,一咬落去完全唔觉得干,特别系翠玉瓜,一咬已经爆晒汁,银杏都唔苦埋单每人三百几蚊,食到劲饱!!

今晚同朋友嚟到中环日本餐厅食晚餐我哋觉得呢度好有日本feel,厨师嘅厨艺好精湛,选择食材非常优质。服务小姐好好人,解释得好清楚。首先一开始就有一个好好味嘅木耳丝前菜我同朋友要咗-Mega虎虾因为系Mega所以非常之大,整到啱啱好。虎虾鲜度是这道菜嘅灵魂。优质虎虾肉质紧实,色泽光亮。搭配微微焦香外皮。烤制的过程中,虎虾甜味被充分释放。-舞茸天妇罗舞茸天妇罗外观金黄酥脆,舞茸是日本常见嘅菜式。需要清洗干净,用调校好嘅粉制成天妇罗。我觉得今次个粉处理得非常之好,有天妇罗嘅爽脆但一啲都唔腻。☺️-明太子芝士酱薯条薯条外酥内软,加上明太子和芝士浓郁酱汁-汁烧葱牛肉卷牛肉卷包裹著葱,肉质鲜嫩,酱汁浓郁,呢个菜式令人喜出望外-油甘鱼饺油甘鱼饺皮薄馅多,鱼肉鲜甜,搭配自制酱油-鸡翼炸至金黄酥脆的鸡翼,外皮香脆,肉质鲜嫩-鸡软骨口感独特,鸡软骨酥脆可口-鸡颈肉食起来嚟好特别,值得一试。-免治鸡肉棒外脆内嫩,鸡肉棒同埋鸡蛋嘅配合系perfect-猪颈肉肉质柔软多汁,经过烧烤后更添香气-日本豚,腩肉质嫩滑,脂肪分布均匀,烧烤后更焦香三文鱼腩串新鲜三文鱼腩串,肉质鲜美。-唐扬鸡炸至金黄,外皮酥脆,内里肉质鲜嫩,沾上沙律酱OpenRice book 食够$500送sake 🍶獭祭四割五分纯米大吟酿Tonight, I came to a Japanese restaurant in Central with my friends for dinner. We feel that this place has a great Japanese vibe, the chef's skills are superb, and the choice of ingredients is very high quality. The service staff are very friendly and explained everything clearly.To start off, we had a delicious wood ear mushroom appetizer.We ordered:- Mega Tiger PrawnsAs the name suggests, they are very large and cooked just right. The freshness of the prawns is the soul of this dish. The quality of the prawn meat is firm and shiny, complemented by a slightly charred outer skin. During the grilling process, the sweetness of the prawns is fully released.- Maitake Mushroom The tempura is golden and crispy, and maitake is a common dish in Japan. It needs to be cleaned thoroughly and made with well-prepared batter. I think the batter this time was handled very well; it was crispy without being greasy. ☺️- French FriesThe fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with a rich mentaiko and cheese sauce.- Beef Rolls The beef rolls are wrapped around scallions, with tender meat and a rich sauce.
