Thus restaurant is located in Rosedale hotel in causewaybay. There are limited tables only so I would recommend you to make a reservation before you come. There are about 3-4 tables by the window which are served on the first come first serve basis, so remember to be on time! or u'll your table by the window!The best thing about this place is the environment. Floor length glass windows that allows u to see the view of Victoria habour. The semi buffet cost $148 + 10%. there is a salad buffet with a fair varieties of salad, bread, fruits. Not a lot of choices like a full buffet but I think there were a few decent choices. Along side with the cold dishes, there was salmon sashimi and other sushi. The look of the sashimi did not look appetizing at all, probably the fish wasn'to cut in the professional manner that it should be. However, despite the look, its taste was okay. Both Chinese soup and Western soup was available. Beside cold dishes, there were also 1-2 kinds of springrolls and dim sum?(I forgot). I ordered braised veal for main course. It was served with mashed potato. The portion was in the larger side of the scale. (YAY!)  The veal was cooked tenderly, and it was juicy! YUM! For dessert it is at the buffet section, approx 5-6 kinds including baked bread egg pudding, chocolate cake, cheese cake, coconut jelly pudding, two kinds of  ice-cream (unknown brand?) and some fruits. Drinks were also served at the buffet section with coffee, tea, orange juice.in summary, the salad bar was good, main was great, dessert was so-so, environment was excellent, service was excellent too. when we we got our bill, we found out that some credit cards offer discount so in the end we paid around $130. i would recommend this place for people who are seeking for a comfortsble, quiet place for chat. I stayed there from 12:15 to 3 o'clock and non if the staff chased us out! The whole busy pace of HK just fell behind me when i came here as I was so relaxed. though food choice was not a lot but it is fair for people who can't eat too much anyways! 继续阅读

以前成日揾Semi-buffet去食位于铜锣湾珀丽酒店既星域其实是list中之一但一直冇去试今次系谂唔到食咩好既时间突然脑海浮现了它的名字那好吧就这间试下姐:^)Semi-buffet Lunch Menu由$148+10%起Salad Bar同Dessert Bar都系buffet形式任食既仲有几款普通饮品可以任饮:^)另外就会有个主菜,如果要安格斯肉眼则要多付几十元了虽说当日系平日,但都几多客同埋餐厅似乎唔系好多位要试既话我谂最好订位,又可以订靠窗卡位,落地玻璃几好view:^)我地walk-in就冇得咁要求,因为而且full哂窗口位Salad Bar三文鱼刺身唔好期望好高质素,都系切哂一大碟拎出黎冰镇既讲真刀工就……真系一般啦,但佢都算系厚切油香不算重,感觉亦不腻,至少佢冇腥味,有淡淡三文鱼香都冇咩筋位,肉稔得黎有嚼劲,唔会话系好霉果种,色泽都系合格既橙红菠萝火腿沙律讲真呢个系我呢餐最中意既沙律xddd菠萝十分juicy,味道自然,唔系糖水罐头感觉甜中带酸,令人觉得好新鲜好开胃火腿系薄片果种,但味道不会太浓烈,没有破坏清爽印象杂菜沙律有好多种蔬菜,如青瓜、红腰豆、栗米等没有太多调味,主要靠蔬菜既原味,反而更是清新青瓜好爽口,食落又多水分,解腻一流蕃茄沙律酸甜清爽,蕃茄好多汁,微冻食左几开胃佢其实真系净蕃茄咁唔会有芝士等等,食落好清西兰花忌廉汤佢地整得算系浓稠,可能会有点腻滞感西兰花味带清香,会见到汤入面都好多西兰花碎汤味偏浓,几creamy,但忌廉香不重猪肉烧卖其实呢样野会出现都系几神奇既事XDDD烧卖外皮也许有点湿润破裂了馅料都好足,食落香口又唔会太油腻,实身并非填粉呃称既,调味亦刚刚好估计系外面交货?怎样都好,我觉得选货拣得ok啰xdddd花生鸡脚汤呢个真系几神奇,呢个汤好少系semi-buffet会出现XD花生香气浓郁,加上鸡脚既少少鲜味,饮落几自然足料唔人工不过都系有d油,同埋味浓而集中,都系浅尝辄止Main Course香煎龙脷柳配芒果沙沙卖相都几正常既,感觉唔会好突兀龙脷柳煎得好熟,鱼香颇鲜,冇雪藏味及腥味肉质偏老但不干不柴,入口弹牙爽口,外层更是有少少焦脆感调味得宜没有盖过鱼味,如果可以煎得嫩滑香口则更理想芒果沙沙清新带酸甜味,因为系稀身既,唔会太稠太腻滞鲜香仲有果香味,与煎鱼同食解腻之余又带出另一味道层次碳烧牛柳配烧蒜汁牛柳叫左七成熟,容易切开之余又不韧口轻轻一压已是肉汁满溢,没有血腥味,反之是浓浓既牛肉香气外表带重焦香,没有太多苦焦味,却是能锁住肉汁,保持牛柳湿润度外层既肉烧熟,干身但不老柴,易咬易食内层带粉红色,肉汁丰润肉香浓郁,都冇筋位唔会黏牙蒜汁有轻轻蒜香,没有呛感,味浓但份量得宜不会过了头薯蓉香滑可口,细致不腻带点奶香置于牛柳之下吸收肉汁后更是惹味Dessert Bar面包布甸面包香脆带焦香,有少少嚼口是可以的可惜佢布甸部分过老,干身得似煎全熟蛋而且又有好多大气泡,食落好粗糙,没有细致嫩滑的感觉云尼拿汁甜得黎有少少云尼拿香味,但偏人工香油味顺带一提系当日云尼拿汁沽清都冇职员去添补……仲要布甸系咁干身既……教客人如何吃?朱古力慕丝蛋糕一睇个样以为系伏,但点都想试下先下定论岂知佢既mousse部分系细滑嫩口,重点系甜中带苦香配上表面既朱古力浆,朱古力味甚是香浓,腻感不大整体系出乎意料既正常,亦没有人工药水怪味:^)芝士蛋糕芝士味不重,带柠檬香味,感觉好creamy蛋糕底觉得在我角度不讨好,我都系偏好饼底佢既蛋糕底……唔知点解我觉得好旧底街坊饼店咁……但家人又几中意食(?),原因不明不过我就transfer埋俾佢啦XD合桃露冻食既,系dessert bar任斟合桃香气算浓,味道够自然,细致冇粉粒甜度不高,但几浓稠,感觉有点油腻新鲜水果唔知一开始系有d咩拣,因为去到都已经系人地食左一半既时间但我几中意佢有新鲜菠萝,味道清新爽甜,多水分好啱现时炎炎夏日清新开下胃雪糕有两款味:咖啡及草莓唔多见酒店会用Pappagallo雪糕咖啡味偏甜,香气颇浓,奶香细滑,感觉不错草莓味更佳,食落有草莓籽,清新香甜,仲有少少果酸味,十分自然系雪糕柜侧摆放左几款配料,杏仁片谷物片等任加饮品佢有两款果汁同埋咖啡红茶等任饮果汁酸酸甜甜几开胃,有果肉,成个感觉系好天然咁xd不会过甜咖啡果d基本款唔多讲,奶系热住既,冲落咖啡红茶唔会咁易结块及影响温度 继续阅读

父亲节个日我同呀妹谂住请成家人食返餐自助餐,点知唔嗲唔吊之下,好多酒店buffet都full哂… 无意中发现珀丽有个lunch buffet, 一于胆粗粗试下啦!Lee个lunch buffet系半自助形式,有一set主菜,再加一d自助既野食,本身以为实冇乜选择,但估唔到都几多野食,仲几好质素添!!主菜有几个选择比你拣,我就拣左鱼柳,虽然份量唔大,但味道几好,香脆得黎又唔油腻!而且个汁配搭得好好!食完仲未够喉,好彩仲有d自助野食!自助既lunch buffet有饭、𩠌、甜品、寿司、刺身、沙律、汤等等,都几多选择ga!d三文鱼刺身劲肥美,又鲜甜!!d海螺同虾都好鲜味,一d都唔腥!!令我意外既系竟然有芝麻糊,哈哈,大大一盘任食,第一次系buffet见到有芝麻糊,都几正ga!!野饮选择就唔算好多,正正常常既橙汁、苹果汁、咖啡、荼个d都有!题外话,去厕所时见到个窗系落地玻璃,景观虽然系楼景,但都几开扬ga,环境干净舒服! 总括而言,Lee餐lunch buffet绝对值回票价啦!! 继续阅读

无意中睇到呢到介绍价钱都ok我与法国睡蟹(面包蟹)的初遇, 就由呢一刻开始经侍应生的带领下, 夫妇二人被安排坐在最远处的餐桌椅而非较矮身的tea table正午12时, 侍应生请各食客到外面拿食物, 我们(大部份食客)都往海鲜盘处闯 , 我好不容易才拿到一碟哗~ 第一次食法国睡蟹, 全只耶~ 生蚝很厚很甜, 源源不绝咁推出来;冻虾爽甜、翡翠螺鲜味...种种海鲜吸引总令人欲罢不能 蟹膏甘香肥美, 塞满在全个蟹盖内 , 蟹膏软软的, 一点也不硬实, 蟹肉鲜甜无比 但似终不能吃得太多蟹膏, 胆固醇超高其他熟食都唔差, 厨师功夫了得, 烤肉眼扒很嫩, 洋葱烧汁味道独特;香草炒蚬的蚬肉粒粒饱满, 香草惹味; 根本上每种食物都煮得十分不错, 十分用心, 没有将货就价什菌忌廉汤有浓浓菌味,西洋菜排骨汤够火喉值得一试! 继续阅读

28.7.2012七月某天, 见到友人心情真的坏透, 刚巧我又看到这间酒店的自助餐做团购, 所以就立即问喜爱自助餐的他有否兴趣去吃自助餐, 以帮助他放松心情. 于是我看到他回覆后, 就立即买下这次团购了. 团购价只是$228 的晚餐自助餐, 竟然有生蚝食, 究竟是什么一回事呢? 当我们去到现场之后, 就终于明白个中的原因.当升降机来到33楼, 升降机门一打开, 就立即看到食物放在面前, 距离是近到可以伸手触及食物的, 地方真的很浅窄哦. 经过侍应的带位后, 我们被安排坐在窗口位, 可以看到维港的夜景, 真美哦.Buffet 台上, 有生蚝, 青口, 冻虾, 翡翠螺和冻蟹. 由于我不吃生蚝及戒口中, 所以我只吃了青口. 这个看来是黑贝青口的东西, 肉质很细块, 但很嫩滑, 我吃了差不多两打. 友人说生蚝虽然大只肥美, 但海水味不多, 也不太鲜味, 反而冻虾很大只, 也鲜味弹牙. 这些海鲜也refill 得快, 不过在那些食物的名牌上, 并没有说明这些生蚝和海鲜是来自哪一个地区或国家的.海鲜的附近放了两款刺身: 三文鱼腩和北寄贝. 三文鱼腩厚切肥美, 北寄贝也大块鲜甜. 由于我本身很喜欢吃北寄贝, 所以我吃了大约两打北寄贝.热食方面, 选择不是太多, 有炒饭, 千层面, 菜, 鱼柳, 炒蚬, 炸春卷, 薄饼等等. 炒蚬都是细细仔的质素, 用了蒜容炒, 很香口, 只有少少沙, 所以我吃了两打. 鱼柳是连皮煎香了, 鱼皮煎得很香脆, 里面的鱼肉也很滑. 千层面的芝士味很重, 也太咸了, 所以我只吃了丁点. 甜品方面, 这里的选择也不多, 也refill 得很慢. 鲜果有哈蜜瓜, 西瓜等等, 不过不太多汁, 有点干. 绿茶蛋糕的cream很多, 但绿茶味不算浓厚. 芒果慕士朱古力蛋糕的芒果慕士很甜, 不似芒果的味道. 黑色的林明顿蛋糕也过份甜了. 焦糖炖蛋的蛋很滑, 但过份的甜到溜了. 朱古力慕士蛋糕的质地很滑溜, 朱古力味道也够浓厚. 香草布甸是滑滑的, 也有奶香味, 不过也很甜.这里的雪糕是Pappagallo, 有士多啤李味, 朱古力味和绿茶味. 每一种味道我都有吃, 不过我都是觉得每一种味道也是偏甜.总括来说, 这里的食物款式不多, 食物的摆放及食物的质素也给人一种好Hea的感觉. 相信唯一可取的是可以欣赏到以维港作背景的日落吧. 继续阅读
