招牌菜
Wing早前来到位于铜锣湾开平道1号 Cubus 的SR Gallery Cafe,Wing早已听闻这是一所充满艺术气氛的餐厅了~果然闻名不如见面。蒲走进餐厅里就看到很有情调的座位跟很多不同的画作噜~Wing今次吃的是Set Dinner~先来一个沙律~沙律有火腿跟生菜,这个是很稳阵的菜式,没有甚么不同式或是古惑的地方唷~而火腿跟生菜跟少许沙律酱,三者之间总有一种不能分割的关系~XD这是一个很滑但很有口感的汤,味道刚好,不会太咸的,而且汤的面上加了一点点的忌廉似的东东在调味~很香的,还没有放进咀里,但已经食指大动了~这个主菜是牛扒来的丫~Wing要的其实是八成熟啦,但感觉它是六成熟似的。Wing很怕牛肉不够新鲜,过生会不好吃。幸好,这个还可以啦~没有太难咀嚼的,反而入口就是感到牛扒是新鲜的、淋身的,加上牛肉本身有够靓的,即使六成熟或七成熟都还可以啦~至于薯蓉嘛,就是吸收了点点牛扒的酱汁,加上薯蓉入面有薯仔粒的,香滑薯蓉加上粒粒薯仔,很可口的丫~最后就是甜品了~它的上层就是绿茶奶冻,绿茶味还可以吧,幸好够滑溜搭够。吃到最底层就是绿茶的精华吧,挺甘香的。但要是绿茶味更重更浓郁,整个甜品的分数一定会有所提升的~

是日和CW吃了午餐后,由于我太大食,只有午餐不能满足我,再加上我们想在看电影前找个地方坐下来倾计,所以来了铜锣湾觅食。之前有看过关于 SR Gallery (方圆艺廊) 的资料及食评,在想它的气氛应该不错,亦有下午茶套餐供应,便带CW来。上了Cubus,找到了Cafe。虽然Cafe占了整层,但实质并不是很大。大慨一半至三份一的空间用了来放画及艺术品。星期六的两三点左右布不是太多人,全都是午膳快完毕的食客。带位及落单的侍应们都很友善。我和CW商量后点了两个 Tea set。话说那时候别的食客大部份都是快要吃完午餐,可是侍应们都仍然很忙,好不容易才叫到人来下单。我们点了2个 Tea Set。大约五至十分钟后,那名女侍应竟然向我们确认order,原来那时她先入机替我们入单,期间我可是听到她和开放式厨房内的员工有说有笑,大慨笑得客人点了什么也笑走了吧。不知这是一个什么system。首先上来的是饮品,我们加钱要了贵点的咖啡。我的是Cappuccino,CW要的是Green Tea Latte。话说另一名男侍应奉咖啡来的时候手大大的抖了一下,抖得Cappuccino差点溅出来。Cappuccino不热,没有什么咖啡味,只觉得很苦。CW的Green Tea Latte 绿茶味不太浓,但比Cappuccino好。我们要的第一个set是 Single Egg Benedict with Mixed Green Salad (班尼迪蛋(半份)配 什菜沙律) ($78)。另一个是Buckwheat Waffle with Fresh Fruit and Ice Cream (荞麦窝夫 配 鲜果及雪糕) ($78)。等了一回才上了benedict,卖相不怎么样,未能引起食欲。蛋下有类似火腿/Bacon的肉。蛋没有蛋味,英式松饼很淋,Hollandaise sauce 也是淡淡的,不好吃。吃完Benedict后Waffle还未来,催单说会为我们跟。但那时Cafe没有什么人,厨师在忙什么?到最后再等了一会我说要取消单侍应先说正在弄。半份荞麦窝夫是有多难弄?吃下去没有特别,不过麦味倒是挺重,但稍为太淋不够脆。Oh,两份 Tea Set 加贵点的咖啡可是要大约100元一个人,但味道不好,服务轻挑,慢动作处事,钱算是白花了。不过,那些差不多吃完午餐的人心情看起来却不错。。。

这天跟L小姐特意来瞻仰一下艺术气息,顺便医肚。走入方圆艺廊,觉得像被一层薄纱浓罩住,像与世隔绝,特别宁静;落地玻璃加上非常宽敞的进食环境,简洁明亮,让人感觉舒服。点餐之后逛了一下,发现很多有趣的艺术品,像是「猪事大吉」,「童颜三宝」,还有「舞娘」,「友谊」,都很有意思。另外还有大量出自同一人手笔的油画,大都以农村,田园生活为主题,看得人轻松自在,实在很适合摆放在这里。餐汤(7.5/10)和面包(9/10)先上,忘了店员的介绍,看颜色以为是栗子汤之类的,但闻下去没有什么味道,入口一阵清新的青豆味,应该是青豆浓汤吧,齿间能吃到极细微的豆渣,虽然我不特别爱青豆,效果蛮不错。简单两个面包居然有惊喜,应该是新鲜烤焗,中间又香又软,表面烘得稍脆还有些oak碎,令简单的面包口感更佳。青豆鸡肉意大利饭 $138 (6.5/10)身为risotto fans的L小姐来说,只要餐牌有risotto,9成都会点它,这天也不例外。菜端上桌时很有Eat Green的感觉,因为鸡肉颜色太浅了,几乎被绿色完全盖过去。吃一口,有点太淡了,risotto看似很稠但入口又不够creamy,鸡肉肉质还算嫩但同样没有什么味道。如果把鸡肉去掉,应该更适合作为一道vegetarian的菜式吧。是日精选:黑毛猪扒 $228 (8.5/10)还有两道是日精选没有在餐牌上,其中一个是这个黑毛猪扒。烧汁黑毛猪,加上薯蓉和红萝卜,形成一个简单的设计。黑毛猪肉质嫩滑,入口肉汁丰盈,非常不错。薯蓉反而不怎么合我胃口,有很重的橄榄油味道,是我不喜欢的味道,吃了一口就放弃了。反倒红萝卜非常鲜甜,煮得又很软腍,我们俩就像兔子一样在抢食。朱古力心太软 $88 (8/10)主菜后当然不能少了甜品,听说这里的心太软不错,于是提早点了一个。卖相实在不怎么样,brownie本身基本上可以说是丑样。切开流心做得不错,凝固流心状拿捏得不错,朱古力不会一下子就流光。虽然brownie不好看,但味道实在不错,不会太甜,也不会太heavy;配上简单香草雪糕,属水准之作。白酒芒果沙巴翁 $65 (8.5/10)这个是店方推介,我们也乐于尝新。不知道该如何形容,外形像一个烤蛋糕,但吃上来完全不是这么回事。外面的一层像是pizza/buritto皮,旁边还烤得有一点点焦,颇香口。中间的芒果也是烤过,暖暖的,配上奶味浓郁的custard,不会太甜,芒果味道也很出。整体味道有8分,加上0.5分的创意分,值得一试。方圆艺廊不论环境还是服务都满分,食物质素不俗而且甜品意外的比主菜更有惊喜,如果想找一个安静,可以聊天的地方进餐,这里会是我首推的餐厅。

天生是一个零艺术细胞的人,在学校里音乐、绘画、书法等课堂,虽相较其他主科感觉轻松,但每每都是本著交功课的性质去完成任务。踏足社会后,发觉没有一项值得与人深入交流的话题,以电影欣赏这类当时最普及的工余活动来作比喻,电影故事、剧情难不了我,可是与电影有著协同效应的插曲或配乐,便是我的盲点,即使先前可口若悬河地在讨论剧情的我,就是这些盲点令我马上失声变成尴尬的哑巴!其他有关艺术方面的专长,就如一张白纸,更加不用多提了!虽然不算是重大的缺憾,但短短数十年的人生当中,应当作多方面接触和尝试,至少不会错失有可能令人生有所得著的事物。 自上次获邀到方圆试食,竟启发了我欣赏画作的兴趣,更藉试食的机会一睹画家陈章红的画册,因而对点画产生了特殊的好感,适逢方圆六月份展出中国著名田园画家李方霖的点画,那又怎可以错过呢?步进方圆,果然耳目一新,墙壁上悬挂著粉绿、粉蓝、啡黄为主色的画作,构图层次分明,画面中的树木、天空、河流、村屋和乡民日常生活等,均充满浓厚的乡土情怀,所采用之 "点描法",以原色小点拼合画面,能想像得到难度高之余,所花心思亦不少。当然除了画作之外,亦不乏其他艺术摆设和雕塑等。在画作前绕了一圈,感应到画家李方霖对乡土那份细致的情怀,尤其在描绘乡民的生活习惯中尽现。还是先医肚后,然后才慢慢仔细欣赏。在多款的下午茶套餐中,老公选了 Single Egg Benedict with Mixed Green Salad。Egg Benedict 被煎香了的烟肉包著,呈微微的焦黑,蛋黄金黄润泽。入口满载了鸡蛋的润滑、烟肉的咸香、松饼的软绵,再加上蛋黄的郁香,口感与味觉同样非常丰富。而旁边的沙律更为 Egg Benedict 平添了一份清新。平日甚少主动选择甜食,当天忆起方圆 Winnie 曾提及她的老板特意请国内农夫为方圆种植荞麦,而市场上大部份的荞麦都是供往日本,坊间荞麦供应因而变得稀少,于是决定一试。Buckwheat Waffle 表层颜色深啡,具酥香;里面口感软软韧韧,弹性与密度也相当高。不用涂上牛油或任何果酱,Buckwheat Waffle 已透出自然的香气,加上质感丰富,不爱甜食的我,也喜欢上这份自然简单,且不用修饰的 Buckwheat Waffle。偶尔会将云呢拿雪糕放到 Buckwheat Waffle 上一同进食,甜香冰冻颇有玩味。以为水果会是 Buckwheat Waffle 的大配角,怎料蓝梅、士多啤梨、奇异果及哈蜜瓜均甜香鲜美,再一次显示方圆对食材的严格要求。在画作前徘徊,尝试进一步细味著画家李方霖笔下的乡土情怀。在方圆欣赏画作与其他艺术品,不用故作高深,只要自我陶醉,很自然地便进入另一个世界里。李方霖朴实的点画令我感受到一片恬静及舒畅,纵使您我的艺术领域与专家们的眼光不一样,但只要能让心灵去接触,便能开辟及培养一个自我的艺术天地。期待方圆七月份的新主题。

Got invited my lovely sister for a birthday dinner, we both wanted to find a quiet place for a secret girls' talk yet with excellent food, so she has chosen this cuisine which we had a few pleasant lunch experiences in the past.生日将至, 亲爱的妹妹相约我来一顿庆生晚餐。因为想找一家又能静静地谈心又能享受高质素食物的地方, 想起之前曾在这家艺廊餐厅吃过质素很高的午餐, 所以在这特别的日子又来到这里庆祝~The good thing about this cafe is that it's partially an art gallery and partially a cafe, once you step into the cafe, you will be surrounded by various art pieces, this help relaxing ones mind from the busy everyday life.很喜欢这家餐厅的一点是它既是艺廊也是餐厅, 每次踏进餐厅就会被不同的艺术作品包围, 它能使我从繁忙的生活中逃离出来, 得到喘息。 Cafe's Foie Gras special 香煎鹅肝The foie gras was really juicy and yet it was not oily at all. Credits should definitely go to the apple slice with caramel + orange skin with honey. The slightly sour apple coated with burnt caramel as well as the orange skin dipped with honey created a perfect balance with the foie gras. This is for sure one of the most recommended dishes for the night!鹅肝很香嫩多汁却又不会有油腻感~ 伴碟的焦糖苹果片和橙皮蜜糖绝对应记一功! 烤焦了的焦糖包裹著微酸的苹果片、带甘的香橙皮和甜甜的蜜糖与略带咸味的鹅肝形成绝佳的平衡感, 为这道菜提供了一种很新鲜有趣的味道! 这绝对是最值得推介的菜式之一~Salad: Crab meat avocado / Tuna 沙律: 蟹肉牛油果 / 吞拿鱼Knowing that I'm sharing the dishes with my sister, the waitress smartly placed the dishes in an angle, creating an interesting and artistic presentation of the two dishes, good job! Crab meat was rich and tasty while the creamy avocado provided an interesting texture for the salad. As for tuna, it was tender without any tendon, very fresh! 由于是二人共享各道菜式, 服务员刻意把两道沙律斜放于桌上, 呈现出有趣的摆放效果, 值得一赞! 蟹肉的味道非常浓郁, 配上入口即溶的牛油果, 制造出有趣又特别的口感! 至于吞拿鱼则是非常柔软新鲜, 并且一点筋也没有, 很出色! Entrée: Black truffle risotto / White wine with clam 前菜: 黑松露意大利饭 / 白酒煮蚬Black truffle's taste was strong. The risotto was quite creamy yet it was not too heavy! As for the clams, they were big! Most of them were as big as the risotto spoon! The sauce was a bit too rich and without any white wine taste. A personal recommendation is to include a slice or two of bread to go with the dish. People can then enjoy the sauce as well 意大利饭有香浓的黑松露味道, 而且虽然有浓郁的奶油味, 却并不会觉得很腻。至于蚬, 每一只蚬的尺寸也很大, 差不多有饭匙的大小! 唯一的缺点是那汁略咸, 也没有白酒的味道。如果方圆能提供一两片面包伴碟, 那客人们就能以面包沾白酒汁来享用这道菜~ Soup: Mushroom cream soup 汤: 野菌忌廉汤Rich and creamy mushroom soup, bread were hot and crispy! I was told that the bread were heated when they were about to serve the soup to ensure freshness of the bread, what a committment towards fresh and good food! Balsamic vinegar was definitely the highlight! SR Gallerry Cafe got a secret recipe for their homemade vinegar. It's much thicker and sweeter than the one we usually have. I love it so much that I'll ask for their vinegar to go with the bread everytime I have lunch here!野菌非常浓郁及奶油~ 因为方圆很著重面包的新鲜度, 所以每次都是要呈上汤时才即时弄热面包, 因此面面不单热, 表面也还是脆的! 不过要说最精彩的却是方圆秘制的陈年葡萄醋! 它比一般市面上的陈醋要浓稠些, 甜度也更高一点。我每次到方圆用餐也会要求这醋的! 绝对要试! Main course: Lamb rack / Lobster bavette 主菜: 香草烤羊架 / 龙虾扁面The lamb rack was medium raw, again, very juicy. It was already very delicious even without any meat or mint sauce. The lamb didn't have any "mutton" smell as many of the similar dishes do. Also, the mint sauce was homemade! Personally, I will prefer a stronger mint flavour than the existing one, but still a very nice sauce. The portion was huge too! Talking about the portion, the lobster bavette was surprisingly big! I was really shocked by the portion of the dish! One whole piece of meaty lobster was used! A perfect dish for men! The bavette was cooked with lobster and tomato sauce, yammy!烤羊架是半熟的, 非常幼嫩~ 即使不沾随碟附上的肉汁或薄荷汁也都已经非常美味! 这羊架没半点腥味, 非常好吃! 薄荷汁也是自家制的。个人希望它能再薄荷一点, 不过现在的也不错~ 羊架份量也足~ 提到份量, 龙虾扁面的份量真的非常多~ 看到它被端上来的真的吓了一跳! 原只波士顿龙虾??? 而且非常肥美! 方圆真的不吝啬食材呢~ 对男士来说绝对是能饱肚的量! 扁面是用龙虾汁和蕃茄汁煮成的, 好好吃! Dessert: Panna Cotta / Chocolate Lava Cake 甜品: 奶冻 / 心太软The panna cotta was rich and not too sweet, good! And if you are chocolate lovers, you must try this Lava Cake! The melted chocolate was not too sweet yet thick and rich! The cake itself got a strong chocolate flavour too and again, not very sweet. I was filled with satisfaction when eating the melted chocolate with the vanilla ice-cream! Of course, the whole dinner was completed with a cup of good coffee!!奶冻有非常香浓的奶味, 却不会太甜, 非常好! 若阁下是巧克力的爱好者, 就绝不能错过这道心太软! 巧克力酱很浓稠又浓郁同时甜度也适中~ 蛋糕本身也有香浓巧克力味亦不太甜。当我把云尼拿雪糕和巧克力酱混合在一起吃的时候, 全身也都充满幸福感呢~ 当然, 这一顿十分出色的晚餐要以一杯香浓的咖啡作为结束~When one look at the price, they may think that spending around $600 per head is quite expensive. I used to think the same too. However, when considering the portion and the quality of food, plus the atmosphere the venue provides and the glass of nice wine included (by booking via openrice), the meal worth the money spent. If you want to spend a quality night with someone your treasure, this is certainly a nice option for consideration!也许看到晚餐需要约$600一位的时候, 你会犹豫这到底值不值。我本来也有这疑问, 但如果考虑到餐厅环境、食物的份量以及质素, 再加上(经开饭订台而送的)餐酒, 这个价值是物有所值的~ 如果有天你想跟重要的人吃一顿高质素的饭, 方圆会是一个不错的选择啊~
