今日去咗红磡食 lunch,见到呢间未去过,第一次嚟食,地方不大,环境算新净,服务一普通,睇完餐纸之后,叫咗个餐纸上面推介嘅咖哩鸡饭,$55,唔洗等好耐就上菜,上台卖相都唔系差,不过深入睇清楚就认真估唔到,汤渣咁款嘅鸡肉,全无原件鸡,所有鸡肉都可能因为煲咗好耐,全部都系散嘅,应该都煲咗无数个小时,本人极小写食评,不过今次真系唔写唔得,虽然$55 系平价食物,但系咁嘅质素嘅食物都感比客人食,好明显想叫人唔好再返嚟。

今天同家人下午去此吃下午荼,吃了猪扒捞檬啲猪扒十分靭,卖相摷皮,口感差,吃落好似形容吃树皮。另外所谓一品锅真的不知道点一品,做法不好啲鸡翼,猪扒浸哂入汤内食落不好,因为原本香口的猪扒及鸡翼浸到淋哂,一咬不相想吃,但是不要浪费食物也叫阿仔清了,只是蒜蓉包尚可但是又是卖相不佳,还有它的厨房出单有问题,点了越式鸡捞檬又漏单叫了又冇,我应该庆幸是冇落单,饮品也是普通,咖啡冇香味,唯一是员工礼貌好。不会考虑下次!它以前旧店不是咁的,一向食评好的。

红磡最近开咗间新越南餐厅,我同朋友咁啱经过,𠮶日第一日开张,冇乜人排队,所以就决定入去试吓佢。间铺唔算话好大,但系座位与座位之间都唔算好迫,可能繁忙时间就需要搭一搭枱。朋友嗌左咗碟越式咖喱鸡,上枱时卖相都几靓,饭上面铺左啲肉松。但系食落冇乜特别,佢只咖喱系比较稀身,味道唔算好浓。我哋问一问店员,佢哋话呢一个系正宗越式嘅做法。鸡嘅份量都足够,食落都嫩口,不过我同我朋友都一致觉得麻麻地。另外我嗌咗碗香茅猪扒檬粉。以我食过咁多间嘅香茅猪扒,印象中都系炸过,外脆内软𠮶种。但系呢一间真系大失望。佢哋嘅猪扒同瘦肉冇分别,就咁摆落去煲汤度烚,冇咬口之余仲要冇味,所以我食到一半都食唔落去了。以呢一个食物质素,佢嘅价钱根本唔值$55。希望佢日后可以改善下煮法。

环境方面: 这间越式食品小店,虽然并非集团式经营,但店内装潢十分整洁舒适。食物方面: 点了一份咖哩鸭饭,香味浓郁,辣道适中,值得推荐!服务方面: 店员十分有礼貌,我大约晚上8:30到此店,可能因为当天生意太好,檬粉等已经售罄。其实这并不是店员的错,但店员非常有礼貌不断地向我致歉。店员解释是希望保持食物质素,不希望存放食物到明天。这心思也是值得一赞。由于此店不存放大量食物过夜,如果太晚到此店,有些食物可能会售罄,建议大家如果有心水野想试,可以早一点到此店,以免遇到我同样的情况。

Came here for lunch at 12 midday. The place was really quite empty-I guess it’s still new. Staff were really nice and service was exceptional. I ordered the beef tomatoe curry with rice. The taste was good in terms of tomato flavour but the curry was too oily for my liking. There was a decent amount of beef in there. Serving size was also alright for lunch. Seems like their dinner price is the same as lunch which is good to know ! $55 for a curry at lunch seems a bit steep though
