作为一个升斗市民,间唔中都要食下颓饭既。因为,颓饭就是我们生活的一部份,而且总有一间好食既颓饭饭店,在我们居住、工作或求学地点的周边。也可以说,在我们的生活之中,总有一至两间颓饭店系大家会经常光顾的。是日,我来到半山的坚道找朋友食午饭,朋友的推介,是粮尾的颓饭店。在坚道上,我早知道有两间茶餐厅系颓到十足的,是半山工友同学生的大饭堂的好地方,而朋友带我来的,是这一家最颓、最旧的《新蓝塘面包餐厅》。 此茶餐厅是一间老字号,好似是1969年开业的,从内外的古老感觉已经看得出有一种老味道。另外,这餐厅有许多早已经买少见少的自家制包点提供,看见纸包蛋糕,蛋糕仔同合桃蛋糕,大家又有没有像我,忆起童年呢? 说明这儿提供的是颓饭,有饭有汤的奶茶的套餐,没有半点不令人觉得不颓的。我同朋友都异口同声地叫了红汤 (罗宋汤)。这一个罗宋汤,可以说是好老火,菜,蕃茄及牛肉的精华全部都煲晒出黎,我可以说,这是一个中式的罗宋汤。 饭,绝对是颓味十足,洋葱猪扒饭,一件预先煎好的扒,一个以浆粉为主的汁。虽有茄汁香同洋葱香,但主要都是美极酱油的香,称不上好食,但有这样的一个汁伴饭,系会令你好快趣地食晒一大碟饭的。 洋葱鸡扒饭,同洋葱猪扒饭绝对是异曲同工,味道上,我可以说是一样的,所以,我不打算重覆把以上的文打多一次了。 奶茶颓吗? 当佢都系颓啦。奶味够,有茶味,以不过不失来形容是最贴切的。 很颓的一餐饭,往往是这一些颓饭店,才会个个中午都 full house。当然,在半山区,平价的茶仔的确是不多。而这《新蓝塘面包餐厅》绝对是半山区工友及学生的中午聚脚点。

2016年12月31日是新蓝塘餐厅最后一日。我从前是高主教书院的学生。特意回来这家茶记,品尝最驰名的鸡脾及炸薯条。我点了以下菜式。咖哩鸡脾饭加周打鱼汤加热奶茶 $43炸薯条 $15个咖哩汁好厚底,混入个饭一齐食就好正。个鸡脾系卤水鸡脾。好有风味。个饭好一般,但加埋个咖哩汁就好食。周打鱼汤好一般。唔算好饮。个汤无料。杯奶茶好一般,但好香浓。个炸薯条加埋个亨氏蕃茄汁,加埋一齐食就好滋味。食完还特意走去后巷,回味一下。

I quite like this place because everything is OLD including the massive air con machine etc.{The blue thing is the air con}{Switch to the air con}They serve the usual Chinese fare but the old guy that works there is really cute!The first time I went there he was really cocky and snappy, when he saw me taking photos of the food he positioned the plate of food at what he thought was a better angle for pictures.I saw photos posted on social media that this place will close down on the 31st Dec 2016 so I decided to go there one more time.I had the beef flat rice noodles which were quite hard, I suspect this is not their usual supply because it is the type you have to boil first and since they are closing down it is not wise to order lots of fresh ingredients.Other than that, it tasted really good and I liked the bent metal plate which they have probably used for years and many years to come if they didn't have to close down.When I left I took a photo with the old guy and he was really cute and posed the same way I did.

友人一直想食嘅西炒饭、厦门炒米,呢度居然有,唔叫餐散叫都要食。友人嘅西炒饭味道唔错但略湿。我嘅厦门炒米够干身,虽然冇五柳菜,但基本嘅洋葱青椒虾仔火腿火鸭蛋丝颇丰富,味道带淡淡嘅茄汁味。

老公放假,陪他去拜年,因为他亲戚新年外游,到现在大家有空才见面,路过坚道,老公话读书时经常在这间面包店买面包食,在门前蹓蹥一会,后来索性入内食个茶餐。已经N年无食过炸鸡髀,就要个炸鸡髀薯条和热柠茶。$29,几抵!吃炸鸡髀不同吃炸鸡翼,因为鸡髀肉多,最重要是腌料好,腌得入味,但这只无乜香料,只得豉油的死咸,肉质也不滑,然而,炸过的肉怎也有些香味,不至于难吃便是,喜欢粗的炸薯条,但份量不多,以这个价钱也无话可说。
