Well, this is a traditional seafood shop that still provides century eggs (皮蛋) with pickled ginger (酸姜) as appetizers. The service is traditional too, which is nice and welcoming. Your plate will not have many seafood shells, as they frequently change the dishes and manage the dining tables.Tip: The restaurant charges a "cooking" service fee for seafood based on the number of people. Therefore, if you order more seafood, the cost may be lower. However, additional dishes from the restaurant (like tofu, pork, or veggies) will cost around $100 to $180 each. There isn't a wide variety of dishes, as the focus is mainly on cooking seafood.The speed of service is not very quick. I remember it wasn't a full house, and they had a total of three big tables (for 8+ people) and two small ones (for 3-5 people). We waited nearly an hour for a total of eight dishes to arrive.The cooking is excellent; they do not use much monosodium glutamate (味精), preserving the original freshness of the seafood, which is really good.The dishes are nice and wonderful, though a bit costly (approximately $100 to $180 each).The restroom is located on the second floor, which is not very wheelchair-friendly. However, if you prefer a more private setting, you can request a table on the second floor as well.

每年嘅生日,或者大时大节,屋企人都好钟意去鲤鱼门,呢一间就系由细去到大嘅海鲜酒家,由五六岁开始就已经喺呢间到食~鲤鱼门一般嘅做法就系可以喺出边嘅海鲜档𠮶度拣咗海鲜,就拎入去你拣好嘅酒楼入边煮,佢哋就会收返手工费咁样因为呢一间已经招呼咗我哋好多年,已经知道我哋啲口味,所以已经配合得非常之好例牌叫嘅嘢就系象拔蚌刺身,去到呢个境界,已经唔使多讲就为我哋准备日式芥辣同埋豉油以往都系叫龙虾刺身,因为有一次佢哋推介屋企人食个山下刺身之后就返唔到转头因为个身做咗刺身,𠮶头就用咗豉油王炒,超级好味,劲多膏二以往都系叫开椒盐濑尿虾,又唔知第几次开始我哋就钟意食清蒸濑尿虾,因为本身啲海鲜已经系劲新鲜即时捞起即时做,椒盐嘅话就好似浪费咗,清蒸仲正,劲鲜甜又大只奄仔蟹都系每次食完饭先至上嘅最后一道菜每一次食饭都会叫呢一个菜,记得细细个嘅时候系食好多嘅,大个咗净系食个盖🤣因为懒惰鱼汤喺酒楼每一次都会整俾我哋嘅,佢个鱼汤系有好多好多海鲜喺入边,冇乜味精,但系超级鲜甜,食完饭饮返碗汤真系一流

中秋佳节临近,疫情反覆向上(恒指好似疫情咪好啰,输咗九条街,食紧尘)。全力扩大内需、稳住市场主体、(小弟几钟意市场经济呢句口号)保障改善民生等各方面作出贡献,我哋决定去鲤鱼门搞返餐海鲜午餐,贺一贺埠。中午时分,兵分两车,各自抵达,鲤鱼牌坊。当然吾少得打返个咭,再来一张。由于时间关系,友人预先准备海鲜,所以就无咗指定动作-拣海鲜,感到遗憾,感情受到伤害。首先出埸白灼海棕虾(煮法简单,容易加工),肉质爽甜纤幼。肉质不及花竹爽口弹牙,鲜甜味却有过之无不及。虾味浓郁有嚼劲,始终不及九虾。椒盐濑尿虾,北佬叫皮皮虾,潮州话叫虾蛄。濑尿虾鲜甜,饱满结实,薄薄的一层椒盐,睇落就平平无奇,食落就香味无比。鲜味无敌数生腌,甜味至啱游盬水,香口惹味属椒盐。蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝,天作之合,味道夹到天衣无缝,扇贝肉实肥美,加上粉丝蒜蓉,香气四溢。滑嘟嘟粉丝,别有香味蒜蓉(光加热就等于火),仲要金银蒜,味道将提高更多。古法炆龙趸,不过不失,香脆有鱼味。可能油炸,吾啱我口味,所以少食。同事港妈比较热衷呢道𩠌。清蒸东星斑,鱼肉晶莹雪白,肥腴幼嫩,味道鲜美,鱼肉鲜嫩,而且嫩得有层感,口感又爽滑,鲜美程度远超任何阿星。东星通身淡红,除咗味觉之余,仲有视觉享受。成餐饭无批评就系呢条鱼,如果连阿星都搞吾掂,呢个厨房好极都有限。姜葱焗生蚝,生蚝size吾肥大,加上咁焗更缩水。完成食吾到蚝味,更讲不上鲜甜,可能未到蚝季。失败之作。龙虾上汤煎米饼,龙虾肉质饱满,全身都系肉,名副其实肚满肠肥肉横生。虾肉入口有嚼头,口感,调味层次分明,浓稠高汤中显得零舍嫩。煎炒米饼爽脆香口,吾肥腻。同事港妈差评稍咸。惜非南澳龙,略输鲜甜,煮法普通,稍逊惊喜。豉椒炒蚬+椒丝腐乳通菜豉椒炒蚬口味比较重,鲜甜蚬肉加惹味酱汁,镬气够。豆豉蒜味非常浓郁,口感偏咸,蚬肉全部离壳,火候掌握吾好,明显炒过浓,失败。椒丝腐乳通菜,本身至爱,但老板悭皮,腐乳吾够。仲要用我至讨厌白通,加上现时通菜吾当造,食落好似有籽,失败。饭后鲜果,鲤鱼门必备,芒果木瓜,芒果香,木瓜少甜。吾知可否改下,变成时令鲜果?总结呢餐中秋午饭,不过不失。由于港女同事离职,所以今次系无必叫椒盐鲜尤(虽然港妈有要求,其他因素无落单)。海鲜食材系新鲜,煮法普遍非突出,既无劣评之处,又无任何亮点。月到中秋分外明人情世故如习俗防住疫情,稳住经济,安全发展,铭记在心。
