装修很漂亮,环境很优美、舒服,地点在湾仔地铁站旁也是非常方便。服务员的服务也是殷勤、有礼、主动,我点赞。但问题也不是没有,例如:之前已经与餐厅沟通有多少人来吃饭,结果用餐时,家人问为什么北京填鸭每人只有一块?!之后的面粉皮用来配/夹咩好?当天有其他宾客在场,他们虽不说什么,但我们就是感觉失礼。另外因为当天宾客众多,之前家人要与餐厅商量安排菜单酒水的时候,自然会截图分享给其他家人,以商量食物与酒水的意见。本来也没有什么,直到我个人看到餐厅员工在通讯软件的头像后....这样说吧,我不知道其他长辈与家人的看法,反正不同人有不同政治立场我也尊重,但我来说说我的看法吧!反正我就是有点惊讶!请别误会,我的意思是他非常辛勤努力,落力为广大食客进行政治教育与思想工作呢!讲真,我在上海这餐厅吃了这么多次,也不敢担保大上海的党员员工会这么卖力做政治宣传(?)请问这品酒师是隐蔽战线上的地下党员吗?感觉像看侦探剧,很有趣。除了用餐体验不错外, 食物的整体水平,大家说也是不错的。

一家四口食饭 两男两女 全部成年人1. 鲳鱼饭 (好味+份量多,大概6-8碗)如果怕其他𩠌份量少,食唔饱,就必嗌呢个饭2. 乳鸽(有肉汁有乳鸽味,但系好似有啲唔够嫩)3. 原味黑毛猪仔排(一般般,但嗌咗都ok嘅🤔)4. 红糖麻糍 (饭后甜品,一碟6件,好食)5. 葵花鸡 (唔抵…至少我食唔出咩特别,可能特别在少啲肥油?另外份量系比较少🥲觉平时屋企煮啲鸡仲香仲多肉汁仲嫩滑)6. 时令醉蟹 (超高性价比,1只$128约3量重,平时我怕剥蟹麻烦都觉得呢个必食,蟹黄超正,可惜时令菜,下次唔知仲有冇,同埋我情愿唔嗌鸡同其他𩠌,净系食呢个都得)7. 韮菜炒豆干 (因为鲳鱼饭同汤太多….最后呢碟完全冇人食😅)8. 椒香鲍鱼 (颇辣,鲍鱼有口感不过食唔到甜味,可能因为太辣?)9. 豆腐虾干蘑菇汤(唔知真正菜名叫咩,不过ok,份量都系超多6-8碗😅)呢外真正想试嘅酸菜鱼、片皮鸭、花胶汤反而冇嗌,可惜🥲

又过嚟新记食饭,每一次都觉得好好食,呢个醉蟹同埋醉小龙虾差不多好多次都会点、扁皮鸭同所有𩠌菜都一向出色食物又新鲜、青椒鲍鱼我好钟意食同埋个萝卜、佢哋𠮶个甜番薯同埋乳鸽都好好食、个沙蒜面我觉得好食过甬府𠮶个😆同埋佢个炒鱼翅都做得好出色。佢呢个蒸鸡啲鸡系好滑嘅。个和牛扒又好食、仲有我成日都叫嘅冰粉❤️这里是我在香港永远都唔会觉得失望其中一间很喜欢的餐厅🍴食物质素同服务都很好❤️系一间高档次嘅餐厅当然价钱都比较高位但系我觉得佢嘅食物质素系值得

I have been a loyal supporter of XRJ since it opened its HK outpost. Tried the Beijing XRJ last year and found it not as impressive as the one in HK. So very excited to be back, particularly when it was dinner organised by the Professional Food Critic. The evening was off to a great start with a string of delectable appetisers. Particularly memorable ones for me were the drunken mantis shrimps and my all-time favourite deep fried cutlassfish. Both of which were incredibly fresh and flavourful. Cutlassfish were deep fried in sheer coated batter to a delicate crisp. The showstopper of the evening was definitely the sautéed fish fin with eggs (现拆蟹肉席前炒翅) that was prepared by the table. The fish fin was perfectly sautéed and packed with wok hei. Our room was heavenly aromatic after service. The meal ended with black truffle iberico rice dumplings. I was wowed by the glistening surface when it was served. The glutinous savoury mass marked a very fulfilling ending to the meal.To top it off and to the Professional Food Critic’a greatest delight, the restaurant specifically sourced and served us with gigantic bayberries for dessert.Overall, XRJ remains to be ahead of its game in terms of refined Taizhou cuisine, showcasing the best seasonal ingredients and top culinary skills.
