今日来食个早午饭成个饭餐餐牌,除咗猪手同牛腩之外,大部分都系姜葱肉片汤饭之类,可是我唔食姜葱的,又想食下菜,于是我拣咗「生菜鲮鱼球汤饭」。可是,明明餐牌系写「生菜鲮鱼球汤饭」,而且点菜单据都系打「生菜鲮鱼球汤饭」,但我点餐时佢又唔讲明冇生菜,直接帮我将生菜转咗做姜葱,直至碗鲮鱼球来到台面我先知。我食饭途中,听到坐我后面台嘅一名熟客向侍应再三表示「今日嘅猪手唔够腍」。个侍应就回应话「下次夹啲腍啲嘅俾你」。「生菜鲮鱼球汤饭餐」(根本冇生菜)$56 (豆浆+$6)味道一般,卖相一般。谂起自己身处喺一间疑似违反商品说明条例嘅餐厅,已经冇晒胃口。有5粒鲮鱼球,我食到第4粒食到馊味吐返出来。我怕系自己搞错,于是食埋剩低𠮶粒比较一下味道,确认了第4粒果然系馊咗,即使我尝试加胡椒粉也盖不了那馊味。当时系接近午饭时间,陆续有客人入来食午饭。我向其中一名侍应表示我吐出来𠮶旧鲮鱼球馊咗,佢拿拿临讲咗句「食完喇嘛」,就收走我碗野毁尸灭迹了。食物有问题,食客向餐厅反映,系希望餐厅跟进及作出改善。但系睇住呢度嘅人咁嘅态度,真系唔驶再来。我去收银处俾完钱后,便向老板娘反映返我食物嘅问题同佢员工嘅态度问题。不过我赶时间走,不知道佢地有冇去check返啲食物我就走咗了。#中伏

I had a strong craving for pork liver and decided to search for a place to satisfy my craving. That's when I came across a restaurant called 新大光灯 in TST through Google search. To my delight, it turned out to be a great find! The lady boss or perhaps the manager of the restaurant kindly recommended that I try their mixed pork soup noodles.What caught my attention was the fact that they didn't use beef soup base, unlike many other famous local restaurants that serve pork liver. This was a relief for me because, for religious reasons, I don't consume beef or anything cooked with beef stock. It was reassuring to know that I could enjoy my meal without any concerns.Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed how busy it was. The place was packed, and everyone had to squeeze in and share tables. It was a bustling and lively atmosphere, which added to the overall experience. Despite the crowded space, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the servers. Unlike some other local restaurants in Hong Kong, the servers at 新大光灯 were extremely friendly and attentive.

午饭跟同事叫粥食,我点了个 艇仔粥同一个炸两,同事点了 一碗碎牛粥。外卖🥡拎走回公司吃。粥够热,所以材料应该熟透了。不过我们也觉得两碗粥虽然足料,不过就好少米,好稀,好似饮粥水;另外食完大家好口干,未知是不是落了太多味精。食完一吐水,仲要不停咁饮水,所以我哋要不停去厕所。炸两好少少,不过肠粉唔够多,只得1块肠粉包住油炸鬼,如果肠粉可以厚啲就好⋯之前喺入边堂食,不过因为环境太迫,太热,所以先今次转左外卖⋯
