Even as takeaway, Sun Hing's decades-old dim sum magic shines through. The chicken feet arrive gloriously sticky, steeped in that iconic black bean sauce that clings to every knuckle. Unwrapping the bean curd parcels reveals their treasure - plump fillings of chicken, earthy mushrooms and slippery fish maw in delicate tofu skin. The char siew cheong fun maintains its silky texture despite travel, the sweet barbecued pork peeking through rice noodle folds.  Siew mai burst with their signature pork-shrimp bounce, while the Teochew dumplings offer that perfect chew with their peanut-studded filling.What's remarkable is how these treats survive the journey - the steamer baskets' warmth still evident when we unpacked them at home. 每月有两个星期日,我同先生会从柴湾搭巴士到坚尼地城新兴饮早茶,已是我们的习惯,通常我哋会八点前去到,因为迟咗要等位,新兴坐位不多并唔太好坐,衞生程度唔太好,但它的生意好都不得了,茶客大多是街坊,也有游客跟社交媒体网站前来,大家都唔介意坐迫些,街坊们也会帮游客介绍点心,其他洒楼也未必见到这情况,我不会用点心纸,因它会不停有点心出炉,喜欢食就可以即刻攞,好像开盲盒一样,有时会见到师父整点心整,价钱正常,大约$24-32,大时大节不会加价,也没有加一,最后,真心佩服服务员姨姨,在细小环境工作,还能提供服务给茶客 继续阅读

餐厅嘅环境超级污糟,地下成地都系水同埋油入到去阿姐用普通话同我讲咗一句嘢,但系佢讲得太快我又听唔明,后尾再嗌唔好意思,佢有用好快嘅普通话同我讲。其实普通话我都识少少,不过佢真系觉得太快我完全听唔明。好啦搞咗一大轮终于都落到单,点知嚟到啲食物完全唔系传闻中咁好食。肠粉块皮厚到乜咁,入边嘅肉劲少,本身我其实系嗌叉烧肠,阿姐又话冇晒因为要搭枱,隔篱位嗌咗虾饺,阿姐都冇俾佢最后𠮶个人都等唔到走咗流沙包,真系流晒啲沙出嚟,未食先流。其实食物嘅质素真系一般般,虽然价钱好平但系我唔会再嚟 继续阅读

朝早好早起左身 咁早有得食点心嘅餐厅选择唔多今日为咗猪润烧卖 去左新兴朝早6 点去到 坐满哂人 一如既往 佢地的点心一定唔系预制菜部份整既过程 系当眼位既最开心系 可以行去外卖部 睇啱边样直接攞今日人太多,我就直接拿餐单划🌟猪膶烧卖🌟次次嚟食都会叫 🌟黑椒猪肚🌟🌟咖喱金钱肚🌟🌟王牌流沙包🌟传统的点心,价钱唔太贵,几好啦 👍 继续阅读

It is popular because they open everyday very very early in the morning from 3am to 4pm. They serve mostly dim sum but have rice & noodle too. It is located at street level, so wheelchair is ok. There are a few meter parking just in front of the restaurant. You can also take tram, bus or minibus there or if MTR, get off at Kennedy Town MTR station. It is just 3-min walk from Exit B. The dim sum is served fresh and hot. Food quality is very good. Big portion and tasty. Even in the early morning, there are lots of people visiting there. They have young visitors and also elderly ones too. Usually are small tables there, so if you go with a large group, you have to wait a little longer! They have restroom inside and it’s ok. The overall ambience is not too good cos it is small and tight. Some people prefer to buy take out instead. It is not a bad idea too! So next time if you wake up early or couldn‘t sleep, you may consider visiting this old style restaurant for tea and dim sum. 继续阅读
