Went to this Chinese resto to yum cha with my previous tutor student and her mom. .We ordered the following dishes to share:-Marinated Goose Webs & WingsThe goose webs were cool and quite savoury, easy to bite into. -Crispy Pork BellyThe Pork Belly had a crispy skin, with a balanced portion of meat and skin. -Signature Shrimp Dumplings The shrimps were meaty and fresh, but the skin was slightly thick. -Soup DumplingsThe dumplings were filled with hot, non-greasy soup. The skin was a bit thick though. -Deep-fried Shrimp Spring Rolls Wrapped in Rice RollsThe spring rolls in the rice rolls were delightfully crunchy, with the shrimp adding more layers of flavour. -Steamed Pork with Shrimp & Black Truffle DumplingsThe dumplings were mouthful and satisfying. The aroma of the black truffle was not that apparent though. -Birthday BunFilled with hot lotus paste, the bun's soft skin paired well with the filling. -Fried Rice with Abalone & Chicken The rice had a nice texture and aroma, great wok hei, and complemented the chicken and abalone well. .The prices of the food were on the higher side. The air-conditioning of the resto seemed not functioning well, so it was a bit hot when we were having lunch.

满心期待，放假终于有机会亲身嚟食鲍鱼酥：一般般黑松露猪肉烧卖：食食吓发现点解有啲嘢咬唔到，一lur出嚟原来系生嘅，后悔冇影到相，然后经理就即刻拎走咗，连碟都帮我换埋，友人仲已经吞左炸鱿鱼须：劲厚粉劲油猪膶肠粉、鲜虾豆苗饺：都一般般，唔太特别，猪润买猪润肠粉还肠粉，唔系好夹，豆苗饺个皮有啲厚人手唔够，得几台人都要等好耐先有侍应过嚟收贵价价钱，仲衰过普通嘅酒楼质素奉劝大家唔好去，除非你想食刺身烧卖🍣

食物整体质素都吾错 中规中矩 但其中职员服务态度差 唔讲以为我食紧大排档 果位女职员身穿黑色西装白恤衫 应该唔系普通送菜员。我觉得算在酒店内的餐厅食饭 呢种质素嘅服务态度太令人感到失望。就算食物好食 都未必会再光顾

安静舒服嘅中式酒楼吃团年饭，座无虚席，2楼有婚宴，座位安排了在3楼，可能因为婚宴，员工唔够，睇到佢哋好忙，但服务也不错第一次去，见到有套餐，晚餐每人大概300多元，经济实惠，味道很好，极推介片皮鸭
