最近,同妈妈到摩登堂,我地叫左个冬日2人套餐A,包括冬荫功海鲜汤、椰子香茅奶油海鲜汤、摩登手工去骨海南鸡、泰式炒通菜、饭和青柠梳打,再加左手打月亮炸虾饼、芋泥芋丸雪糕、泰国街头烤面包。冬荫功海鲜汤🥣这道汤品充满了浓郁的泰式风味,酸辣适中,海鲜新鲜且份量十足。每一口都能感受到汤底的香料和海鲜的鲜味。椰子香茅奶油海鲜汤🥣这道汤品的椰香和香茅味道非常突出,奶油的加入让汤底更加浓郁和顺滑,同冬荫功海鲜汤一样,海鲜新鲜且份量十足。摩登手工去骨海南鸡🐤🐔这道海南鸡肉质鲜嫩多汁,配上三款特制嘅酱汁,味道一流。鸡肉预先去骨,可以更加方便食客。泰式炒通菜🥬这道菜的通菜炒得非常入味,时令通菜与马拉盏的咸香交织在一起,泰国菜的经典。手打月亮炸虾饼🦐这道虾饼外皮酥脆,内里的虾肉鲜嫩多汁。芋泥芋丸雪糕🍨这道甜品的芋泥香甜绵密,芋丸口感Q弹,配上香草雪糕,味道非常搭配,而且非常适合打卡。泰国街头烤面包🥯这道烤面包外脆内软,配上不同馅料。青柠梳打🍹清爽解渴,是一道非常泰国的饮品。

日日谂食lunch 食咩 谂到头爆 之前黎食几次都冇事 正正常常今日竟然见识到呢间餐厅嘅威力服务态度麻麻 好心急收起人哋啲餐具 好赶客简单一个海南鸡饭 油饭一啲都唔油干到食时感觉会哽死 啲饭生到爆 好似冇用水煮过咁咬都咬唔落 仲差过街市果啲海南鸡铺 估唔到系大商场开既泰国菜难食到呕 草青味 劲浓 𠮶啲虾酱整到成笃野咁 坐喺度食饭嘅时候闻到有阵味好难闻原来系碟菜发出嘅酱味去到最精华嘅一部份就系个海南鸡首先海南鸡个3款酱又冇味 得个酸字 咸味都冇啲鸡又肥又多毛又冇味 仲要啲鸡未熟 加个通菜 摆相好差 似啲野放系个通菜上面 (自行理解)

This was my third-time to visit this restaurant, and I must say, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered Hainan Chichen rice, the chicken was undercooked, leaving a questionable texture that made it hard to enjoy. To make matters worse, the rice was also poorly prepared—dry and lacking the fragrant flavor typically associated with this dish. To make matters worse, the vegetables served in the same lunch set were poorly presented and looked unappetizing. They were just bland and boiled, lacking any creativity or seasoning.. They looked unappetizing and tasted even worse, making it a challenge to eat them at all. Service added to my dissatisfaction. The staff displayed a complete lack of courtesy; they took away my chopsticks while I was still eating, which felt rude and inconsiderate. I visited this restaurant six months ago, and the quality has clearly declined since then. I left feeling let down and unlikely to return. Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

荃湾广场摩登堂,用左好多绿色植物布置,环境阔落,仲有船型座位,充满泰式风情。餐牌提供一系列泰式食品,包括主菜、凉盘沙律、泰式烧烤、泰国街头小食、汤品、饭面类等,另外仲有多款泰式甜品,有丹麦厚吐司、刨冰、雪糕系列等。蟹肉鱼子酱脆筒沙律:将蟹肉和鱼子酱酿入雪糕脆筒内,顶头仲有金箔点缀,更显奢华。米网虾春卷:米网外皮炸到很酥脆,内里既原只大虾,新鲜爽弹,点埋酸酸甜甜既酱汁,味道一流。蒜蓉炒芥兰:芥兰炒得新鲜翠绿,上面洒上炸蒜,非常惹味。曼谷蟹肉炒饭:饭炒到粒粒分明,配上蟹肉、蟹籽和香葱,泰式风味浓。芒果糯米饭雪糕:芒果肉香甜,和云尼拿雪糕及糯米饭融为一体,味道吸引。榴梿糯米饭雪糕:榴梿加上糯米饭和榴梿雪糕,味道超夹,榴梿控必点。总结,餐厅食物有泰国特色之余,又新鲜好味,地点方便,值得推介。
