点心虽然是传统食物,可是当换上全新的造型,也可以像下午茶的甜点一样打卡拍照!近年来在香港越来越多店家推出这样的新派点心,像是饮茶与点心代表,而这次来到的是在公司附近的探花!店内的装饰也算是用心,像是粉红色系的梳化、英式茶杯、花花墙纸、转角书柜与及一棵红叶树等,虽然看起来有点不搭,但至少整体也算是非常整理,跟旧式茶楼完全不一样。菜单上提供不少造型点心,另外也有其他主食、小食与甜品,选择非常丰富。青森苹果叉烧酥 $42/2件店家非常人气的点心!叉烧酥的酥皮被做成青苹果的模样非常可爱!至于口感方面外皮不会太厚,叉烧内馅也算正常,味道上没什么特别。碧绿蟹肉羹金鱼饺 $88/3造型满分的一道点心!金鱼造型逼真,在灯光下可以看到表面的鱼鳞,而且上菜时还有碧绿色的蟹肉羹浸泡著,用来搭配金鱼饺(好像是虾饺)一流!黑虎掌花素饺 $38/3件晶莹剔透的粉红色花朵非常可爱,而里面包裹著素粒馅料,包括被称为黑虎掌的菇类。之后看探花的社文平台介绍,才知道原来这道食材以前是宫廷贡品!味道方面没什么惊喜,可点不可不点!咸蛋黄竹炭萝卜丝酥饼 $38/2件 (没有拍照) 黑色的外皮里面包裹著满满的萝卜丝,有口感又好吃。不过现在看名字才发现有咸蛋黄,好像是洒在酥饼上的,但记忆中完全没有吃到。猪润烧卖 $42/2件 (没有拍照)没什么造型,但是猪润非常好吃,厚身又软嫩。至于烧卖没什么特别,其实猪润跟烧卖一起或分开吃都可以。总结:有些点心价钱偏贵,但造型真的超IGable!不过味道也只是正常,所以来打卡一次就可以了!推荐度:🤍🤍🤍打卡度:🤍🤍🤍🤍

圣诞期间,当你突然有饭局但又未book位,呢个时候你脑入面只会谂到一个选择 ~ 食中餐,果然真系仲有位,感恩呢间餐厅系新派中菜,主打精致点心,亦都有中西合璧既fusion 菜,一入餐厅门口就有个书架,入面亦都有好多花既摆设,喇叭系D字头喇叭,餐具亦都好靓,非常讲究青苹果叉烧酥卖相好似个青苹果咁,酥皮好松脆,但个馅就唔系好食到有苹果肉,味道就系一个普通叉烧酥咸蛋黄竹炭萝卜丝酥饼用上竹炭粉将个酥皮变成黑色,底部有d芝麻,面头撒上咸蛋黄碎,萝卜馅料亦都好足,酥脆内软酸辣土豆丝唔止酸辣咁简单,仲有麻,食落都几辣下,土豆丝好爽脆,刺激又开胃拔丝咕噜肉咕噜肉外层被糖浆包围,外层微微脆口,入面啖啖肉,个肉一d都唔膻,味道不错芝麻鸡半只芝麻鸡整得好脆呀,芝麻既香味再加埋鸡皮既油香,真系好难忍到口唔食埋块皮,肉质都仲好嫩,好食干煸黑毛猪肉崧芥兰无谂过芥兰会系咁样呈献,师傅真系好花机,只保留芥兰最嫩个part,又嫩又甜,黑毛猪肉崧可以再煮得干身d生炒M7和牛饭炒饭炒得够干身,但我就觉得M7和牛系个炒饭入面唔系好突出,可能切得太细粒,感觉同普通牛肉差唔多整体环境舒服,食物卖相同质素都不错,连茶叶都系来自英记茶庄,待应亦都好smart好有礼貌,最开心既系个日佢无限时,可以一边同朋友慢慢倾慢慢食真系好难得

Cannot taste what was ingredients of the colouring. We asked the manager and he wasn't able to answer as well.Baked barbequed pork with aomori apple puffWe expected there's"creativity" with the taste: maybe there's apple flavour in it?So we ordered.It's not what we expected. Despite the delicate appearance, it's just normal barbequed pork with flaky pastry.The branch was chocolate biscuit and Mint. It's edible.Green tea custard bunThere's no taste of green tea at all. Guesd it's only colouring. The filling was hot melting custard.Scallop and baby green dumplingsIt's as what it mentioned. Tastes good. Shrimp and seeweed spring rollCrunchy spring roll with shrimp rolled inside, accompanied by salad sauce.Assorted meat and crab dumplings filled with brothIt's very pale in taste, but that prooves that they didn't add lots of flavourings and it's more natural.The meat is big, yet it's not something surprising. Carabinero dumplingsThe shrimp tastes like medium rare done, with lobster soup underneath, while the dumplings is fully cooked. The combination is interesting. LongingIt's one of the best dishes. The taste is really refreshing.Shrimp dumplings in spinach tofu broth with crab meat.The appearance is very delicate. The taste was not outstanding but it's interesting enough.Diced sarcodon aspratus mushroom dumplingsIt's vegetarian food. Taste good.Overall speaking, the service is really nice, the manager is welcoming and attentive to customers' needs, we appreciate that.However the food is more or less the same as traditional ones in terms of taste. It's all about fancy appearance, if you enjoyed taking photos with food, it's a great experience. However if you look for creativity in taste, you might be disappointed.

在app预订很方便,十二点到达,已有一半客入坐。入到去,店长悉心安排座位,还给座椅摆袋,很贴心。点心纸形式下单,点心选择很多,亦有很多特色创新的,青森苹果叉烧酥,黑白炸豆腐,咸蛋黄竹炭萝卜丝都叫了。另外,猪润嘅菜式都唔少,我也叫了猪润肠粉,猪润很新鲜,米底皮也很滑爽口不太淋,豉油分开上,少少甜钓到猪润嘅鲜味。黑白豆腐炸得很香口,外脆内滑,用玻璃杯盛载,豆腐一口一口食,食极停唔到口。叉烧酥苹果造型,颜色吸引,酥皮松化,叉烧馅不太黏身,不太甜,平衡度很高。总括而言,探花的出品高质素,价钱稍高
