几年前去北京,听到不少胡同也要配合发展而清拆,不知现在的北京变成什么样子了。突然想到北京,是因为最近女友带我吃了一间在坑口的串烧店叫捌拾胡同,店子面积细小,装修简单的以灰色为主,想营造出北京胡同的感觉。五年前的北京有见过五毫一串的羊肉串但不敢吃,有些游客区买二十元一串但可以讲价至十元,冰糖士多啤梨也可讲价至五元甚至好彩的两元有交易,不知现在还有没有这回事了,而这儿的大多是十五至二十五元一串不等。烧原条茄子($26) 的茄子皮烤得太黑太干,看上去很油但吃下去还未算腻,只是不太好吃,刚好相反的,上面的茄子肉很软淋,调味上略为淡了点。玻璃猪($16) 是是晚吃到最好的,吃下去是肥而不腻而肥所占的比例不少,瘦的也不干,配上甜适中的酱汁,实在是好吃。农家盐烧牛脷的咸香足够,可惜烤得过火,十分难咬开。烤豆卜的豆卜细小,一口一件外脆内软,好像是加了孜然粉,不会过咸的。这儿的一串二十捌拾胡同羊柳串 ($18) 加了孜然粉,味道特别但羊膻味偏低,肉不会太干涸,还可以的。四粒一串的盐烧牛柳粒,个人吃了两粒,第一粒烤得略为过火有点韧,第二粒吃到的是锁著肉汁,中间的肉质够软,两粒也是牛味浓而盐下的份量不会过多,好吃的。三色鸡中翼($39) 的鸡中翼不算肥美饱满,胜在肉烤得不会干。三款来说,土匪鸡翼的够辣的辣油把其他味道盖过,不懂欣赏,中间的腐乳味道挺特别,腐乳味道不会很重,淡淡的在鸡翼中会尝到。蜜糖的最为好吃,香甜的香层中间的肉还算嫩滑,只是唯一不够熟的就是蜜糖味,可以注意。鸡肝串($14) 加了比较浓的酱油在鸡肝上烤香,鸡肝是有点点苦,对我来说倒是没问题吧。火焰椰香菠萝($18) 的菠萝本来也是好吃的,这儿的烤过微热的菠萝吃下去比较酸,味道还不错,若说加了黄糖和椰丝的感觉如何,大约与菠萝是分开吃的,合不来但味道没问题。这儿有再来的可能,暂时最为理想的是盐烧牛柳粒和玻璃猪,希望下次有更多的推介。

刚开业时去过,又贵又难食,十问九唔应,结果去麦记加底,以为刚试业所以再比多次机会。今日叫左个套餐转麺,我地take order 时怕份量太多所以先问个面系碟上定一碗上,waiter话碗上所以我地加钱换两碗面,结果当然唔系啦!但最兴话佢无讲过Never mind !跟住同之前D. Comment 一样狂赶客,但无full 的.最过份男侍应想攞走末食的生豪(whole dish)。D野一系难食,一系无味,所以问佢攞盬,佢话成间餐厅都无,我问佢甘你地点煮野,之后佢死死气攞左碟盬出黎(系我教的)。呢位男侍应连个餐有咩佢都唔知。可幸的是,双方末有恶言相向,他们只是爱理不理。难食都笕,但食到成肚气Overall:生豪: terrible chicken wings: tastelessnoodles: good, cause it cook from package noodledrink: oksatay: tasteless and not juicytotal 250 for 2 person

老公要去 TKO 做野,叫我揾定地方食野~上 openrice 睇睇,呢间小店好似 comment 唔错,决定去一试。个个地方我劲熟悉,因为公司其中一间分店曾经都系个度...个日都叫做 weekday,但估唔到都9成满㖞!! 入到去,间小店其实唔系小店,系超迷你店... 全间舖得4-5 tables,仲有d bar tables 咁... 店员安排左我地坐高... 但其实好迫,而且唔多舒服。由于星期一至四夜晚有 dinner set,而且个 set 仲可以拣野食既,所以我同老公就一人一个 set 啦~个 set 有得拣好似1款前菜,2款烧烤,1款烧菜,1款甜品,1款饮品。+$5 转左个饭做虾子捞面,系小店既推介黎既,不过咸到飞起!!! 前菜有我好钟意既海蜇+青瓜,不过我唔钟意小店个只味,因为系有d 酸酸地个只味道... 我谂钟意酸酸vinegar 味既人会好钟意。豆腐够热,炸蒜片都 ok,不过唔够咸同辣。有d 失望。side order 既烧牛 tongue,系小店推介既。果然无介绍错,老公话好正,非常recommend 的,不过本人唔食牛,无得试。呢个系芝士迷都会好喜欢的,因为真系劲多芝士,但又唔会漏㖞!! 好正!! 不过... zucchini 好似好平咋㖞,唔使片咁薄呀...............?? 仲要得两块咁大把...?! 我个 set 的主菜系猪仔骨... 有点儿后悔叫左呢个.. 食落好似叉烧!! ~~><~~相反我老公的烧羊扒,我老公话好正好香又唔骚!!呢个系我全晚最喜欢既菜!! 好多餐厅都慢慢有推出烧 pineapple,但系呢个 style 我都第一次见,而且好夹,好好味!!!!

I have always wanted to try this place but it was hard to locate.It is situated very close to the MTR exit but well camouflaged because the building is grey and this joint is also grey and dark that it blends in.The exterior is designed so that it looks similar to a Hutong in the Ming dynasty.(For the description of Hutong, please see wikipedia)When you enter the joint, you can smell cumin and other spices.The joint is quite cosy with tables and bar tables.On the walls there are lots of posters and old Chinese ornaments.They do not have an English menu and the Chinese menu was confusing for me.I must be dyslexic at reading Chinese menus because it took me ages to understand their set meal.The set meal had items that I wanted to try, so I ordered that.However I wish the tables were bigger, unless you were sitting on a table for four people, there is not enough table space for all those dishes★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Duck breast in beer and sichuan spices:This was an interesting appetiser because of beer and the sichuan spices.The sichuan spices contain sichuan peppercorns which give your mouth a tingling sensation.I liked the way the sauce gave a tingling sensation from the peppercorns followed by the bitterness and fizzyness of the beer.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Grilled cuttlefish ballsIt could have been grilled more evenly because part of it was burnt and black and the cuttlefish balls were cut in half, so you only get two cuttlefish balls per skewer.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Triangle shaped fishballs:The texture was just like rubber, very chewy and elastic, but they tasted OK.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Grilled BeefIt was quite fatty, but tasted ok.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Grilled octopus mouth:Not sure if they were cooked because they were slightly translucent. They tasted really nice but it was too salty.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Hutong noodlesThese were the best noodles I have ever tasted, I was expecting boring noodles with a side of oyster sauce, but the sauce was amazing.I loved they way they put the spring onions and sauce aside so you can control the amount you put in.The sauce was no ordinary sauce, it contained garlic and cumin.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Fermented beancurd chicken wings:It just tasted like ordinary grilled chicken wings, there was not enough fermented beancurd sauce.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Grilled whelks:I had high expectations for theses, but they were over grilled, dry and chewy.I was expecting them to be grilled in their shells which would prevent them not being so dry.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Lamb chops:These lamb chops tasted amazing, they were soft and juicy absolutely no gaminess.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Lamb skewers:Compared with the lamb chops, these were dry but very spicy.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Grilled oysters:The oyster was grilled with butter and garlic.The taste was not as strong as i was expecting.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Grilled scallops:This was also done the same way as the oysters, grilled with butter and garlic.However the scallop was overdone and tough.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★I was quite impressed with this place, because all the grilled items did not have that oily smell or taste.The only disadvantage are that the tables are too small.
