27-7-2025(Sun)同老公瞓晏咗,就先买完𩠌至食嘢,呢日天气仍然酷热,我记得南丰中心有间食越南嘢,于是行嚟,但原来执咗成10年,系我搅错咗,金满都要去到横龙街𠮶头(https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/r-%E9%87%91%E6%BB%BF%E9%83%BD%E8%B6%8A%E5%8D%97%E9%A4%90%E5%BB%B3-%E8%8D%83%E7%81%A3-%E8%B6%8A%E5%8D%97%E8%8F%9C-%E7%B2%89%E9%BA%B5-%E7%B1%B3%E7%B7%9A-r44640),咁远点去?于是即同老公嚟成日排长龙嘅呢间碰碰运气。我哋嚟到冇人排队,开门见到有位,同唔系全bar枱,只有少量系,我哋拣bar枱坐,因为唔系高身𠮶种。坐低后扫QR code落单,拣咗:1. $85.00嘅骨胶原捞面150g拉面见到面上有一pat白色嘅嘢,应该系骨胶原嘅来源~猪油,紫菜上面放有鱼介粉,基本配菜说系叉烧,半熟蛋,笋同葱,呢碗多咗柠檬俾客人唧柠檬汁,我将所有嘢捞匀晒食,感觉唔太肥腻,只系滑滑地,拉面口感亦正常冇问题,150g嘅份量对我嚟讲系好够。2. $98.00嘅伊台风200g拉面系鱼介豚骨x番茄芝士双重汤底,芝士被火炙过,有啲咸㶶味几得意,番茄汤味道亦正常冇问题。3-4. $12.00嘅乌龙茶原本谂住系胶樽庄,但原来系罐庄。抵食系2.7分其他:拉面可由100g起,免费至150g同200g,多啲就加钱。如果沾面汤唔够热,可以叫店员整返热。配菜可以转换,但除咗紫菜。可以问店员攞醋,但如有须要,重可以攞发圈,围巾,好贴心。佢哋嘅T恤设计得好靓,而且质地系通爽𠮶种,我哋冇问价钱,但原来可凭佢哋15个印花换领。 继续阅读

呢个已经食过几次,个汤底真心高质🥰荃湾铺装修咗,而家好坐过之前好多~有自折/4人枱,冇之前咁逼😆餐厅内有好多唔同动漫人物嘅figures做装饰~~食呢间都仲系要排队,不过都唔洗等太耐就食到!今次叫左一款汤面,一款沾面 ~伊台风($98),个汤底系鱼介豚骨汤底与蕃茄芝士混合而成,入口浓厚而不腻😚饮得出系熬制而成,而唔系味精汤底! 鱼介汤配搭埋蕃茄酸甜开胃~真系有粒粒蕃茄肉,真材实料🥰但系芝士佢系粒粒芝士,并唔系一大片就唔算好多,唔重芝士味但都OK~面质弹牙又挂汁好食!鱼介豚骨沾面($88),汤底充满豚骨的浓郁与鱼介的鲜香😍重口味得黎又唔会劲咸~面底粗身但好弹牙,吸收到汤底好滋味!叉烧够厚但唔干,溏心蛋流心熟度刚刚好~🥳 继续阅读

呢间拉面店长期都好多人排队,而且仲出左唔少商舖本身既周边,连即食拉面都有,可想而知系几有人气🔥之前有几次想食都食唔到,今日终于的起心肝去食呢间系荃湾十分出名既拉面🍜可能因为我自己一个人,所以唔使等好耐就入到去👏今次就试左佢个鱼介拉面。🐒鱼介豚骨拉面💰$78👉🏻半熟蛋(半只)👉🏻辣味芽菜+$15鱼介原来系指鱼类同贝类既总称,而呢到既鱼介豚骨拉面就兼具左鱼介既鲜味同豚骨既浓郁,怪唔知得食落同出面既都真系有分别啦佢哋每款拉面都有特盛可以upgrade,不过一个女仔其实普通都已经好足够,因为佢每个拉面都配备左叉烧,荀,半熟蛋同紫菜,而我今次仲加左辣味芽菜,增加成个拉面既口感添!不过最出色都一定系个汤,真系超级浓郁而且系个texture会有少少挂汤,所以真系每啖都会食到鱼介汤既鲜味🐟 继续阅读
