今日跟朋友到这间 '餐厅' 庆祝生日,去到门口看不到名字有点担心是不是去错,因为感觉不到有BALI风情,进去是一个小单位(百宝利的一个单位),也没什么特别装修.坐了一阵,店员问要甚么饮品,要了玫瑰冰.就普通的一渣(打边炉竹蔗水果D)微红微甜的水.4人一人分到一杯仔.因为是朋友先到,但因为没有记住店员曾经说过的食物名,所以全晚一直都不知道会有甚么食,除左个鸡和巴东牛肉.所以也不知道是完呢道菜仲有无下一道.哈哈第一道来的是沙拉,店员说是送的.第二道鸡肉串烧第三道红饭鸡这个弄得不错,鸡肉不会鞋第四道巴东牛肉最后是甜品米布丁+牛油果雪糕,店员说是送的一款送一杯仔,4个人一人share一匙更都算叫做有食过GE.当我知道原来巴东牛肉系最后的一道菜,我真是有点儿震惊.4个人食3道主菜?姑且把串烧都当是主菜.头尾都声称是送的,那么我们就用$1000消费了这3道主菜+一渣玫瑰冰.这私房菜也真的有点贵吧.可能是我见识少,私房菜呢家野(有店主为你安排菜式)都系唔多适合我.我都系去番D有餐牌有价钱的德国餐厅,美国餐厅好过.起码我都知道每个食客都系同一个价钱食同一样的食物.哈哈.另外可能是我们人少吧,加上我们order左红饭鸡.3道菜剩2样,巴东牛肉系招牌菜,即系只剩1样菜比厨师发挥创意自由设计,所以我们得到了鸡肉串烧.好似隔离台系羊肉串烧.

同朋友farewell, 提早用wtsapp订枱, 由于人数较多, 要先比$500订金。店主先将menu send左比我, 可以拣左野食先, 都几多dish系要预订。环境唔错,昏暗黄灯,几warm既土耳其feel。地方唔大, 当日除左我地9个,重有一枱6人同4人,已经坐满成间餐厅。如果唔book左先, 都几大机会冇位。餐前小食有印尼虾片,好厚,有D硬,味道唔错。牛油果奶昔:几fresh既牛油果香, 重有未打烂哂既牛油果,奶味有点过重,淡返少少可以令牛油果味更出。有椰糖提供(糖浆同个樽都系冻嫁, 好细心), 唔够甜可以自己落加多加多:有虾片,青瓜,蛋,薯仔同菜,食物好普通,精髓系加多加多汁,有D似沙嗲,比沙嗲甜D,有花生碎喺入面,好好食 巴东牛肉:招牌菜,老板娘介绍时话会好辣,可以配埋青瓜同蕃茄一齐食,如果真系顶唔顺可以比牛奶我地。又冇想像中咁好食同咁辣,个人觉得羊肉串个肉整得好D。同行朋友觉得有D筋,可以咬下,大赞好好食。免费任食白饭,可以叫 extra 加多加多汁,沙嗲汁同巴东汁送饭。唔知点解另上既巴东汁同牛肉个巴东汁唔同,辣左,浓左,送饭一流!!!香草乳酪鸡:相对其他菜式有点失色,味道唔错,但全部都系鸡肉粒,好碎,个汁似唔辣同有乳酩味既咖喱 鸡肉/羊肉沙嗲:羊肉冇膻味,肉质好好,有咬口得黎唔un。沙嗲酱都好好食 牛肉薯球:推介 食唔到牛肉,薯仔好滑,唔知系咪落左粉,黏黏地,炸得好香五香酥:炸腐皮卷包住猪肉碎,配酸酸地黑醋味既汁,还可以 印尼粟米饼:粟米饼可以有几特别?以为会好普通,点知... 几好食㖞! 好多原粒粟米, 连埋粉浆炸,好脆,一D都唔油腻, 个粉有D似健康版煎蚝饼。茄子薯仔:应该系成晚最唔好食既一道菜。极普通既茄子粒同切成片既薯仔,淋D茄汁同乳酪。茄汁味太出,抢哂乳酪味,变成茄汁点茄子同薯仔。 土耳其烤饼:好好食 就咁食已经好香,同其他酱汁一齐食又系另一番风味。好食到叫多一份。每一块都好薄,份量偏细。 黄姜饭:要预订。$58一碗都几贵,份量好细。值得一试,D饭粒粒分明,好浓黄姜味,感觉好新鲜。 梅尔辛红饭酿烤嫩鸡(要预订):推介!只鸡先原只上比我地影相 ,之后再拎返入厨房切开。鸡肉好嫩好滑,连鸡胸都唔会嚡,而且好入味。可以加乳酪食,都几特别。饭同黄姜饭好唔同,腍D同湿D,另一种感觉,好好食,好惹味。美中不足系食到最后好咸。只鸡本来下面系沙律 (系咪所有土耳其沙律都落咁多调味料整到咁咸嫁呢?), 饭吸哂D汁搞到好咸。见D野食全部都唔大份,我地9个人分,以为会唔够饱。食到依度已经好饱啦!但几饱都要试埋个甜品!本来店主介绍我地预订班兰香蕉蛋糕,我又对餐牌上既印尼鲜牛油千层蛋糕同其他甜品有点兴趣,结果决定唔订,到时先算。可惜当日冇土耳其米饭布甸,得芝士雪糕同牛油果雪糕,本来想试既罗望子都冇。下次都系要预订稳阵D。芝士雪糕:第一次食芝士味。出乎意料地好食 雪糕好滑,好浓芝士味!好似食紧new york cheese cake既雪糕版。牛油果雪糕:都系咁滑,同芝士比清淡好多。唔系好食到牛油果味,反而奶味浓D,不过大家都话虽然冇牛油果味但好好食。有几粒都几大粒既牛油果系入面,真材实料。最后买左盒土耳其软糖,开心果味一如店主推介唔系好甜,好多开心果粒。但玫瑰味太甜,实在不敢恭唯。人手唔系好够,全店得3个人,有点慢,但服务态度好好,细心介绍唔同既菜式,为我地添左好多次白饭同酱汁。适合对食物有要求又想倾计既gathering。

2013年12月27日 7:30pm- 10:30pm 9人人生第一次与好友享受私房菜,真是妙不可言!是次品尝的为土耳其菜,亦是首次尝试。菜式亦由店主为我们精心设计,以下为当晚菜式:1.Gado Gado 加多加多 x 12.0Rendang Daging Sapi (12oz) 招牌巴东牛肉(12安士) x 13.Manti Lamb/Beef (pre-order needed)自家土耳其牛/羊肉饺子 (需预订) x 14.0Beef Shish Kebab (3pcs) 土耳其香草雪花牛排串烧(3串) x 15. Roasted Tender Chicken Stuffed with Red Rice in Mersin Style 梅尔辛红饭酿烤嫩鸡 (需预订) x 26. Sate Ayam (6pcs) 串烧鸡肉伴沙爹7. Dadar Jagung 香草印尼粟米饼8. Mussels and Rice with Tomatoes Sauce -Midye Dolma (pre order needed)土耳其青口配番茄海鲜汁酿茄子香草饭(需预订) (9pcs)除了上述𩠌菜,白饭是无限量供应的。先别说吃的,谈谈环境,一进入屋内,伴随着音乐,便有住在土耳其家的感觉,亲切温暖,布置简洁怡人,全场若只有20个坐位。而服务方面,可能当晚有另一台客人,所以比较忙,少了交流,但服务亦相当周到,有求必应,如临别买土耳其软糖时,提供试食,基于太好卖而缺货,亦介绍我们到分店购买。(*吾系讲笑,真系超好食!)好了,终于说吃的!先说前菜 Gado Gado 加多加多,是一款salad,有蛋,有豆腐,生菜等,配以一种带少少酸甜和微辣的酱汁,作为前菜的,相当醒胃!之后来的是 0Beef Shish Kebab (3pcs) 土耳其香草雪花牛排串烧 3串,有牛肉,洋葱,带小辣的青椒等。当中牛肉味浓且夹带着一种特别的味道,难以形容。而青椒洋葱亦非常新鲜!以下为其中最出色的一款之一 Roasted Tender Chicken Stuffed with Red Rice in Mersin Style 梅尔辛红饭酿烤嫩鸡 (需预订) , 原只鸡伴XXX饭,由于对香草没有什么认识,所以是XXX。吃法比较特别,要在上淋上秘制乳酪。先说味道,热辣辣的鸡肉夹带着凉浸浸的乳酪,先尝到香而不浓的乳酪,继而和鸡肉混合,味道新奇可口。而XXX饭方面,有着香浓的鸡味,份量适中。值得一提是那只鸡,笔者吃鸡是不滑不吃,而一般的鸡,滑的部分应该只有脾,背和翼,但此鸡是整只都滑,相当impressive!而期待已久最出色的,就是0Rendang Daging Sapi (12oz) 招牌巴东牛肉(12安士) ,虽然卖相不太讨好,啡黑色一粒粒,但放入口时「一呜惊人」。起初用叉叉下去感觉会是有点难入口,会黏牙。而实际是完全相反,非常有咬口,不黏牙,易消化。店主提醒会比较辣,所以伴自家制冰镇青瓜解辣,而且相当有效!除此之外,白饭是任加,配巴东牛肉的汁,我吃了4碟饭!而上面提到的辣,是非一般的辣,不是想当刺激的辣,而是从内至外冉冉地渗出的香辣,散发着浓陏的牛味,即使吃了青瓜,其解辣功效没有完全冲淡所有味道,而是减少了辣的感觉,过了一会,依然有精品咖啡般的余韵。至于Manti Lamb (pre-order needed) 自家土耳其羊肉饺子,好吃是好吃,但和以上所比,并不特出,而且比较细粒,脆皮包着肉馅,可以为小食。下款为Sate Ayam (6pcs) 串烧鸡肉伴沙爹 ,同上,鸡肉相当软滑,沙爹也好吃,但亦不算特出。有一款也出人意表,外表平凡,郤深藏不露,就是 Dadar Jagung 香草印尼粟米饼。外表与薯饼无异,但内里郤包着很多粟米粒,充满着粟米的味道,很香很松化。最后一道,就是Mussels and Rice with Tomatoes Sauce -Midye Dolma (pre order needed)土耳其青口配番茄海鲜汁酿茄子香草饭(需预订) (9pcs),看其名也知是怎样,青口很新鲜,但略嫌香草饭酸,个人较偏爱忌廉汁。吃完饭,当然少不了甜品,我们点了自家制土耳其雪糕,天啊,大家都认为这是人生最好吃的雪糕之一,异常香浓的牛奶味,甜而不腻,份量适中,可谓国色天香,令人回味无穷!难得来土耳其,手信也不能少,就是土耳其软糖,其软糖是新鲜空运到港,我们试了果仁和玫瑰味,先说玫瑰味,只是闻已有阵阵玫瑰花幽香,放入口中彷佛进入了充满着玫瑰花的世外桃源,正! 而果仁,笔者是讨厌的,但此糖另我对果仁刮目相看,咬下去相当有层次,果仁粒也好吃,也甜得入心入肺(夸张!Face with tears of joy)经过第一次,好友们都大力推荐,笔者亦诚心推荐大家一试,人数最好在8至10人,可以试多款亦能饱肚。

想倾密计又怕人多、嘈、时间限制 ?相信好多人都同我一样架啦 ! 今次多得朋友介绍黎到位于旺角既楼上餐厅,上到去店子细细的, 但好有渡假FEEL喔。「I LOVE BALI」应该系食BALI菜, 不过呢间餐厅主打印度菜式。MENU上选择都算多, 如果问下店员有咩好介绍, 分分钟有意想不到既菜式噜。首先就黎一个脆卜卜既小食, 好似叫做「鱼饼」, 我唔系好记得个名, 咬落去好脆, 冇油腻, 带点咸香, 不过冇鱼味既 XDDD至于饮品, 我就叫左玫瑰冰, 听闻好多人点呢个特饮架。 而朋友就叫左青柠特饮, 我试过味, 都唔错的,两杯都唔会过甜, 我ORDER时叫左少甜,相对玫瑰味会淡左DD啊。GADO GADO (加多加多), 系一款热食SALAD, 有蔬菜垫底, 仲有我至爱既虾片,配一个咸咸地又有D花生既酱, 味道普通啦。招牌巴东牛肉 6oz呢个不得不赞, 的确好味, 辣味出, 汁够浓,肉质够哂林, 送饭一流, 越食越流汗 (爽皮)。印尼花豆炒鲜虾, 花豆系咩黎既呢, 原来又叫臭豆㖞, 有点苦涩味, 唔系人人受得到架, 我个人就麻麻地啦,听闻吃了之后, 去厕所都有好大阵味,越大阵味代表肠胃越好, 信不信由你,个虾球好弹好鲜, 唔知佢用咩酱炒,类似XO酱啦, 带出虾既鲜味, 很不错啊。梅尔辛红饭酿烤鸡, 一上台相机食先啦, wakakka, 成只鸡烤得好靓, 鸡肉好嫩, 有淡淡的香草味,最爱块烤到好香又唔多油既鸡皮, 而且肉身亦腌得好入味,入面既饭都系有味的, 咬落有一粒粒爽爽地既东东,不过唔知系咩, 饭太多啦, 我地3个女仔食唔哂,人多就岩哂啦 !食呢个酿烤鸡最好就配呢个YOGURT酱, 好多时D YOGURT都有大阵"SO"味,不过呢个酱又处理得唔错噃, 食到有奶香喔 !最后系甜品, 包括3款口味雪糕 (罗望子、牛油果、开心果), 加埋土耳其米饭布甸, 布甸入面有米饭, 面层有玉桂粉,好特别, 但我唔太识欣赏, 我抗拒肉桂啊。雪糕系hand made架, 最爱罗望子酸酸甜甜的,牛油果、开心果相对奶味较重, 但我一样喜欢。

Met some friends at I Love Bali for some Turkish food (I'll have to come back for the Indonesian stuff). It's definitely not a walk-in place, and you should probably arrange the meal ahead of time.OK, so Gado Gado is not Turkish, but we asked for something with vegetables and apparently the Turkish don't do that. So we got the Gado Gado. First time for me having this dish, it's boiled vegetables like potatoes, green beans and some other greens, with a hard-boiled egg and some prawn cakes. There's a peanut sauce you're supposed to slather it in. I'll admit to not really being a fan. The veggies were pretty bland on their own, and smothering them in peanut sauce just made everything taste like peanut sauce. OK, CAfter the salad came this stuffed mackerel, which I did like. Here's a close-up so you can see more of what's going on. The mackerel has had its insides removed. Then they were minced, and mixed with herbs and raisins and some other things. Then the fish skin is stuffed with the mince and seared until crispy. A little lemon on the result adds a nice bold touch. I was impressed. Great, A-After the fish we got some fried Turkish cheese. The cheese itself wasn't melty even after the frying, it was more crumbly. It came in two forms: one had sort of a wonton wrapper with the cheese & chopped cilantro inside. These were just fantastic. The second form was a sort of cheese stick, with the same filling; I liked the wonton ones better, but both were really good. Great, in fact, AI have less of an idea of exactly what this dish was. Little fried pastries with minced meat inside, covered in sour cream and ketchup. These were less exciting than the cheese. The pastries themselves were a little bland and not really crispy or hot enough. And I don't know if the ketchup is authentic but... c'mon Turkey, ketchup? Really? Good, B-I don't particularly like mussels and I don't really know why anyone else does either. They're best when tender and, to my mind, all sauced-up. This dish was really banking on the direct appeal of the mussels themselves. And they were chewy and bland. The rice they were served with was also bland and a little bit overly mushy. OK, C-Although the fish and the fried cheese were great, the Mersin chicken stole our hearts. I was pretty full at this point, but I just had to chow down on the chicken. The herbs and marinade for the skin were very tasty, it was cooked nice and crispy, the chicken on the inside was tender and juicy. Everyone at the table raved about it, and when they asked us at the end of the meal how the food was, the chicken was the first to be mentioned. You have to order this in advance but I suggest that you do so. And the rice it comes with is good as well. Excellent, A+I was quite impressed by the food here, and I will definitely come back for the Balinese cuisine. The restaurant is dark and cramped. It's a little disorganized (we were on-time for our reservations but still had to wait for a table). The food takes forever... our dinner was 3 hours long! And there's no alcoholic drinks but you can BYOB. It's true HK private kitchen fare, and you've got to be able to chillax and live with that. I found it great, A.
