喺restaurant week期间book嘅晚餐!Welcome drink送一杯特色气泡茶,系气泡酒咁嘅味,都几好饮同refreshing!另外亦有烘热嘅法包同埋面包酱。前菜我选择咗蟹肉牛油果三文鱼子沙律,味道都ok。重头戏:龙虾汤系呢度招牌菜,食之前侍应会埋黎倒少少黑加仑子酒落去,令个汤嘅味更加浓郁同有记忆点,黑加仑子酒味道同龙虾汤真系好夹,亦都系我第一次试到咁样调味嘅龙虾汤,感觉好新奇。主菜海鲈鱼同青口都好好食,青口好贴心咁去除左内脏,呢个令成个main dish加好多分! 继续阅读
