I visited the restaurant today at 3:41 PM and ordered a Honey Butter Waffle and a Cappuccino. When the food was served, the staff only provided a fork. I immediately asked for a knife, but the staff replied, “We don’t have knives.”As shown in the photo, the waffle came with butter and was quite thick—how was I supposed to eat it with just a fork? The staff then told us that all the knives had already been given to other customers, and simply walked away without offering any apology. The attitude was extremely poor.
About 10 minutes later, the staff handed me a red-handled kitchen knife, which was dirty and clearly not meant for customer use. I was shocked that a restaurant would offer a kitchen knife like that to a guest.
This is unacceptable.
今天下午3:41到訪餐廳，點了一份蜂蜜牛油窩夫和一杯Cappuccino。上餐時，職員只提供了叉子，我隨即向他要求餐刀，但職員竟然回應：「我們沒有餐刀」。
如圖所示，窩夫配有牛油，而且厚身，難道要我用叉硬叉來食？我向職員表示，以前也光顧過這間餐廳，同樣點了蜂蜜牛油窩夫，當時是有提供叉和餐刀的。
職員之後表示，餐刀已經派晒畀其他客人，然後就無聲無息地走開，連一句道歉都冇，態度非常惡劣。
約10分鐘後，職員竟然遞來一把紅色手柄的廚房用刀，而且係污糟的，令人震驚。這間餐廳竟然會將廚房用刀交畀客人使用，實在匪夷所思。
