來大角咀的目的除了因為想試試列入wish list許久的《Black n White》,另一個原因當然是為了朝聖…屬於某某的街道!!!哈哈…朝聖過後,由於《Black n White》於公眾假期2pm才營業,那時才1pm左右,只好宣佈計劃擱置,另覓地方祭五臟…二人被《Fragrant Kitchen(意味)》門外的menu「吸引」,因而走了進去…就是這個「巴馬火腿美國自然有骨豬扒配芥末籽汁」,跟他笑了良久,豬當然是「自然有骨」的啦!!!難道世上有些被基因改造過因而沒骨頭支撐身體的豬嗎?!??!我倒是想看看啊…(看了該菜式的英文名稱,完全是因為店子把「Organic」譯作「自然」才引起這個笑料!!!)說回店子,環境不俗!!想不到紫(牆壁)拼青(桌子)還蠻配的啊…主菜連餐飲,均可以「優惠價」多加餐湯(+$5)、沙律(+$10)、甜品等等,且是自行配搭,價錢亦一目了然地於menu內展示出來…先來的是凱撒沙律,蔬菜新鮮,煙肉乾、麵包粒等亦毫不吝惜,絕對交足功課…忌廉湯及餐包則很「豉油西餐」的感覺,一般般…他的「香煎龍利柳伴薯茸配白酒刁草忌廉汁」…(menu內真實名字!!)我的「燒美國牛肩肉扒伴時蔬配青胡椒粒汁」,要了七成熟,想不到原來肉扒是薄薄的,心想「早知就叫五成啦!!」,不過肉質不鬆散,店子以靚牛扒自居的確所言非虛,汁內混有一點點原粒青胡椒,還帶有一點點酸酸的味道,該是下了喼汁又或是檸檬汁之類吧,整體不俗,份量不多不少,對女孩子來說絕對恰好!!!只略嫌醬汁鹹了點。附上咖啡一杯,普普通通…被這個關於「75度心太軟」的介紹吸引了,不好甜品的他罕有地主動說要點來試試…待了好一陣子,心太軟出場了…頗流心澎湃的說!!!嗅起來帶有濃濃的朱古力味,吃起來既不會太苦又不會太甜,就連他亦說「好味喎!!」(須知道他是個不會隨便說任何甜品好吃的人),還跟我「爭食」…總消費$180,食物很讚,服務則一般般,餐具的整潔度亦一般般,餐湯碗外於端來之時已沾有不屬於忌廉湯的「餸汁」,某些碟子還帶有歲月痕跡、沿碟邊分佈了數個缺(崩)口,這是要扣分的地方……查看更多
Had a late lunch here with some friends on a holiday. Only two other tables and us. Soup of the day was mushroom cream soup - tastelessTried different salad and were all just so so.Beef steak - not much of meat tasteMushroom and prawn risotto(one of the most expensive item on the menu) - absolutely terrible. Instead of real risotto, they used normal rice. The prawn was so tasteless that I think it was just boiled in water and that's it.The only thing acceptable was the chocolate cake, quite heavy but tasty.Each of us had soup, salad, main course, dessert and drink, about HK$150 each. I wouldn't mind paying more for a good lunch but this place is not worth it.…查看更多
