一排无食过鸡蛋仔了。这晚在红磡,回家前专登走去民泰街揾「妈咪」。可惜没想到10点已经收了铺,失望地离开时看到街尾这间「恒发鸡蛋仔」。反正从来都未帮衬过,一于give it a try吧。虽然店面叫「恒发鸡蛋仔」,但原来除了鸡蛋仔和夹饼外,还有鱼蛋、肠仔等小食,粉面和三文治等,就像一间小食店,只是不设座位。原味鸡蛋仔1底$13,2底$24。另外有5款加料选择,包括芝麻($3),芝士夹心($3),朱古力粒夹心($4),红豆泥夹心($4)和芋头泥夹心($6)。我就选了芝麻鸡蛋仔($16)。阿姐收到order后即制,前后都有等了约10-15分钟。热辣辣又香喷喷的鸡蛋仔拿在手真开心^^ 粒粒鸡蛋仔账卜卜,外层很脆(不过部分边位有点硬),内里软心,质感做得很不错。味道虽然蛋香不算很突出,加进了黑芝麻和白芝麻,食起来颇香,而且胜在甜度不高。整体来说,这鸡蛋仔是好吃的。阿姐服务态度有礼貌又醒目,虽然店内环境有点'呢啡',尚算卫生。

因为住附近 所以以前经常会食到以前呢到啲野食都几好食既自从对面开左买一送一鱼蛋烧卖 呢间又要跟住人地做优惠当时食既鱼蛋已经开始吾好食 冇咖哩味 吾弹牙 又细粒之后我都有再食呢到吾同既野食有7蚊两粒既牛肉球 冇乜马弟 吾算太差 都可以放入口既职员方面应该系一家亲有个男既中学生左右 帮手态度差 不想做生意咁今次就试下烧卖一串5粒 有一粒旁边变黑 不知何解酱油不咸 辣油不辣 酱料加了像没有加烧卖不知是否鱼肉还是猪肉做 没有味道 仲有啲硬 一啲都吾好食往咁多街坊帮亲佢咁多年呢到应该系最耐历史挨得到冇汁既街坊店

放学后经过这里 肚子有点饿 又看到店员刚好弄好了鸡蛋仔 于是便买了一底一接过鸡蛋仔 再嗅一嗅 心知不妙 鸡蛋仔并无任何蛋香味 或是奶香味试食了一粒 发觉鸡蛋仔只是粉浆味 要在口中不停喷气才感觉到丁点的蛋味味道亦一点也不甜 感觉完完全全是在吃面粉浆将鸡蛋仔咬开一半 果然如我所料 是为了营造外脆内软 而中间空心的鸡蛋仔 但粉浆实在是下得太少 吃起来的质感并不讨好吃完亦没有饱肚感这一间鸡蛋仔无论味道或是质感 都明显是偷工减料得很严重完全不值一试

After eating fried dumplings for lunch today, I was going to go to Hunghom Egg Waffles for my waffle fix, but I forgot that they haven't opened yet at 12pm So I searched up this place which was a bit further away (anything for a waffle) and noticed that this store actually sells other savoury snacks in spite of what the shop name suggests. Before I could decide on what to get, a couple of english speaking asian girls were being so amazed at how good their egg waffles smelled, I nearly scoffed out loud and very wanted to recommend them to try my favourite Hunghom Egg Waffles. Anyways, so I ordered a regular waffle which I noticed was a dollar more than HEW at $13, there must be a good reason why this is more expensive right? I had to wait a good 10 minutes as the lady there made me a fresh waffle, I was thinking that this can't go wrong. I asked for all the sauces to be added (butter, peanut butter, condensed milk) but my heart dropped when I saw how she did not bother to spread the sauces evenly around the waffle, the portion of sauces was generous enough, in fact I think it's far too much as all the excess condensed milk ended up at the bottom of the paper bag as soon as she handed me the waffle... The first bite made me regret immediately walking all the way over here, the texture was not of my taste, it was chewy and didn't have a slight bit of crunch to it, the waffle itself is absolutely bland, with nearly no sweetness at all, it was relying completely on the sauces to give any flavour, and that didn't work out either since the sauces are all at the bottom of the bag. It was almost as if I'm eating a piece of bread!

看到大大的字“秘制鸡蛋仔”觉得蛮诱人,就要了一底($12)应该不是即叫即整因为没等几分钟很快就有了鸡蛋仔蛮大底的,外表超漂亮FLAWLESS但是...好看却不太好吃噢...鸡蛋仔虽然还微暖,但是外皮太脆太脆了,咬下去比饼干还脆,外皮脆得来里面又不够软,加上不够热,反而弄巧反掘变了好像在吃鸡蛋仔很干贴出来黄宗泽也来过,可能别的东西还不错吧,但鸡蛋仔真的是一次就够了还要了一串沙爹面筋($6),沙爹酱很浓很足不会太过辣,面筋不会很油吸满沙爹的味道,很不错,这面筋串虽然外表不怎么样,但味道蛮好可以encore
