来到位於观塘的「御膳」,装修典雅清幽舒服,厨房由经验丰富的中厨主理,每天精选新鲜到位的时令食材,扭出创意与卖相兼备的私房菜功架,制成达至帝皇级别的精致菜式,店如其名,绝对称得上为观塘区的「御膳」。

选择多变 打造专属「你」的菜单
餐牌选择由二人至十二位用不等,单是海鲜类已有超过五十款的选择,其他种类更包括热菜类、冷菜类、饭至生果甜品等。
大热推介菜式包括:大肉蟹、特大蛏子皇、士多啤梨骨、金华玉树鸡、白胡椒爆炒南非鲍鱼、及卖相参照菊花图形而制成的菊子鱼等。菜式制作款款一丝不苟,海鲜鲜味浓,炒饭满载饭香而乾身;限量推出、卖相精巧的西瓜盅,更由原个西瓜起肉奉上。碟碟实而不华,份量与霸气十足。

今天一行四人,朋友一早预订好私房菜,期待期待。花胶扒羊肚菌餐(4人)大蚬杂菌豆腐汤~蚬新鲜大只,配合菌类味道清甜。麻辣卤水拼盘(可走辣)~三款卤水肉类都非常吸引,爽口金钱肚、麻香手撕鸡及肥美卤水猪肠各有特色。蒜蓉粉丝蒸蛏子皇(4只)~劲大只蛏子皇,蒸的时间啱啱好,一啲都唔韧,最适合蒜蓉蒸,粉丝反而系放底,索满汁更美味。姜葱炒大肉蟹(1只)~师傅镬气好够,炒得劲香,感觉似豉油王炒法,新鲜肉蟹大大只,蟹肉香甜。另外也可选花雕鸡油蛋白蒸,避风塘炒,胡椒炒或四川香辣炒。姜葱炆龙趸腩~这个也要一赞,龙趸油爆後再炆,非常香口,啖啖肉。士多啤梨骨~清新士多啤梨味扑鼻,炸香一字排富口感,喜爱吃肉的朋友一定不可以错过。花胶扒羊肚菌~炆淋咗的花胶烟韧入味,羊肚菌独特的味道很配合。上网查一查,羊肚菌对肠胃好有益,也有补肾补脑等功效,亦可增强免疫力预防感冒。蟹油银芽炒面~上菜时见到成座山的炒面,份量好足够,炒得好香也爽口,大家都好踊跃。另送甜品芒果布丁~味道唔会太甜,加少少花奶不错呢。听闻看师傅当晚的预备,还可能有芝士/云呢拿布丁或椰汁红豆糕。一定要提,这私房菜餐厅可以为客人编菜单,免开瓶费及切饼费,全店免加一好抵吃。 继续阅读

很久没有去饮宴, 也不能够一班亲朋戚友上酒楼聚餐, 突然好想食中菜, book了 观塘商厦中的私房菜-- 御膳。私房菜收费以每位计已包加一,茶芥, 价钱亦随着唔同人数有所不同, 可以参考网上嘅餐牌睇吓菜式啱唔啱食, 私房菜好处就系可以同餐厅沟通 为你设计专属菜单~我们一行四人 ,齐人就上菜😋。拣了『花胶扒羊肚菌餐』 每位$360免加一前菜:麻辣卤水拼盘走辣一样咁惹味, 卤水甘香,唔会太咸, 而且仲带点点麻香, 提醒我本来这是麻辣的~牛肚薄薄的够爽入味,唔韧~麻酱青瓜鸡丝, 酱汁调教得恰到好处。卤水大肠, 有薄有厚, 好入味。😋大蚬杂菌豆腐汤蚬肉好鲜甜, 汤底似以鱼和豆腐熬成汤,很清甜, 无添加味精,配合杂菌和豆腐, 丰富美味,每人喝了两碗有多!姜葱炒肉蟹选了这个最传统简单做法, 突显肉蟹嘅鲜甜。 四月不是蟹的当造季节,未见爆膏爆肉嘅情况, 还好大厨用秘制酱油爆炒得特别惹味, 姜葱尤其尽吸蟹嘅精华。 依然系最舐舐脷嘅海鲜菜式!姜葱炆龙趸腩肉够厚,连着腩位入囗尽是鱼香, 龙趸肉泡过油也特别香口!蒜蓉粉丝蒸圣子皇火喉掌握得好好👍👍, 肉质鲜甜爽嫩。 要知道蛏子蒸过少少时间已经唔爽, 经验好重要。 垫底嘅蒜蓉粉丝超级好味!士多啤梨骨端上台已传出浓香的士多啤梨味, 味道唔似使用人工调味剂, 有天然嘅果香, 衬托出肉排的味道, 薄薄的一层令肉排色泽光润,咬落仲坚有肉汁~😋花胶扒羊肚菌比较欣赏佢嘅蚝油味唔会好重, 能够真正品嚐到 羊肚菌独有嘅菇菌味, 花胶介乎爽同胶质中间, 唔算系去到扒嘅级数不过都系俾足料!蟹油银牙炒面好有镬气, 边条好幼细, 难得仲够爽唔会黐埋一达, 充满酱油银牙香,巧手制作👍, 食到九分饱大家都可以 九秒九K.O. 了。甜品是芒果布丁, 配合花奶够滑够香甜。各种菜式水准不俗, 各人都吃得非常满足, 开心倾吓食吓又一个晚上。😍 继续阅读

I am writing this review to prevent others from falling into the same trap (such as the one I did)! I saw this private kitchen restaurant with tons of  good reviews.  I then put an effort to travel all the way with my husband to Kwun Tong to try their set menu for two. (They only do sets and you have to order them via WhatsApp a day in advance).They actually have many different sets priced between $3xx to $5xx per person.Our set came with a small cold dish of shredded chicken, which was extremely salty. Next were the deep-fried salted egg prawns (oddly it only had 3 small prawns), which made sharing difficult. After that was the steam fish with vermicelli (again 3 tiny pieces). It was so weird that they all come in 3s??  How would you share if you were on a first date?? Then came the steam crab in egg white with Shao-xing wine, and amazingly it was tasteless! The only "OK" dish was the vegetables. The strawberry backribs also came in 3s. They were very sweet and tasted artificial (I'm sure it was just strawberry jam). The fried rice was super oily and we just had to give up! The dishes were either too salty or absolutely tasteless. The portion were minuscule for 2 persons.Apart from the food, the place was simply grotesque, with plastic boxes piling up all the way to the ceiling. Hygiene was questionable. As it was located in a factory building, I had no expectations on the lift nor lift lobby.... but at least they should put up some deco inside the restaurant! It looked like a factory storage with some dining table and chairs, with durable plastic table cloths that haven't been washed or changed in a long time. Service is just non-existent! 继续阅读

想揾啲特别啲既野食做生日饭,所以就试下呢间私房菜,不过因为疫情关系,买外卖返屋企食,虽然食个阵冻左,不过味道依然唔错👍首先有士多啤梨骨,用士多啤梨酱汁整既金沙骨,肉质几好,有少量肥肉,不过可惜酱汁应该系用果酱整,完全就系果酱味,个人觉得可以多少少酸味主食有御膳炒饭,呢个炒饭好好食,一定要试!😍食落去既感觉应该系酱油炒饭,不过唔会太咸,味道岩岩好,而且好香,停唔到口咁系咁食😋😋另外有香芒沙拉大虾球,炸虾球放系一片芒果上面,虾球算大旧,同埋几弹牙,下面忡有好多切粒既水果加沙津酱,有苹果,堤子,蓝莓,全部都好甜🤩成道菜好开位卤水拼盘就有猪肠,牛肚同手撕鸡,本身系麻辣,留意如果叫左走辣就会无汁,佢都唔会另多加卤水汁,质素中上,份量够😜其他仲有凉瓜焗鱼,椒盐豆腐,西兰花炒带子石班块,同避风塘炒蟹,呢啲都系正常水平,无咩特别,不过留意椒盐豆腐比平时食既大件,同埋系软既 继续阅读
