I'd heard about this place for a while but was hesitant to try because their English name 'Al Dente Balls' gave me the impression that they'd be making an overpriced and pretentious version of a beloved HK comfort food However... as fate would have it, I happened to be in MK after a looong day of work feeling tired and hangry af and happened to see Al Dente Balls so I decided to give it a try. The fishballs have a slight 'fishy' flavour (which I didn't mind and to me it tasted different from the 'usual' fishballs but maybe it's all psychological and it was just fishy?? LOL) but what really stood out was the 'shake shake powder'. We opted tor the garlic and chili powder to go with our fishballs and it tasted soooo good, it was a perfect combination with the fried texture of the fishballs. So, after finally trying this place, I would say that it's definitely worth a try, but it's not the kind of place you'd visit very often since it's a little pricier than fishballs can get anywhere else!

之前训左两个月广华, 屋企人黎探, 咁医院冇啖好食, 开 Openrice 睇下医院附近有乜, 就见呢间野, 间唔中叫佢地买 D 野畀我, 其中一样就系呢度 D 鱼蛋鱼蛋系几好, 亦唔算贵, 不过...出左院一排好耐冇食, 咁返黎覆诊经过又想食下, 自己去买, 排紧队买已见女店员特别串, 一派白鸽眼唔忧做咁款, 咁到我, 唔知系咪见我要拎拐杖态度再差一截, 想要大鱼蛋配酱, 点知原来话大鱼蛋冇得配酱, 唯有要细o个 D, 近乎被呼喝, 感觉唔良好唔敢再帮衬

小编一直想试这间小食店很久，们今天有空在旺角街头逛逛，顺道来到弹弹旦吃弹弹鱼旦😋 回了一份白色鱼蛋，配肉松bbq酱，鱼蛋选了最原始不经油炸的，食落未有想像中那么弹牙，但也不过不失，肉松和bbq味原来也挺合衬呢😋👍🏼 这间以售鱼蛋为主，但款式算多，也够创新，回头率高👍🏼👍🏼大家不妨一试呀！

里间野都开左业唔短时间，之前某电视台又介绍过，不过次次都系过门而不入。难得今次经过肚饿，又未食得饭，就试下啦⋯⋯位置其实都有啲隐蔽，见到门面要转个湾先系点餐处👈🏻主打鱼旦，好简单禁分左炸同唔炸唔炸的话，咪同陈XX无分别，所以我当然要食炸鱼旦啦店员推荐孜然口味炸左的白鱼旦，再加调味粉，味道咪就系孜然粉的味啰⋯⋯弹牙❓❓❓还可以。。。即叫即炸点都唔差得去边的$22有六粒，又唔算贵的只不过，旺角禁多新野食开张，下次应该会试其他

今晚我们行过旺角广华街见到呢间「弹弹旦」居然系无乜人「帮衬」！因较早前系好多时都有好多人排队买嚟食，所以我们一直都买唔到嚟食！但今日竟然无人排队，所以我们就即刻去买嚟食！我们买咗白鱼蛋，而酱汁我们就拣咗蒜香香辣汁，酱汁系他们自家制，味道相当惹味，但白鱼蛋嘅质感就极之腍身，一啲都唔爽口弹牙，而且味道非常腥，就算配埋惹味嘅酱汁一齐食，都掩盖唔到啲腥味，所以真系令我们觉得好失望呀！
