This was a place which I’ve heard of but always been skeptical as generally fusion cuisine seems more gimmicky rather than serving decent food.Came when they were doing the “masterpiece” menu to sync with all the art events happening in the city. Each dish was prep with an art piece and concept in mind which I felt they did an excellent job in execution. Flavors and composition of the dishes was also generally on point with the exception of the dish “Sunflower Seed” which didn’t quite taste cohesive together.My favorite of the night was the Pollock Pollock a Langoustine, crab, mentaiko, seaweed dish as well as the dessert The Starry Night.Wine pairing was a miss for us, out of the 4 pairings the dessert wine was the one that sort of complimented with the dish.Overall I would say the experience was better than expected. An interesting twist to chinese cuisine, definitely wanted to callout that their sauces was all really outstanding and unique in it’s own way. As a Michelin 2 starred restaurant price was well worth the experience, worth trying once.

今次系人生第一次试分子料理价钱我觉得尚算合理 ($1280 pp)所以都几有期待上菜之前侍应会用花露水滴落毛巾俾我地消毒双手摆喺个壶入边,仲会出烟抹完手都觉得几香👍👍第一道菜:风生水起,系由三个菜组成我觉得都几好食可惜其中一样由芹菜组成,我唔钟意食芹菜,所以就冇食到第二道菜:包罗万有,系一个鲍鱼茶碗蒸食呢道菜嘅时候侍应同我地搞咗个gag,开头以为佢地咁唔细心,后尾先发现佢地原来有剧本嘅😂所以喺度唔踢爆🙈🙈第三道菜:年年有余,系吞拿鱼拖罗,正常第四道菜:发财好市发菜配个汁真系好好食!系法式香槟白酒汁👍👍第五道菜:分子料理小笼包,另加$90呢个我又觉得好有趣,因为望落去嘅嘢竟然同你食落口预期中完全唔同,真系有小笼包嘅味道,但望落去你系完全估唔到,呢个真系分子料理嘅特别之处第六道菜:步步高升系萝卜糕嘅味道😂第七道菜:花开富贵呢个个底其实系几片南瓜,上面就摆上食用花,普通第八道菜:鸿运当头 / 龙虾 (另加$300)由于我地两个都想试,所以其中一个就加咗钱转龙虾乳猪食落真系乳猪味,所以冇咩特别相比之下龙虾好好食,肉质好弹牙,配埋佢个汁超好食第九道菜:五谷丰收呢一个系厨魔鸡饭,鸡油味非常突出食得多都会觉得好腻,所以佢份量唔多,啱啱好嘅第十道菜:金银满屋系一个柑橘味嘅甜品,几特别好食第十一道菜:平平安安呢个系一个苹果味嘅雪葩,配以一条好似蛇嘅棉花糖喺碗边我记得佢话呢个系代表禁果嘅故事呢个就正常发挥第十二道菜:最后仲有两片朱古力上面痴咗啲nuts埋单之后,店员主动俾咗两个细纸袋、postcard同menu我地,之后推出一车怀旧糖果俾我地可以随便攞走。入面有白兔糖、黑芝麻糖等等,几细心嘅总括成个用餐体验系几值得👍Staff都好专业下次如果转Menu都会再嚟❤️

一早book定happy fri 同朋友庆生,菜式有新鲜感但好好食嘅都系得两道。呢间系sell体验嘅餐厅,有一位员工介绍菜式果时好似你争佢钱咁,去到埋单先有一下笑容,仲要中间食紧果时佢行劲快咁冲埋黎我地张枱睇我地食完未,未食完就劲快行走,食完就完全唔讲野收左只碟,劲disturbing,个突兀嘅程度系同朋友倾偈都被打断。去两星餐厅我真系唔expect系呢个态度,可能真系好唔忧做,强烈建议大家要摘星拣其他,无乜必要比呢个价钱食饭食到咁难受!

今日周年纪念选了中环魔厨的新春午市套餐,由侍应细心讲解每道菜的食材与吉祥寓意。首道「风生水起」以酸梅菜慕斯配椰香脆片,酸甜清爽寓意「捞起风生水起」,估唔到佢整到好似纸一样既托系可以食!「鲍罗万有」将鲍鱼藏于茶碗蒸,揭盖时烟熏香飘散,视味觉双重享受。 最大惊喜系这道菜呼应「打牌食糊,餐具收埋系柜桶入面!主菜选「鸿运当头」乳猪件,脆皮夹八宝百合泥,传统得黎几特别。手工意大利面配自家制红虾油,食得到好浓味既虾意粉。加配的「五谷丰收」以意大利炖饭手法重现油鸡饭,鸡油香渗入米粒,中西合璧毫无违和感, 唯独是冇乜特别。最后嘅甜品,侍应帮我哋用即影即有影咗相,朱古力脆片加埋nuts 好好咬口。
