今日早食晏,五点几肚仔饿又太早唔三唔四,于是去咗常尝食个甜品入面装修以白色为主调,再配小花园装饰,加上无咩人,予人舒服感觉。香港夏天又热又湿笠笠,去到当然是点它的招牌冰冰!实物睇落比餐牌高大,以原只西瓜上,拥有快乐卖相。友人觉得味道偏淡,我却觉得食落其实都啱啱好,可能咁啱唔系最甜嘅西瓜,但冰冰的西瓜解渴一流!而且食完我都惹啖。质地无绵绵冰咁轻,亦无刨冰咁粗,口感良好。两人分享,不求饱只求就手的冰冰感的话,价钱勉强可以接受。 继续阅读

除了外表吸引,其他不值一提!晚饭后10时多到,刚好有客人离开不用等位,可能下雨天也影响了没客人等候。看到其他客人叫椰皇冰很吸引,所以都叫了一客西瓜冰及一客榴梿冰。西瓜冰先到,底下真有半个小西瓜做底部,样子讨好,可惜一吃冰就觉得西瓜味少及偏甜。而我点的榴梿冰要$68呢!本来也期待下半部用榴梿什么部装住。谁知完来给我半个火龙果,有点失望!但榴梿冰味道倘可。除了外表吸引,其他不值一提! 继续阅读

喺附近食完饭见倒呢间甜品店,装修好精致,亦好多人喺门口等位,不过我地等左15分钟左右已经有位喇,店内座位之间好迫>.<食左个杨枝金露,一入口想吐返出黎,心谂碗野只色劲黄,但居然劲淡,芒果味完全唔觉,以为自己食紧碗水啰,应该系落好多色素去调色,只有d芒果爆珠系有芒果汁味架咋另外要左个木瓜炖雪耳,呢个正常既,甜度亦适中 继续阅读

We were looking for some classical desserts. Nearly 100 items were listed on the menu and we understood that some of the items were not available, we could still managed to pick what we desired. What really disappointing us was that some of the desserts that we ordered tasted like they had been prepared weeks ago, if not months. For the service wise, we saw a huge room for improvement too as the serving staff lacked patience in taking order.Although the shop has been opened for a couple of years, the interior was shabby and the dining ware needed replacement especially when they’re charging at $68 for a watermelon slush. a) Double Boiled Papaya and White Fungus 冰糖木瓜炖雪耳 ($29) – 5/10Either the papaya, the white fungus or both tasted stale.b) Sweet Almond Soup Served in Young Coconut 椰皇杏仁茶 ($45) – 6.5/10The sweet almond soup was alright, however, for a hot dessert that I requested for, the young coconut shell with flesh was definitely taken out right from the fridge, making the contrast of temperature difference which should be.c) Stewed Whole Chinese Pear with Fermented Rice and Osmanthus 原只酒酿桂花炖雪梨 ($38) – 6.5/10The soup base was blend and even worse for the pear. The overall presentation made one to lose his/her appetite. d) Hokkaido Milk Pudding 北海道牛奶奶冻 ($33) – 7.8/10Made with milk Hokkaido which is high content in milk fats, the pudding was rich in milk flavour.e) Hokkaido Milk Pudding with Lychee北海道荔枝奶冻 ($33) – 8/10This was the variant from the plain milk pudding where bits of lychee were added inside. 睇完铁甲佬..下场当然系食个甜品 la !!!不过 TST ... 一向多人所以我fd带左我去呢间系 利时 后面既 "常尝甜品" 出奇地 .... 唔洗等位wo ... 心谂Good la .... 要左一个基本上唔会出错既甜品 .. 心太软 !!!点知 ..... 反而令我好失望!!!!!!!!佢朱告力味好淡 .... 雪糕冻左D ... 无得话一羹朱告力伴一啖半溶雪糕要放系雪糕上等一等先溶最大问题系 ... 蛋糕本身 !!!佢地用左软身...似雪芳/海棉既松身蛋糕 口感唔多好 呢个 "香蕉脆脆" 又系一个唔会出错既甜品除非系 烧焦/烂蕉 ~ XD香蕉上既焦糖烧得刚好!!好脆同唔会太甜件Chocolate Brownie 都ok 唔错 ! 继续阅读
