中环呢啲时间,真系唔知食咩好,行行下望到地库好似有野食就共入去睇睇。点咗个餐牌推介嘅蕃茄汤猪润米粉10分钟内就有得食啦,先试吓个汤,有啲新鲜蕃茄同薯仔粒,色泽够,咸味都够嘅,但汤就唔够鲜甜。至于个猪润就入口滑一滑,煮嘅时间啱啱好,一啲都唔粉,咬落爽脆,仲要厚切,份量都多,净食猪润都有啲漏赞加多杯冻饮52蚊,中环区,真系好鬼抵食!

家贫,小妹对食饭价钱比较执著(去到市侩程度)所以中环的平价餐厅一般都帮衬过晒。今次又特登搜寻左d平价得黎评价不俗的餐厅,巷仔见系其中一间。不过,去到先发现原来佢系在大家乐中间拣左一个area出来。柳暗花明又一村,你唔入到去最尽,你系唔会发现呢间野。老实讲,当发现佢系大家乐的一部分的时候,我有小小失望。又系大集团产物?我地呢d被资本主义剥削紧的低下阶层点算呀~(下省千字,飘走~)我和同事排左约莫五至十分钟,可以入座。里面有一张大长台巷仔见系食云吞面为主,都有d蒸饭,点心食。在场见到有好多OL帮衬。我二话不说,拣左价钱较相宜的特色双拼面($48)牛腩和云吞永远是绝配。这里的云吞颇为大粒,里面的虾肉尚算弹牙,牛腩好细旧,份量不足,稍有一点点老,面底和汤底都是一般大路之作,份量真不算多。诚意谈不上,算是对得起这个价格。跟餐有菜食这点我很满意,是日只有白菜仔。虽然感觉白菜仔可以再洗干净少少,但味道正常,不过不失。同事叫了吉品鲍鱼荷叶饭,上面果真有一粒鲍鱼!就盛惠$69了!这个就有点不太值了不过看这色水和粒粒配料,应该还是ok吧!同事食完觉得还可以,但荷叶味淡,似是蒸完后加多些。我们两人加$24叫了个怀旧小食篮。里面有虾肉烧卖、煎堆仔和春卷。这个价钱相常划算,份量两个人share食刚刚好。春卷比较脆,煎堆也是ok,烧卖看相都知唔多对路,整体是普通酒楼的质素!不过不失吧!值得一提的居然是服务,阿叔讲野虽然大声,但是礼貌周到。同台有客叫了煲仔饭,煲盖很热出紧烟,阿叔好似「吴刚师傅」咁徒手开盖无出声,睇到客人哗哗声。那边厢有位先生想饮水,并抱怨食物太咸,侍应即时为他和其他客人添上一杯水。算是比较贴心,值得一赞!

I ordered the Tri-color Wonton & Noodle in Soup ($43). There was some kind of promotion, and I got a free Signature Appetizer with it (worth $24). The broth was basic/standard. The noodles were a bit of a disappointment; I thought I would taste at least some difference between the egg noodle, tomato noodle, and spinach noodle, but they tasted absolutely the same. The wontons were good though. I liked the spicy shrimp wonton the most.The appetizer was okay. Ordinary steamed shrimp dumpling and fried spring roll. I liked the fried sesame ball even if it too was ordinary.The place was really nice; bright, with colorful and modern design, and looked very clean. Not much people when I came, I was seated right away.

15:00先lunch,之前试过下午茶,食个细蓉加混酱肠粉唔够饱,今次就试下食个正餐,3色云吞面,hkd$43仲送个小食蓝。本身呢度既细蓉,云吞唔大粒,不过食落好香,虾肉又爽弹,而面质比云吞出色,真系滑得黎弹牙既。而今次佢3色个味,我冇睇meun唔知正确系咩3色,不过我食到嘅分别系黑椒花椒/白菜/芥辣咁既味,听落怪怪,其实系ok嘅。面既3色,我除左食得出菜面,其余2款,我又食唔出有咩分别。小食盒内容系黑芝麻煎堆,红豆煎堆,烧卖2粒,春卷2条。唔逐一讲,系好食既。总括黎讲,一个餐已经够饱。由于上次阴影,令我再叫多个hkd$12混酱肠粉。最后饱到上心口。

和同事一起吃中午饭,觉得餐厅名字很有意思,特意从来尝试。这是一家店中店,在大家乐里面,排队不长,差不多十分钟就有位。尝试了排骨腊肠煲仔饭,排骨和腊肠的味道还行,但是饭有一股很浓的烟味,虽然饭底有点烧焦,但是中间未烧焦的部分都有这种烟味,整份饭吃起来像烟灰拌饭,觉得自己吃完像个烟囱。同事点了番茄猪膶面,面不弹牙,一开始吃面很硬,后来被汤泡的很软,整个充满清淡红红的番茄汤,上面摊几块白白的猪膶。有些失望,还不如吃大家乐的焗猪呢!
