搬了屋之后就经常来帮衬。以一般茶餐厅来说，食物种类款式不少，绝大部份侍应也很友善。看到他们同事之间相处也融洽有讲有笑，包括水吧厨房，所以这间茶餐厅对我来说是友善，有好感的餐厅。食物不过不失，价格也很友善。我个人喜欢吃煮得弹牙的公仔面，这间的公仔面数一数二。

我：热奶茶想后上。员工答：唔得，因为今日系星期六日。我答：现在咁早，都系早上8点几， （当时只系坐得1/3客人）员工答：唔得， 大家姐唔准热饮后上。员工讲 ：唔好令佢难做, 佢会比大家姐话（这句话， 我系接受嘅）我答：因为热奶茶咁早上台，冷气吹冻左， 好难饮。员工再答：唔得， 唔钟意你可以走你系我， 你们会走吗？钱系用来花， 唔系买难受， 你一日未落单，还有得选择。 如果果杯唔系热奶茶， 你们会食溶咗嘅雪糕吗？溶左嘅雪糕等同唔热嘅奶茶感觉。

行完山同一班朋友食下午茶，8个人叫咗9个餐，其中一个是单叫一份多士，服务员落单时同我哋讲餐都会有嘢饮，所以叫多一杯嘢饮，当埋单时竟收多一个餐饮$19，最后收银员没有退回$19，态度还很恶劣。😠

I was having a family dinner here last Sunday and this restaurant was kind of surprised me. Seeing the long queue even until 1930, it did look promising. Dishes were pretty economical and even sets were attempting. Unlike the common dishes you could find anywhere. We requested tofu balls stew, bitter melon stir fry with beef in fermented bean sauce and steamed choisum with fermented vegetables and minced. Today's soup was first served, turnip with corn. Refreshing and sweet. Love the naturalness and lightness. Very warming.Tofuballs stew was in a pretty thick sauce. Tofuballs were a mix of tofu and some kind of meat, which I guess it's fish. Didnt taste meaty or fishy but more in a firm texture. Meanwhile, soy flavour was still there. Love the slight deep fried crust that gave a different texture. Even they added dried scallops in the sauce, it didn't add any flavour. Bitter melon stir fry with beef was incredibly flavourful. Despite very oily and again in thick sauce. Beef was soft and tender. None of them was chewy. Bitter melon tasted a hint of sweetness, paired so well with the fermented bean sauce. No bitterness was tasted. Steamed choisum with the fermented vegetables and mince was definitely a perfect match with white rice. Choisum was cooked perfectly with bright green colour remained. Fermented vegetables added some saltiness and crunch while fattiness from the mince dripped down to the choisum. Whole dish was light but with explosion of flavour. It was all in all a great dinner. Staff was kind of rushing and loud, but well this is what the tradition is!

疫情后，我就冇再去过尝乐堂食，因为觉得多人，好迫，试过外卖早餐之后就爱上了！早餐竟然供应到十二点，真系哭左，好感动！而且可以whatsapp下单，职员基本上系一分钟之内回覆，好劲！而且冇试过落错单！早餐仿鲍鱼火腿通真系好好味！原因系：1- 热辣辣2- 超大碗，仿鲍鱼丝、火腿都好多3- 汤底好味4- 通粉冇发胀呢个通粉真系超正，每隔一排就会突然好想食！肠蛋多士就都系咁，包得好好。最后想讲杯热幻茶，真系好热，叫少奶又真系比少奶！永远怀念尝乐！
