作为无辣不欢的火锅爱好者,这次专程来小龙坎朝圣佢哋嘅「至尊窖藏牛油红锅」。一上到17楼,就已那股浓郁的牛油香气吸引!我哋叫嘅系标准辣度汤底有两砖窖藏牛油,越煮越见层次。随住加热逐渐融化,初入口是醇厚的牛油香,接著花椒的麻辣得过瘾,麻与辣的平衡恰到好处。我哋点嘅系鸳鸯锅底,另一边嘅云南鲜菌汤锅,就以清甜取胜,杂菌熬出金黄汤色,涮肉前先喝一碗,劲正。枱面上面摆放住每种食材要渌几多时间,确保食物唔会煮过龙,食到最佳状态。佢地有招牌九子,我哋去嘅时候𠮶啲已经卖晒🥲草原羊肉卷同椒麻脆舌大推,只要桌20秒就可以食,羊肉唔膻而且爽口;椒麻脆舌椒麻腌料入味,又系爽口弹牙;精品猪黄喉处理得干净,配合红油锅啱晒!「火山麻辣牛肉」是视觉与味觉的双重冲击:辣椒面如岩浆般覆盖肉片,入口先是辣,随后是牛肉的嫩滑,嗜辣者必试。「鲜切吊龙」半份量刚好仲有特色菜式好似熊猫笋,爽脆度惊人;叫埋熊猫面,造型可爱,吸饱汤汁后依然筋道,当主食刚刚好。饮品方面,「霸王菠龙冰」绝对是解辣神器——菠萝冰沙上卧著整支梦龙雪糕,冰火交融超治愈。「粉红芭乐柠檬茶」酸甜清爽,还能嚼到芭乐果肉,女生一定会爱。贴心细节自助小料台竟有「特调酱汁教学」!还送冰镇西瓜,清甜多汁,完美中和辣感。TapNow可以购买小龙坎火锅特惠套餐 继续阅读

🌶🔥 Spicy Adventure at Shoo Loong Kan, Causeway Bay! 🔥🌶We had an incredible experience at Shoo Loong Kan  , the hottest spot for Sichuan hot pot in Hong Kong! Located on the 17th floor of Lee Theatre Plaza, the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped by a vibrant atmosphere filled with traditional Sichuan decor—red lanterns, intricate wooden screens, and colorful opera masks. It felt like we were transported straight to Chengdu!After a long day of work, this was the perfect place to gather with friends and indulge in some delicious food.
