香港人最钟意台湾小食,食几多都唔厌,但香港租咁贵,又好少做得正宗,唯有呢间,价钱贵过台湾,不过这是常识啦!蛋饼!块皮即煎,粉浆系自己开,有葱花,夹住芝士同ham,上面淋左少少酱,即食够新鲜,一咬落去,又系种种台湾嘅回忆浮上心头~绝对正宗!台湾早餐店都有得食嘅burger,又系即整材料唔系最直接觉得台湾味,而系d酱!酱先系精华所在!一定要系台湾买嘅先做到!个包都几大,有菜,煎蛋,一块肉。一咬落去就觉得好满足

响台湾我最中意食嘅早餐就系蛋饼,偏偏香港好小地方食到,好彩有小俩口!个包装好怀旧,用一个小纸盒加橡筋就完成!简单直接好有台湾风!我拣咗肉松粟米芝士蛋饼,蛋饼即叫即整拎到返屋企仲热热地,一开盒见馅料份量好多直情爆左出嚟!外皮没台湾的烟韧,蛋味不够,入边粟米香甜,肉松都好味,芝士虽然半熔但味道不够。。。综合小小失望。。。虽然小俩口味道一般,但都能一解我单思台湾蛋饼之苦,帮手止一止心瘾。

I wandered past this on my way home midweek after previously having dismissed it as another not-for-vegetarians snack shop but this time I read the menu properly and found that they do indeed cater to vegetarians. As well as a couple of pancake items (which I would like to return to try later), there is a vegetarian BBQ pork burger. Given that this is a Taiwanese snack shop it makes sense, that they have veggie options, Taiwan is amazingly vegetarian-friendly, it seems that you can find a vegetarian restaurant in almost every neighbourhood there, (although you might find that most of your fellow diners are in the over-50 age range).I wasn't too hungry so I only ordered the burger and decided to stay to eat. The rating area is just on the street so it's a bit warm in the summer but that's just normal in Hong Kong. The server was really friendly, he indicated for me to be seated first and didn't take my money until after the meal (somehow this feels like a friendly gesture in a fast food shop). It was only him working so he prepared the food whilst I waited and in five minutes it was brought out to me along with a glass of water. The bun was not a plain white bun, maybe not wholewheat either but a little brown and with oats on top. Sprinkled on the base of the bun was pumpkin floss, (I've only had this in Taiwan before), which added a nice crunch. Then came the 'pork' part. It was of the fake meat variety, like a couple of slices of fake pork. I'm afraid I can't tell you if it actually tastes like pork, I don't know what the real think tastes like. But I can tell you that it tasted meaty and BBQ-y which was really nice. It was topped with some crisp lettuce and salad dressing. I liked the combination of the meaty BBQ flavour with the freshness of the lettuce, also the dressing added a nice sharp sweetness. I really appreciate it when places like this provide clearly advertised vegetarian options, it was a nice little snack and I hope I can go back to try the sweet potato pancake soon.

清风街除左糖水店,其实仲有其他小食店架~ 就好似呢间主力卖台式蛋饼既小店,佢地有8款口味($20-28),$30 仲可以有"俩款口味蛋饼"添! 今次我就试左(猪肉松+粟米)呢俩款口咪勒~~~ --即整热滕滕好香蛋味,感觉好幸福哦~~~ --蛋皮唔厚, 都算薄, 唔会滞同肥腻--切成一小口一小口甘,容易食~--蛋皮配猪肉松味道好夹注意: 门前有小长枱坐得2-3个人.

一想起台湾,就会想到数之不尽的平民地道街头小食,牛肉面、蛋饼、鲁肉饭、台湾肠、珍珠奶茶,多不胜数,这天经过天后清风街,留意到一间外貌平凡又不显眼的餐厅,供应所提及到的煎蛋饼,勾起小妹去年在台湾中寻找到陈根找茶和阜杭豆浆出品蛋饼的思念。餐厅门外只放有一张长板枱和六张椅子,设计有点简陋,冬天食住风又过冷,夏天闷焗天气又会太热,也会被蚊咬,所以一句讲晒,还是「外卖」最好。透过半身玻璃墙,可以直望餐厅内部厨房的规模和厨师在内煮食的模样。餐牌就是挂在长板枱上面,主力售卖煎蛋饼,有自选单款($25)或两款($30)配搭,例如有肉松、火腿、芝士、蛋、烟肉、但鲔鱼另要加+$3。另外,还有供应少量汉堡、三文治、薯角、鸡块和特色饮品。肉松芝士蛋饼($30)笔者在蛋饼中拣了肉松和芝士,静待十分钟,员工煎好后会自动端上。卖相跟笔者在台湾吃到的有些微出入,在台湾吃到的蛋饼,所有配料都会包在批饼之中,相反这里的芝士则舖在蛋饼之上。据说蛋饼饼面由台湾空运到港,质素有一定保证。新鲜滚热辣尝一尝,蛋饼饼面米香烟韧,煎时油份不多,所以蛋饼表面未算煎得油光满面,衬上半溶芝士,咸香较淡但不觉腻,内饀塞入满满的肉松,再涂上厨师自制的蒜蓉豉油蜜汁,令咸惹黏口的肉松,带来清新的香甜,是丰厚、简单、美味。不过,笔者还是较喜欢吃台湾那种被煎至薄身又带点脆口的饼面,内里才是塞港厚厚的饀料。蕃薯煎饼($25)清淡一点,再来个蕃薯煎饼来试试。煎饼外层有点似印度酥饼,酥而不油,撕起来有种层层酥开的层次感。蕃薯饀比例不多,但起码分怖平均,清甜软腍。黑糖奶茶($14)最后买多一杯黑糖奶茶,闷焗的天气下一饮解千愁,黑糖美味怡人,甜度不算高,未有盖过奶茶香,奶滑茶浓,冰凉爽快。整体每款食物份量不多,材料也简单,但看到员工由落单、收银、制作、上碟、收码、清洁都是一脚踏的时候,吃到的是令人重拾昔日在台湾旅行时感受到那里台湾人的亲和力。
