早前曾尝过同楼层的鸟烧居,没想到今天又回来。男友今日选了寿司庭,店内地方很宽敞,无论是吧台还是卡座,距离都阔得吓人。我们的卡座,可能容得下8~10人,环看店内好像都没有二人座。餐牌内的刺身 · 寿司御膳、和食御膳和稻庭乌冬都有「午市买一送一」优惠,送的那份仍然需要收加一服务费。我们选了本日烧鱼御膳餐,前菜一共四味,包括沙律、面豉汤、茶碗蒸蛋和稻庭乌冬。当中稻庭乌冬的口感爽弹,比较难忘。其他诸如面鼓汤,彷佛尝到柠檬的酸味,感觉有点怪怪的。茶碗蒸水准正常,质感挺身,内里混了蟹柳条、虾仁和冬菇片。吃烧鱼嘛,一定要吃原条才开心。是日烧鱼是花鲫鱼,以前homestay叔叔老家是北海道,所以每日的早餐不是ほっけ就是さけ,今日再尝这种家庭式烧鱼,令人不禁有点怀念留日的时光。这种鱼通常开边腌制过,肉质结实带咸香。最开心的地方,就是鱼骨不多,正中一条一掀就起,非常方便。眼前这条,烧得倒快,味道咸咸的,蘸一点柚子豉油去腥,非常不错。肉质出奇地嫰滑,不同部位好像有不同口感,有些比较嫩,有些比较结实,很有层次,可惜白饭比较硬。撇开这个,这个套餐正价才$198,真心觉得扺。见海胆刺身价钱不贵,贪心的叫了一板来尝。指甲大小的小片,叠起来放满一板大概五十来片。味道带苦涩,说是加拿大的马粪海胆,加上紫菜片不复脆口,感觉不太喜欢。另一款定食选了特上寿司盛合御膳,正价$258,包括十件寿司。当中尝了三文鱼,虽然色泽暗淡,但口感尚可,虽然不算油润,但肉质可以,不过饭香似乎比鱼香还强。饭团捏成非常窄小的形状,目测2cmx5cm左右,形态像是一粒糖果,三文鱼片把饭团从头包到尾。鱿鱼看似更细小,爽甜但因为混有青葵在内,吃下去辣味直冲脑门,非常刺激。比较特别的有柚子油甘鱼,顶头一缀酸酸辣辣的挺不错。同场的玉子烧就像饭后甜品,湿润的质感怎么看都像芝士蛋糕,或是日本的Castella,顶部焦焦的一层深啡终于尝到有蛋的味道。今餐真正的甜品是盐味雪糕,淡蓝色既似波子水,由于内含大量幼盐粒,吃一口,便能感觉到索索声,不会很咸,只觉很过瘾。味道其实是云呢拿base, 微咸给人带来海洋的感觉。正价$48有点不舍得,特价$24则可以一试。 继续阅读

早前见杂志介绍,而亦有食评赞赏,话说是西村弘美高徒开设,似乎口啤不俗,刚好见有团购优惠餐,本来$988的二人餐,六折$598有交易,盛宴菜式精彩,因此,怀著期望购卷光顾。到达目的地,见似乎跟旁边的稻庭乌冬同出一家,也许更是连舖,怪不得有七代佐藤养助稻庭乌冬为主食。可惜团购餐质素一般,鱼生非上乘,对一向有要求的我大失所望!鲔鱼背香草汁沙律 (3/5)香草汁酸甜开胃,调味讨好,生菜车厘茄新鲜,有方型鲔鱼背粒六七粒,质素跟赤身差不多,是否鲔鱼背而又有何特色就不详了!跟月中在鮨处光尝到的蓝鳍金枪鱼背肥肉,有天渊之别!生鲔鱼刺身盛合(2.5/5)有大丶中拖罗及赤身,本来这道就是吸引我光顾之主因,大拖罗价高,若是材料上乘单吃此道已经超值。可惜,事与愿违,大拖罗虽呈粉红色,但并无脂肪纹理,肥美不足,入口溶化虽快,口感不满足!寿司 (2.5/5)寿司不跟餐单次序,与刺身同上。忙碌中放了一阵子才吃,幸好紫菜并未腍身。酱油渍鲔鱼并不讨我欢心,味道亦没甚么!铁火卷中规中矩,青瓜卷一般。寿司包得札实,饭亦可以,可惜刺身饀料不出色,整体印象一般。免治吞拿鱼三文鱼籽海胆迷你丼 (3/5)刺身刚开始吃,迷你丼已到,是否团购餐需如快餐速度享用呢!但水准是今晚最好,可能材料多元化算足料,海胆算有份量,粉红色的呑拿鱼已打成蓉,跟有咸鲜爆脆的三文鱼子同吃,口感有层次,芥茉及葱粒亦添辛,普遍的配搭,却又怎匹配,饮粒雪白分明,少少黏稠,可口!黄鮨鲔鱼面颊大根煑 (2.5/5)鱼面颊肉厚颜色深褐,加上一些节纹,有五分似是牛肉,肉质有些嚡口,同样不及月中鮨处光之肥美,对不起,短期有比较,尽是失色。味道还可,大根炆至腍身,与冬菇吸尽汤汁,就是日式煑物的味道。天妇罗大盛 (3/5)最好吃的选是两只虾,肉鲜弹牙,粉浆适中,不腻,水准恰到好处,炸物水准可以。牛肉稻庭乌冬 (3/5)细意地,一片安格斯牛肉半熟半生盖在乌冬上,我可以自行灼熟,肉质嫩滑,乌冬应该是七代的,餐厅换来另一款反而不合符成本效应,但不知为何,总觉得跟在稻庭吃的不同,幼滑程度不一样。博多绢豆腐红豆 (1/5)加进红豆绢豆腐不滑,口感如有幼沙般,非我杯茶,未完成作弃!若因价钱是团体餐而把材料降格迁就,就失去宣传的意义了!不少日式店子平日二百多元的午餐亦可令客人満足,今晚每人花$330,只有饱肚而无满足美味之感,并没有重临的意欲! 继续阅读

约朋友出来聊猫猫经 同时也要点事要谈嘛,地点改了八百遍最后选出我们都喜欢吃的日本料理 而且它在做打折呢 不来怎么行看看这餐牌1个御膳居然要花两百左右,唉丫丫!怎么那么贵呢会胃纳装饱饱,口袋却变空吗?? 哈哈,原来这阵子它在午市都有在做买一送一的优惠所以就看你是怎么点啰~ 听说大厨的来头也不少啊,但从大小媒体中都看不见它的踪影 好可惜喔要不是他注意到的话,通常走过路过都不会进来这饭店里寿司庭 接连著 稻庭 餐厅,属同一集团经营 我都差点走错了简单的装潢 在吧台设有数个座位,同时也有不少卡位雅座葱吞拿鱼温泉玉子丼御膳﹝HKD$230﹞每份餐点都配有 沙律 味噌汤 茶碗蒸 咖啡/茶而我的更多了份小小的冷面 没想到那么丰富啊,早知道连早餐都不吃好了!这里的酸姜不是薄片的那种 而是超厚的,一开始还担心会辣会呛 没想到它很脆且微酸渗出辣劲朋友婆婆妈妈的说 你这个葱吞拿鱼丼份量肯定不多啦,不划算著我选别的才不要呢,因为加入了温泉玉子拌到米饭里一定很好吃!!肥嫩的吞拿鱼带甘香的油脂再加入辛香的葱 及那爽爽的沙律菜 漾起满足的微笑~ ((想念台北的出色丼饭店了默默吃起来其实米饭比吞拿鱼末还要多,都有点吃不完啦我们当中最贵的 特上寿司盛合御膳﹝HKD$258﹞ 有数款新鲜的鱼货因为我只偷吃了一部份,所以不能评论全部啦!嫩绵的玉子 是不错但不是心中的第一名爽弹微黏的甜虾 米粒黏润 软硬恰到好处,连小卷的吞拿鱼也蛮鲜味三文鱼亲子丼御膳﹝HKD$230﹞每片三文鱼都有著令人满足的厚度配上 啵啵鲜味的三文鱼籽 稍微再提点鲜度,诱惑著我把它挖走呵呵 在你们身边的好处就是每个人的餐点我都可以分享到啦~朋友的 本日烧鱼御膳﹝HKD$198﹞小小惊喜啦,因为不知道是那款鱼类啊制作需时 它上桌也来得比较晚,剖成心型的鱼肉 烤得金黄带微焦 鱼刺就只有中间那条吃的比较很安心不会被卡到,细致微甜的鱼肉 烤得刚刚好还有些许水份加一服务费按原价来收取,折下来才不过五百多~我们4个人每人只花费一百五十 超划算啦!! 继续阅读

We were scheduled to have a meeting around Tsim Sha Tsui area and on the previous day, I was somehow walking past Nishiki, my favourite Yakitori place in Hong Kong bar newly opened Keyaki, both of which I don’t think I have covered as yet except for quick images on Instagram at EpicurusHongKong. We noticed that the other 2nd outpost of Nishimura Restaurant 西村日本料理 here changed into Sushi Tei 寿司庭. The Chefs remain mostly the same and with such an attractive Monday to Sunday Buy 1 Get 1 Free Lunch offer, let’s just make this happen to test it out. I should emphasize that in general I have been skeptical about eating sushi and sashimi in Hong Kong, so far only Sushi Mori and Sushi Take have been kind to me, also Sushi Shougun. You could pay literally thousands in town but you might as well fly to Tokyo instead. Here surprisingly, was almost up there and I can finally taste the seafood !.... Sushi Platter 9 pieces with Tuna Maki roll – $258There’s a good mix of white and shiny fishes, surprisingly all of them were full of taste. I hope it wasn’t a once off wonder. Although there is no Toro, the red Akami tuna was also carrying a good meaty taste. At it’s normal $258 price I am already happy. Can’t believe this is Buy One Get One Free for lunch at the moment… I can eat 2 sets myself ~ 8/10....Negitoro Minced Tuna Don with Onsen Egg – $230Relatively speaking, this was too expensive. But the tuna was okay and notice that the Gari ginger is sliced whole, which is appreciate as it indicates it’s home made by the chef. For me personally I would order the above Nigiri set. ~ 8/10.... Today’s Grilled Fish - Hokke from Hokkaido $198In HK, this is decently priced even without the Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal, although Oootoya is your next bet on getting one for nearly half the price. We had some other food and desserts and tea in included.
