Visiting the Indian restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui with my friend was an unforgettable experience. As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with vibrant decor that showcased the rich culture of India. The soft, ambient music added to the overall charm, making it a perfect spot for a casual dinner.The service was exceptional; our server was attentive and knowledgeable, providing recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. We felt well taken care of, which added to the enjoyment of our meal.Hygiene standards were clearly a priority, as the restaurant was impeccably clean, from the dining area to the restrooms. This attention to cleanliness made us feel comfortable and safe while enjoying our meal.As for the food, it was a true delight. We ordered Murgh Do Piaza, Gosht Masala, and Murgh Tikka Salad. The Murgh Do Piaza was rich and flavorful, with tender chicken pieces coated in a savory onion sauce. The Gosht Masala was equally impressive, boasting a perfect blend of spices that complemented the succulent lamb perfectly. The Murgh Tikka Salad was refreshing, with juicy pieces of chicken paired with crisp vegetables. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend!

🥰 近期 重庆大厦 “7E 咖喱王” 转咗 老板, 质素不稳, 决定一试 “安妮亚” 推介嘅 “宝轩 Koh-I-Noor”, 比较点, 一定系全盛时期嘅 “7E 咖喱王”.🥢 餐厅位于尖沙咀 K11 对面嘅旧商业大厦一楼, 进出𣈱顺, 室内装修具有印度特色, 立体壁画, 单边半圆拱型窗可以望番街景, 至少唔系冇窗嘅密室. 用上优质枱布, 假花摆设 等, 十个赞!🥠 Papadum. 送嘅, 算系干脆, 味道相对单薄.🥟 Samosa Sabzi Ya Gosht (Lamb), 秘制手工咖喱角, $58. 两件, 肉馅太亁, 扣分.🐥 Tandoori Murgh, 印式乳酪烧鸡, $118. 镇店菜式, 两件鸡锤, 两件鸡髀, 洋葱底, 以铁板上菜, 十分惹味, 肉质嫩滑真系卖点, 部份位置咸咗少少.🦐 Jheenga Masala, 香辣玛莎拉烩虾, $148. 头一啖好甜, 怪怪哋, 食落又正常番, 捞饭一流, 层次复杂性过关, 但逊色于 “7E 咖喱王”.🍙 Saada Chawal, 印度白米饭, 一碟, $42. 食唔唒, 下次点一碗算了.🥭 Mango Lassi, $54. 芒果味道浓郁, 我钟意佢够 “渴” 身, 非常出色, 饮咗两杯.🤗 总结: 餐厅装修走中档路线, 埋单比重庆大厦贵一截, 坐椅舒适度一般般, 空调亦唔平均. 今晚两枱客, 一位服务员搅掂唒. 论食物, 烧鸡, 同埋 Mango Lassi 超预期, 主角 玛沙拉 过关, 但属普通货色, 下次再试其他咖喱.

忽然想食印度菜🇮🇳虽然重庆大厦最多,但openrice无意间揾到呢间少人知而评语唔错嘅印度餐厅,决定同朋友试试入口位置难揾,喺K11 art mall对面,要上一层楼▶️ 印式乳酪烤鸡Tandoori murgh ($118) 铁板上,上枱冒烟超香👃🏻半只鸡有两只鸡锤同两只鸡髀🍗肉质鲜嫩juicy,有适量油脂🐔酱料浓味,带少少辣,不过唔系好食到乳酪成份?同正常炭烧烤鸡一样如果更厚肉或无骨会更正▶️ 炭烧无骨鱼Macchi tikka ($168)都系铁板上,四旧厚肉连皮无骨嘅鱼比预期中好食,烧得唔干 (唔会好似罐头吞拿鱼咁)肉质同味道似比目鱼🐠一片片肉滑捋捋有鱼油香,调味亦啱啱好▶️ 玛莎拉羊肉Gosht masala ($128)呢个啱用嚟配烤饼食有一旧旧羊肉,配有香料咖喱味香浓🍛冇想像中辣▶️ 烤全麦饼 Roti ($24)每次必食嘅印度薄饼🫓自家制所以系不规则形状,都几大块烤饼上面有「卜卜」,㶶㶶哋咬落脆口边位似面包质感,同厚边pizza差唔多点咖喱酱或斋食都好味一个人一份啱啱好😋▶️ 牛油烤饼 Butter naan x 2 ($28)▶️ 印度烤饼 Plain naan ($24)-味道相当正宗嘅印度菜👍🏻全部都整得唔错调味偏重,食完都几口渴服务好,由印度人主理,有个男侍应 (唔知系咪老板)有礼貌又有幽默感,同有啲客人好熟 (应该系常客)楼上舖所以环境清静,有私隐度性价比ok,四个人食,计埋服务费平均每人$150估唔到几多香港人帮衬,亦有几pair情侣嚟撑枱脚😗值得试试~

今时今日嘅印度大餐,真系不得了,口感同香气我绝对俾个like👍!咖哩角超级正,酥脆得嚟唔油腻,夹埋特制酱汁,轻咬一口就觉得外皮嘅松脆同内馅嘅浓香绝配,宜家谂起都仲流口水😋。啲烧虾嘅香气,喺店门口就闻到,色泽诱人到不得了,轻轻一咬,鲜美虾肉配上微微嘅咖哩味,真系鲜到弹牙!薄饼都唔例外,香脆加上淡淡麦香,一试爱上,再加埋个拼盘嘅烟韧结构同埋烧烤嘅外表喺灯光下闪闪生辉,真系睇落去都开心!店内环境暖烘烘,布置得好有印度风味,虽然空间唔大,但各种香料嘅混合香味,已经够我饱足一晚🌟。老板服务周到,细心介绍每一道美食,令到我哋呢次饮食之旅,愉快过瘾。嚟到印度菜,点少得𠮶股独有嘅香料诱惑?唔只味道层次丰富,喺香气同口感上都系一次非一般嘅探险。港式粤语形容词?好呀!讲呢家嘅食物,我会话佢哋「醒胃」、「惹味」,而且「够哂水准」!食完这顿大餐,心情都靓晒😌。
