每年初二回老豆家开年一定食午饭,但今年特别啲,大哥话食晚餐食好啲,喺九龙城订咗枱食一围全包宴差唔多四千,但早几日落订就有折$3,300左右,谂住过年都唔会好得去边,但估唔到又唔太差,份量足招呼好最后有甜品还送大金,姐夫想饮红酒,大哥就出咗去买二枝回来,但家姐就话开酒费贵过喺到叫,咁就揾经理问,又唔贵$88或$168一枝,姐夫话我哋自己带咗嚟,经理好好话唔需要另收费,饮自己个枝就得唔洗另收费,还借开红酒器比我哋,记得用完比返就可以,大家开开心心又影相,倾倾讲讲好快又十点 继续阅读

富临好多间 ..... 间间唔同质素今日去太子道九龙城分店门口 & 内部 都比较旧 街坊格局早茶 都好多客 有啲嘈就紧㗎啦随便揾位搭枱 冷气够冻 侍应 & 传菜 都手快 爽 有笑容缺点系 男女洗手间 嘅 大门常开.....尴尬闲日早餐特价纸 很多选择 心大心细 点咗成枱都系连茶加埋一 $110元有找 点心即叫即蒸 山竹牛肉 热辣辣 大大嚿 加咗马蹄粒冇梳打味 少肥猪肉 唔腻柴鱼花生排骨粥 ~ 大碗 清清肠胃首选粥味清香柴鱼味 花生够淋 排骨用盐腌过至煲 冇乜鲜味冻肉处理得冇雪藏味 可以棉花鸡 ~ 鱼肚够多 芋头都多 鸡柳肉冇鲜味 梅菜肉饼饭 ~ 妈妈味道 𩠌多但饭太硬 蒸唔够牛肉肠粉~ 肠粉唔算太滑 料多 好味仲有 金菇肥牛卷 鲜虾菜苗饺 继续阅读

香港人喜爱海鲜,我也不例外。久不久,海鲜瘾起,便约朋友擦一次海鲜大餐。最近跟一班朋友,来到富临食海鲜,而我们的主要目标,是啖啖肉的龙虾和鲍鱼!先来几道贝类。「冰岛蛏子皇」($98/4条)和「蒜茸蒸大元贝」($88/4只)都以蒜蓉蒸的方式炮制。贝类海鲜和蒜蓉一向都是最佳拍档,而来自冰岛的蛏子饱满弹牙,元贝大粒又鲜甜,加上吸收了酱汁的粉丝,无得弹。 「油盐水浸纽西兰马刀贝」($88)大件而爽口,浸在添加了胡椒的油盐水汤之中,更加香甜味美。 重头戏是「加拿大龙虾」($88/只)。龙虾肉质鲜甜饱满,配浓香诱人的芝士汁,以及伊面底,大家都吃个津津有味。而且龙虾正在做特价,很抵食呢! 另一位主角是「果皮蒸大连鲍鱼」,与「红烧乳鸽」一起打孖上,价钱为 $158。鲍鱼一口一个大小,胜在够入味;红烧乳鸽则做得香脆少油,嫩滑惹味。 再来一碟十分香脆的「椒盐鲜鱿」($72)。 食了很多海鲜,需要一些素菜平衡一下。「虾籽草菇海参煲」($88)清香少油,吃得健康。「海皇炖冬瓜盅」($78)材料丰富,汤头清甜鲜美,配合各种清新的食材,以及炖得腍香的冬瓜肉,是夏日消暑佳品。 小评:这次海鲜宴味道不俗,而且可以用大件夹抵食来形容,性价比甚高,值得回头。 继续阅读

近排小弟在锻练肌肉,蛋白质有助肌肉增长,而海鲜就是肉类之中含丰富蛋白质,又相对可清可浓都可以做得好吃。「冰岛蛏子皇」$98 / 4条不好意思地叫了少油,要各位朋友陪我减油。蛏子可以拣蒜蓉蒸或豉汁蒸,挑了前者,蒸的时间刚刚好,长条爽口,味鲜,大家也很爱碟底的粉丝啊,争着吃。「油盐水浸纽西兰马刀贝」$88马刀贝像更大只的花甲,又是爽口份子,汤汁加了大量胡椒,吃起上来像「胡椒猪肚汤」的味道,有很多粉丝,这个我大爱啊。「海皇炖冬瓜盅」$78非常抵,我们十个人分享了一盅。足料,而且重点是吃得出没有下味精,瓜肉炖得腍,再加夜香花,清甜消暑靠晒佢。「加拿大龙虾」$88 / 只晚市优惠,龙虾在做特价 (温提,二至六位一只,七位以上可以两只),一只一碟,份量也很大,没有欺场。可以选择上汤焗或芝士焗,我们选了后者,配伊面底,芝士汁满泻,面与汁爱恨缠绵,好吃得邪恶,吃得我欲拒还迎。「蒜茸蒸大元贝」$88 / 4只「果皮蒸大连鲍鱼」/ 「红烧乳鸽」(孖宝) $158打孖上,鲍鱼有少许逊色,反而乳鸽炸得脆而不油,肉亦嫩,可以连骨吃。「虾籽草菇海参煲」$88「椒盐鲜鱿」$72我喜爱鱿鱼,这个却没有吃,要戒油炸。最后来个蔬菜「泰皇通菜」$58 继续阅读
