今日冇乜胃口食饭,所以去左公司附近既粉面铺食。睇到门口餐牌都知贵,但唔又想食饭,都照入去试下系咪值比呢个钱。坐低嗌左个牛根粗面套餐包油菜同饮品(69蚊)。碗野黎到汤底多油,再试一啖面,面系淋既!一啲都唔爽口!个汤底仲好咸!同出面3x蚊一碗面个质素差咁老远!完全唔值呢个价钱。唯一谂到可以卖到咁贵既原因就系附近冇粉面铺竞争(好似系)。最离谱系员工卫生问题,一早烚定一大堆菜,午市人多预定啲菜我理解既,问题系当有客要油菜个时佢系用手‘’拿” 上碟!虽然带左手套,但佢会用同一只手去拎抹枱毛巾抹枱。大佬呀!识唔识用食物夹嫁?仲比我见到啲菜跌左落枱,系会用手“拿‘’返上只碟比人食。幻想下啲菜捞左抹枱啲污嘈野一齐食,几恶心!永冇下次,可以black list bye!

我很喜爱的「富怡粉面」,主打「新派潮式坑腩、肥腩」,还有牛舌、牛𦟌、牛肚,都做得好,简直是爱牛人士之地。典型港式粉面店格局,环境少许麻甩,我通常外卖回办公室吃。所谓「新派潮式」,我觉得卤水汁比较浓,甜度较轻却更惹味,略带些五香柱侯酱的味道,焖制出来的牛腩是爽与滑都有做到。面底通常我会选择河粉,爽身;加上我通常要「加色」多腩汁,河粉非常挂汤,配合来吃是平凡中显滋味。我通常都是双拼,几款互相搭配,「坑腩牛肚河」$52牛腩的份量够多,而且块头大,在中间堆成小山丘,味道做得依旧好:坑腩牛的隔膜部位卖相不错,口感比一般牛腩实在,牛肉味道更浓,而且不鞋口:牛各部位也炆得入味,那个五香卤水汁胆,值得一赞:卤水牛舌是我强烈推介,入口软绵,香透:而且此店每碗粉面附送的生菜都很多,不用另外叫油菜,够健康又可悭返啲盘川!

九龙湾说是商贸区, 其实也有很多工业大厦, 形成陈旧和光鲜互相交错的市景, 这里餐厅的选择除了工厦饭堂, 又或者是附近住宅商场的餐厅外, 也有怡富这家牛腩牛杂粉面店, 是我在这区最常光顾的. 没有甚么光鲜的装修, 就是煮面的炉和卤水牛腩牛杂放在窗边的经典风格. 牛杂牛腩河的份量比平时街边吃的粉面店多, 无论是河粉还是配料, 牛腩没有什么特别部位, 但就是点了较肥的部位, 非常嫩滑, 接近十块的份量也相当慷慨. 河粉没有因为份量多而糊化, 夹起来依然是完整的长条. 汤头加上卤水, 配上潮州辣椒油, 再点一碟酥炸鱼皮浸汤, 就是经典.Kowloon Bay is said to be a business and trade district, but in reality, there are also many industrial buildings that create a mix of old and modern views of the city. There are various restaurant options here, besides the cafeteria in the industrial buildings or the restaurants in nearby residential malls, there is also Yi Fu, a beef offal and beef brisket noodle shop, which is the place I frequent the most in this area. It doesn‘t have any fancy decorations, just a classic style with the noodle cooking stove and braised beef and offal placed by the window. The portion of beef offal and beef brisket in the noodle soup is larger than the ones in street-side noodle shops, and regardless of the noodles or the toppings, the beef brisket is tender and generous in size. The noodles do not become soggy due to the large portion, and they remain intact when picked up. The broth, mixed with braised beef stock and served with Chaozhou chili oil, along with a side of crispy fried fish skin, is a classic combination.

🍛呢次去食嘅餐厅, 啲牛腩河真系一试难忘💡啲牛腩质感好到不得了,细细块嫩滑,食落去即刻觉得幸福感爆灯🎆!啲河哦,条条分明,带啲弹性,同啲滋味十足嘅牛腩一捞一夹,每一啖都过足瘾。佢哋啲至尊河仲要落足料,有虾、有鱿鱼,七彩缤纷,啖啖鲜甜!食物质素啱唔差嘅,就系份量多到女仔可能会摊番出嚟👧。而且,佢哋嘅辣椒油,哇!𠮶个香味喺口腔立即四溢,带嚟咁兴奋嘅感受,每次食完都令我期待下一次再嚟探寻呢座味觉嘅乐园🌈。总之,喺呢度食饭,开心同满足度爆表,真系食得一愣一愣咁!

今日嚟到工厂区,唔想食太饱又唔想食连锁店,就入咗呢间富怡试下。点了一个牛腩河$52,姐姐话下午茶时间加$5有杯野饮,要了冻柠茶。牛腩河汤底是深色,但饮落唔太咸亦唔重味精,唔会觉得口渴。牛腩偏瘦,得少少少肥,但唔会痴牙,而且煮得好淋,有牛肉香。河粉细滑好味,而呢度提供嘅辣椒油不会太辣,嗜辣嘅朋友要多加一点了!$52 一碗的确是偏贵,但份量很充足够大碗。杯冻柠茶亦做到少甜少冰都够茶味,餐厅使用胶饮管,如果可以转用纸/可分解饮管就更好更爱地球🌍。餐厅环境一般,座位偏窄,但尚算卫生整洁!
