昨天与朋友聚会拣选了位于东港城的家上海。邻近有地铁及巴士接驳交通方便。餐厅位于商埸内有指示容易揾。由于已订枱所以轮侯不到一分钟就可入坐。餐厅内环境舒适空间感也足够。Order了小食拼盘，烟熏脆皮鸡，煎脆皮灌汤小笼包，上海粗炒及高力香蕉豆沙。食物味度良好份量足价钱也恰如其分。员工们服务态度良好，经常有跟进人客用餐进度，勤换碟及上甜品时有先清理枱面然后才上甜品碟及餐具。整体来说一间值得推介既食肆。

因为平时我自己好钟意食上海菜，而且家上海好方便可以喺THE GULU攞定飞🎟️，唔使喺现场攞飞慢慢等，所以我同屋企人都食过家上海好几次😆今次我同屋企人嗌咗一笼金牌小笼包、一客铁板灌汤生煎包，同埋一碗菜肉馄饨拉面🥟🍜金牌小笼包啲皮够薄够烟靭，入面都好够汤汁，而且啲肉馅唔嚡，唔错👍🏻！而铁板灌汤生煎包嘅肉馅鲜嫩多肉汁，但系我就嫌佢煎得多油咗少少🤏🏻。至于菜肉馄饨拉面🥟🍜啲馄饨皮好够薄同滑，啲拉面亦都好弹牙唔会话煮到好淋，而且个汤底都唔错，饮落好舒服😛

之前同班朋友去咗家上海用餐，整体感觉唔错。餐厅环境算宽敞，仲有私人房间，成班人聚会都好适合，唔会觉得逼夹。食物方面，烟熏脆皮鸡，鸡皮烤至金黄酥脆，泛著诱人的光泽，鸡肉则嫩滑多汁，还带著浓郁的烟熏香气，滋味醇厚。小笼包亦都唔错，包皮薄而韧，咬落去汤汁丰富，鲜味十足。还有那道腐皮红豆沙，外皮煎得金黄酥脆，内里豆沙甜而不腻，口感层次好丰富。上海菜心配火腿，菜心鲜嫩，火腿咸香，两者搭配得恰到好处。另外，卤味拼盘都好有特色，豆干、木耳等食材入味又有嚼劲。呢间餐厅无论环境定食物都令人满意，而且埋单仲会送coupon，下次想食上海菜，一定会再嚟！
