由第一次来呢到食到呢家已经差唔多半年了,差唔多每个礼拜都要来一次,不单单因为食物水准之高,更加系老板兼大厨邦哥对煮食既心,实属难见。呢到其中一个特别之处系周不时会有啲特别既海鲜坐镇,例如韩国来既北寄贝、野生澳洲鲍、青龙等等。当中呢家季节既蟹中之皇-黄油蟹开始有货,老板马上帮我找最顶级既头手货,实在感动。新推出既一夜干也是值得一赞的,原因系佢地唔选用日本鱼制作,支持本地渔业采用本地鱼,目的就系想话俾大家听其实本地鱼既质素也非常好,而且既然有自家新鲜鱼,为何不用?看到老板准备由此店搬往新店扩大,真系非常开心,希望大家会继续支持。P.S. 黄油蟹系需要预定。 继续阅读

惊喜地发现海鲜全部新鲜,烧善系必食,烧到个皮好似薯片咁脆,但同时鱼肉仍然湿润。韩国内的北寄贝第一次吃,也10分鲜甜,海水味十足,不用调味已可以了❤️烧贵妃旁仔火候刚刚好内里也保持肉汁。手掌咁大只嘅鲍鱼烧出来也很嫩滑。烧茄子如果可以大一点会更好,略嫌不够喉。烧鸡翼的皮可以在烧脆一点。串烧店在同区有很多,但这间海鲜选择较多,价钱也够相宜,虽然大排档格局,但嘢食新鲜,性价比一流,如果天气冇咁热会再过嚟食。 继续阅读

好拍档烧烤,超级美味。老板每日亲自采购靓海鲜,想食乜靓海鲜,提早通知老板。今餐我们有大只象拔蚌刺身,清蒸超大只刀贝蚬,油盐焗极品黑头奄,蒜茸蒸苏格兰大圣子,老板特制调味嘅私房豉油烤南非鲍,特别一提,鲍鱼和圣子做得超级非常出色,其实样样海鲜烹调得都非常出色,无人烹调味道和时间都控制得非常非常好。我地食晒所有海鲜之后跟住就轮到串烧出场,一句讲晒,串烧同样咁好食。非常难忘美味的一餐。 继续阅读

住西湾咁耐,成日都有朋友同我讲 “你就好啦,咁近太安楼,可以成日去食好野”,朋友你太肤浅了,话我自私都好,好食既野,我尽量都唔想唱通街,呢间串烧小店,开舖冇耐就开始帮衬,可能我比较麻甩,好钟意呢啲坐街边风味,就连周年记念,我同另一半都会黎食 😂😂😂今晚又同朋友黎食,两个女仔,有龙虾(好新鲜)有牛肉有鳝(鳝皮仲要烧到好脆),仲有主角五层烧同啤酒,都只系每人二百蚊,去边度揾?讲个秘密比大家知:咪睇老细粗粗鲁鲁,其实好好人好有heart,知我有时要食素,都会送蒜蓉包俾我食 继续阅读

Had some grilled items here and the varieties were fair. We narrowed down to the few items below that did not disappoint!猪颈肉 $15一口叉烧 $15The pork was flavour-wise and tender-wise! We devoured with satisfaction! 金菇肥牛卷 $20牛舌 $16熊本一口牛 $18翠玉瓜 $12蒜蓉烧完只茄子 $28Garlic was plentiful that laid invitingly on the eggplant! The tasted turned out to be so luscious that I couldn’t help craving for more! 法式蒜蓉包 $20The bread was of fair portion, the taste was spot on! Who’s not into garlic bread right? Overall this was a satisfying meal given that it’s price was fairly low. Even though it’s quite hidden at Sai Wan Ho, it’s worthy to come by and try a few grilled items to satisfy the crave for something salty and inviting! 继续阅读
