之前2个𩠌收我$366,我以为系啤酒叫多左咁贵,今次朋友话食呢间,我留意下价钱,结果今次4𩠌1啤酒2可乐王老吉收$576。我食既𩠌系鱼香茄子煲($88),脆皮炸大肠($98),炸鸡软骨($88),蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒($98),啤酒($36),可乐($10),王老吉($10)88+88+98+98+56=428,再加一都系$470,明呃人!!啲𩠌都未食完就收走,话埋单就话$576,单都无,我过去比钱,睇到张手写单,手写单剩系写左咩𩠌又唔写价钱,每枱收多$100,我睇评论有人有相同经历,佢唔系第一次啦,大家唔好帮衬啦!!

一班朋友到荃湾party过后,到了荃湾香车街街市吃大排档。最近天气开始转凉,坐室外加上风机还是挺舒服的。一行6人点了8个小菜,另加2瓶啤酒,才够风味。先来了两碟炸物椒盐九肚鱼和蚝饼: 九肚鱼很滑,椒盐味香,但个人不爱九肚鱼。蚝饼的蚝很新鲜及大粒,但个人较喜欢正宗潮州多点蛋少点炸粉的蚝饼。小炒皇: 大排档必点的小炒皇做得相当岀色,银鱼仔及腰果很香,加上虾干、鱿鱼、韮菜花等,送酒一流。海鲜类点了豉椒炒蚬:豉椒炒蚬味道很淡,似乎有点失手,而且间中还吃到有沙,失望。金银蒜粉丝蒸开边虾: 虾很鲜甜,粉丝吸收了虾的精华及蒜,非常美味。炸小棠菜: 上前来过一尝炸小棠菜非常惊艳,今日见餐牌上没有,还好询问之下仍有的(大概变了隐藏餐单?)。炸小棠菜其实是炸墨鱼胶中加入了粒粒小棠菜,墨鱼饼原块非常厚身,外面炸得香脆,墨鱼胶非常弹牙,加了小棠菜粒带来一点清爽,新鲜炸好热辣辣超级好吃!大推!黑椒薯仔牛柳粒: 会吃的都知道薯仔是整道菜的精华,炸过的薯仔内𥚃软糯,裹上带牛味的黑椒汁,不错。其他则不过不失。金银蛋浸苋菜: 蔬菜类点了较清淡的金银蛋浸苋菜。苋菜鲜嫩无渣,高汤味道足够,还有不少我喜爱的皮蛋粒,清清的一道菜亦是简单的味美。是晚还相当幸运,店家见我们点了2瓶啤酒,额外再送2瓶。结帐人均$170,可谓超值。

🍪【#荃湾】头档大排档💥大天台大排档 食物一般气氛搭救💥.🍪 记得以前中学对面有几个冬菇亭,近年经装修后有趟门同冷气,大排档嘅户外特色欠奉🥲而家大部份大排档都喺熟食街市可以揾到,当中荃湾呢间大排档别有一番风味😆!✧ Speaking of Hong Kong culinary heritage, there is no way not to talk about the traditional open-air restaurants — dai pai dongs. Now most dai pai dongs can be found in public markets, but this one in Tsuen Wan is particularly cool!😍.🍪 头档位于香车街街市熟食中心天台,地方特别开扬,可以睇下四周围大厦嘅景色,空气又更加流通~☺️✧ Tau Dong has a superb location— the rooftop of a cooked food market, securing the privilege to overlook the buildings around and get extra fresh air. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~🍽 蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒 Diced Beef with Pepper and Honey $98(3/5)份量充足,不过牛柳粒太韧😨!最后都放弃冇食晒。薯仔唔算好新鲜,可以切大粒啲,整体调味略嫌太甜。✧ Failed to finish all the beef as it is tough and stringy… the potato has gone stale a bit. Overall the taste is too sweet. .🍽 虾酱通菜鲜鱿 Stir-Fried Water Spinach and Squid with Shrimp Paste $98 (3.5/5)虾酱唔够!味道偏淡,份量搭救。🙁✧ Bland taste due to inadequate shrimp paste. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~🍪 虽然食物味道不过不失,但份量多,而且坐喺天台食嘢都系好特别嘅体验。见唔少人叫一个个煲嚟食,可能质素会好啲~ 😊✧The food is nothing to write home about except that the portion is generous. Yet the opportunity to dine at the rooftop and immerse in the local food scene is phenomenal! 价钱大约系一百几蚊一碟小菜,份量偏细(六个人一人一旧咁),抵唔抵见仁见智。但最大问题系「食物质素」,完全唔掂1.蒜蓉粉丝蒸虾虾嘅大细大约系长洲三百蚊五碟小菜d 虾咁上下(即系同成人手指尾差唔多)。细都算数,好辛苦挑咗d 肉出嚟,原来d 虾系生嘅,结果大家不知情之下食咗半碟生虾。叫脑细埋嚟,佢只系拎咗剩返嘅虾去蒸,蒸到老晒再上返畀你。结果当晚我喺香车街个公街肚屙🤮如果你钟意食生虾,即时订位2.黄金虾虾嘅大细当然都系成人手指尾咁大,绝对可以癫覆你对黄金虾嘅想像。而且d 虾系唔多痴到d 咸蛋黄,所以我到底食紧d 咩?🤮3.黄金鸡中翼一上枱见大大只应该掂啦,点知,入面熟到烂(唔系夸张,d 肉已经系梅梅地)。我怀疑佢先蒸后炒/炸,完全过熟,其实我唔明一碟咁普通嘅小菜点样可以煮得咁难食。加埋d 鸡翼系垃圾级别,喺冻肉舖d 鸡翼仲靓过佢🤮4.黑椒牛仔骨哩个份量都还好,虽然旧旧都只系得连住旧骨𠮶少少肉。不过,一咬落去,成个口只系得d 松肉粉味,我连食紧牛定猪都分唔到...如果你唔知松肉粉系咩味,快d 订位试吓🤮5.芥末牛柳粒有d 牛柳粒已经熟到㶶咗,有d 入面仲生勾勾,有三分之一碟都系咁样。虽然话d 牛肉可以唔洗熟晒,但佢用d 牛咩质素你自己谂啦...🤮6.豉椒炒蚬壳多过肉就基本啦,加埋d 唔开口死蚬,应该唔超过20粒肉,结果大半碟都无人食。唔好谂住有20粒肉都唔错,只蚬连壳都系大约5毫子咁大,咁你估吓粒肉有几大啦吓🤮7.大肠墨鱼胶你又点估到粒胶系咸嘅呢?食完都唔知自己食紧乜🤮仲要得几粒成餐饭最正常得一碟蚝、三碟菜,不过最后大家都饱晒,因为成肚都系气,永久blacklist 哩间餐厅,亦希望用我嘅经验去令大家唔好再中伏🤬起初帮衬系见人话哩间黄店,姑且支持吓同路人,食完之后一肚气,不过令我更加激气系抬头见到d 选举宣传...😀
