一直知道呢间系中环打工仔嘅饭堂咁啱今日过开嚟中环 又未到食饭时间 就嚟试吓呢间茶记啦环境上都比较细,我谂如果真系正值午饭时间嘅话应该都几难等位佢最出名应该系炒公仔面但系因为我真系食唔落炒公仔面,但又为咗一试佢最出名嘅猪扒,我就叫咗个猪扒煎蛋公仔面嚟试吓只蛋㶶边半熟块猪扒掂啊!我觉得系半肥瘦嘅,食落去系真系舒服味道上个汁好正真心觉得如果我系中环返工嘅话,应该会成日嗌佢哋嘅外卖嚟食🤣🤣🤣食完之后更加想试佢哋嘅炒公仔面系咩料 继续阅读

今天下午于餐厅堂食,1时入座,用QR点餐后等了半小时还未有食物端上,只来了一杯柠檬茶。只见厨房不停做外卖生意,很多围枱食物也没有。到1:30pm 终于催促快上餐因2时要回公司。侍应有帮忙催促,但再过十分钟也没来。再催促下,侍应谓冇办法,叫我取消order. 已经1:45分了,晏都食唔到便要赶回公司。既然中午午市厨房唔够人手,就不应该接太多外卖 order, 搞到堂食冇法做到。浪费客人时间,怪不得香港人都不想在香港用餐。😤 继续阅读

星期日系中环觅食,发现原来附近好多餐厅星期日都唔开门😰🔒已经好肚饿,就求其喺附近揾咗一间茶餐厅,见啲凳都好似坐得几舒服,就入去试吓😎豉油皇厚切猪扒肠仔炒公仔面 $68见到个名觉得好吸引就嗌咗,一上枱真系太香,唔记得咗影相就已经切咗块猪扒🤣🤣块猪扒煎得几淋,同几入味🐷肠仔就系正常厨师肠,不过个公仔面就略嫌太重豉油,太咸了,系相入边都见到啲色水好深,所以就系呢度扣咗少少分😰咸牛肉鸡蛋三文治 (烘底) $42等到2 点半,就系为咗叫佢个下午茶餐,识叫一定系叫蛋牛治🥪我就加多咗$2 要埋烘底,块面包系厚切,烘得啱啱好,脆卜卜,炒蛋同咸牛肉仲系热辣辣,炒蛋中和咗牛肉嘅咸味,而且好足料,就咁食一边已经饱咗一半🤰🏻🤣炼奶西多士 $38系最邪恶嘅西多士呀🤤😈西多炸得好脆,切开咗4 旧嚟炸,所以每一啖都可以食到脆嘅边皮,外面嘅炼奶同牛油俾热辣辣嘅西多整溶咗,然后咬落去仲有花生酱夹心陷,我就系要呢啲味道🫵🏻😍钟意食甜嘢嘅你哋,一定要嚟试下佢!.总括嚟讲,以茶餐厅水准呢间食物质素几好,而且环境舒适,系附近唔知食咩又唔想食太贵嘅,都可以嚟试下😉 继续阅读

Finally tried out Tin Fung, which is famous for their 𝒉𝒖𝒈𝒆 pork chop rice and swiss sauce chicken wings! This is a great budget option too if you’re looking for a filling lunch in Central! 🐷 Pic 1️⃣: 瑞士汁鸡翼蛋炒公仔面 / 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 - $68 hkd 🍳 🍗 — Super satisfying plate and portion sizes here are very generous for sure! The noodles soaked up all the flavours of the swiss sauce nicely and were well seasoned. The sauce is definitely more on the sweeter end though and I would’ve preferred this to be slightly more savoury. The wings were super tasty and flavourful, and the meat was tender too. Noodles could’ve done with a few more seconds as they were a little harder than preferred. This was perfectly deep fried, giving it that crunchy, indulgent shell that encapsulates this creamy, pillowy soft interior that is smothered in an aromatic peanut butter. It’s then finished with a drizzle of condensed milk to create the perfect french toast. The pork chop definitely stole the show here as it was really well marinated, tender, juicy and full of flavour. The soy sauce went nicely with the pork and fried eggs too.
