有朋友之前有介绍过我话铜锣湾有一间食日本料理做得好出色,主理嘅系日本人,今日lunch一于过嚟试吓,一入到去好光猛,同以往比人去日本料理果种暗气氛有点不同,set lunch menu价钱同一般外面日本料理店差不多,除咗叫set lunch ,我哋今次打算散叫,一于试吓佢仲有乜嘢好食!蟹盖烧好鲜味,蟹膏好多,入面都系蟹肉,外面好多会混蟹柳扮蟹肉,呢度唔系,好正!原只新鲜海胆,佢真系用识郁嘅海胆原只㓥开俾我哋,超级新鲜,一定要试!新鲜活北寄贝,鲜甜无比,爽口弹牙,新鲜到我地仲要encore!刺身鱼生,厚切,啖啖满足, 十分新鲜。烧和牛丼,十分好食,分量亦很多,呢个系set lunch可以叫,好好味!食饱都想食!原只烧龙虾,又系新鲜龙虾,好鲜味,但略嫌笑得干咗一点。烧扇贝,鲜味多汁,好好味!呢间小店一定会再推荐比其他朋友是,菜式做得不错,选料非常新鲜讲究, 十分有诚意!

我第一次来这家餐厅。餐厅应该以烤鱼闻名。My first time at this restaurant. The restaurant is supposed to be well known for their grilled fish and it sells out. 今天我们只订了午餐套餐。价格对位于铜锣湾的日本餐厅,Jardin街的一个新建筑的商业大厦来说是合理。Today we only ordered the lunch set dons. The price looks reasonable for a Japanese restaurant located in Causeway bay and in a newly re-built building in Jardin’s Bazaar.Assorted Aburi Don* 2 small cold appetiser* 1 salad* 1 fish soup* 1 steam egg* 1 Eel with Tamago Rice* 4 slices Salmon sashimi, 2 slice Engawa sashimi grill 最吸引是烧烤生鱼片,非常芬芳。上枱后才点火烧鱼片。鳗鱼好烧得很好。汁亦散布平均。饭不算多。The most attractive is the grill sashimi. It is very fragrant. The is fire light after it's been placed on the table. The grill eel is tasty. Sauce is spread evenly on the eel but there isn't a lot of rice. Portion is good for a lady and good calorie count. Fish is always a better bet when dieting. Gyudon (US Beef) with Black Truffle* 2 small cold appetiser* 1 salad* 1 fish soup* 1 steam egg* US beef rice小冷的开胃菜是可口的。个人应为牛肉饭没有黑松露的味道。牛肉片不多。份粮对女士来说,是可以的。但男士可能要再多叫个小食。鱼汤要热的时候喝。否则会较腥。The small cold appetisers were tasty. For me, the beef rice lacks the black truffle smell. There were not many pieces of beef, portion will do for a lady but for men is most likely not enough. The fish soup should be consumed while it's hot, otherwise it is quite fishy. 总体来说令人满意。地方干净,当天人客不多,感觉很宽敞。服务都ok。Overall it is satisfactory. The atmosphere was clean and as there were not many people, it felt quite spacious.

Grand opening 作客,感觉服务好好。Decoration较西化,食物味道亦唔错,不过男士可能唔会十分饱,set dinner $1080, 连酒水加一,每人晚餐一千几,又唔算最贵档次,整体ok.

基本上成日都想食日本野,唔知我有冇机会食晒香港嘅日本餐厅呢😂黎到铜锣湾今次试吓天草渔场。可以坐系吧枱旁边睇住师傅新鲜切鱼生,整寿司,享受呀!首先黎既系鲣鱼藁烧,外层用藁草烧香,但有阵阵烟熏味。豚平卷,一碟有四件其实系一件蛋卷入边卷着猪肉,猪肉煎得好香,同沙律酱同烧汁一齐食,好夹好惹味一大罗樱花虾,咬下咬下就食哂成罗之后食左天草绯扇贝,带子大粒又弹牙又多汁仲有呢个好得意嘅明太子山芋锅仔烧真系用一个锅仔载着锅仔烧咬落烟韧,加埋明太子咸咸地咁钟意食海胆嘅我,见到呢个海胆烧饭团,好 开心啊大大嚿海胆, 放喺烧咗嘅饭上面,简简单单用紫菜包住嚟食。甜品仲有益力多味雪糕添!酸酸地, 好味道啊为呢餐画上句号。

星期六黄昏才致电即晚卜枱,预约七点半都有位。上到去发现得一枱客人食紧,心知不妙,散叫左海胆,鹅肝鸡翼,天草渔场卷,牛肋条同埋黑松露饭团,埋单差不多成六百几。首先最唔抵系牛肋条,成旧水一客,谂住起码有两串,点知竟然得一串,只得三寸半长,味道真系好一般。第二系鹅肝鸡翼,$58一只,仲要唔系全翼都咁贵,又烧得唔够香。最离谱系服务质素,因为冇咩客,成四五个侍应招呼两枱客人,收碟收得特别快,我地食完上述既野之后,一放低筷子个侍应就冲埋嚟问我地仲叫唔叫野食,一刻都冇得抖下,原本仲谂住叫多Round,但一听到佢咁问法就咩都唔想食喇,答佢冇喇,佢即刻就收晒枱面d野,一副赶客款,我以为茶餐厅先至会咁对d客人啰,旁边d枱完全冇人坐,又冇人等位,都唔明点解要赶人走...整体嚟讲,得个贵字,但唔值啰。
