非常失望的体验,我们到了餐厅没有吃饭就离开了,这个是体验过最差的HK$1,000价位的餐厅⋯希望大家可以避雷,原因如下:1. 电话订位告知仅可六点半或八点,然而八点达到餐厅发现约8张台仅一张有客人⋯所以为什么不能七点?2. 为了尝试Sukiyaki而来,然而到达餐厅才被告知Sukiyaki要提前一天预订,那么为何在订位时不说明?或提前一日打电话给客人确认?这样的服务完全配不上餐厅的价格定位,不具有fine dinning的基本素质⋯3. 服务态度极差,因为无法选择Sukiyaki,我们询问服务生为何不提前说明,竟被告知来这里的客人都是熟客,都知道要提前预订。所以还是客人的问题了?

超级喜欢吃日本菜!COVID-19全球大流行!所有外游取消,去不了日本,还好香港的日本料理店选择挺多!因为香港餐厅周,才知道铜锣湾有家天月日本料理,来试试午餐:#先附:有2款前菜,三文鱼配蛋黄酱,酸酸甜甜,开胃!菠菜味道比较淡!#向附:3款刺身 赤身、鲷鱼、乌贼,鲜味不突出,一般!#盖物:银馅香菇茶碗蒸,质感细滑,味道可以#扬物:北海道海胆天妇罗大叶,本餐最好味的菜,大爱!!#御饭:樱花虾釜饭,好吃!#止碗:味噌汤,不错!#甘味:樱饼,挺好吃的!服务很好!加分项!

原本计画在周六晚上吃一点高质食品,提前打电话问了几家sukiyaki都没有位置,最后订到了铜锣湾这家。 餐厅于约定时间前三小时左右打电话给我问要不要教我怎么点餐。我满脑子问号??到了餐厅以后只有我们一桌客人,略为感到不对劲。两个人一餐也要2000块,上来的前菜基本就是200块晚餐的水准吧。勉强刺身算新鲜。其他的我真的是一句话都不想多说。最最气人的就是主菜,男侍应好像完全不懂怎么处理食材,除了最开始的两块肉,后面所有东西都烧糊了,全部是苦的,无论是蔬菜还是肉,都没有别的味道,只能尝到一股苦味,平均一下一两百块一块肉就被你烧成这样?也好意思?到底有没有经过培训?各位没吃到食物光从颜色也能看出来完全是黑的!最后甜品菜单上写了可以二选一,侍应完全没有问过我们自作主张端上了冰淇淋,又问其他桌客人想选什么?这就是服务?未免太可笑了吧?后来跟他询问是否可以换别的,他才回答可以的但另一款要时间制作。我反问无论如何你是否要告知我有这个选项?对待客人就是这样?整晚最好吃的就是白饭。且这碗白饭也是装的十分散乱,完全不想一餐高级料理应该有的水准,当然比起其他乌黑的食物。白饭糟糕的程度已经不足一提了。这家餐厅最大的优点是空间很大。毕竟没什么客人。我衷心希望这家餐厅的老板和服务生要好好反思一下,为什么这种水平还要开餐厅?这种水平还能找到工作?这种水平还要出来做餐饮行业?做其他不好吗?衷心劝告每一位想来餐厅的客人,这点钱干别的什么不好?为什么要帮衬他们?

Washoku is a perfect place to have variety of different food to hang out with mates over a drink and chat . I came Amatsuki with my Jap friend for lunch. She had the Wagyu beef with Sukiyaki sauce set and I had the sushi set. She loved the beef so much . My Jap friend couldn't help to keep her thumb up so much for the afternoon . LOL. The Waygu is just melted in her mouth and unbelievably tender, yet nothing greasy at all . It was like the very best top quality place we went in Tokyo back in the days . We both enjoyed the appetisers a lot too. There is a great deal of combination of creations . Full of surprises. We both get two appetisers each for our lunch set choice. Not only they look beautiful just like a piece of art. Each appetiser has at least five or six ingredients. It also definitely tested all my taste sensations and explore different texture.My favourite bit would be the smokey touch of the mini slice of pork. I had the sushi set myself. I have to say the way they marinated the sushi rice is nothing like a regular Washoku. I would be convinced if that was made by a starred sushi chef. Premium fresh quality and perfect size. By the way , I appreciate the detail of perilla frutescens beautifully decorated on top , it's nevertheless make the whole extra delicious too . What a thoughtful lights up. We are surely coming back and more often, no doubt!

见到铜锣湾新开嘅日本餐厅,于是约咗朋友嚟试下。环境几阔落,啲枱唔会摆得好近,一坐低已经有口罩套供应,几贴心。我哋试咗佢个寿喜烧,有得拣鹿儿岛A4和牛($1080)同澳洲M9和牛($880),我同朋友各叫一款。Menu见到仲有款平d嘅定食系$498,不过职员话定食系煮好晒成set咁上,而寿喜烧就有专人即场煮。既然一场黎到就梗系试贵野一开炉已经好香,仲吸引到隔离客眼望望。和牛比我想像中大块,而且入口即溶,烧完牛仲会烧埋一碟蔬菜俾我哋,啲菜索晒和牛啲汁,正虽然价钱睇落好似好贵,不过有埋前菜、刺身、乌冬/饭、面豉汤、甜品,我觉得性价比都几高~最后埋单仲有八折
