想止布甸包既瘾唔一定要出去排队,尤其而家日日三十几度,排成个钟买个包真系谂极都谂唔通😂有日无意间见到大班雪柜入面竟然有布甸包😳😳😳😱即刻买左个试试,又出奇地几好食😳当然一定唔可以同排晒大队果间比,口感味道食落都截然不同,当佢系一个得意既包食下都唔错😂法式牛奶布甸包 $13.5首先第一样唔同既地去系个包,大班唔系用硬身法包,系用偏软熟既包做布甸杯,所以见到介绍都系推荐冻食,唔洗纠结焗热返定雪冻佢既问题😂好处当然系唔会食到牙都软,硬身法包其实真系几难咬开,大班呢只一食就可以轻松一啖食晒包同布甸🍮🍞不过面包香味就欠奉喇,想食烟韧口感既朋友要失望了🙈另外布甸味道偏向牛奶同云尼拿,蛋味系零,其实都岩既,佢个名真系叫「牛奶布甸」嘛😂😂布甸几滑溜,唔算太甜,略嫌云尼拿味假左啲,如果有落云尼拿籽就可以加好多分🤤不过连锁野,都唔会期望太多🫣整体黎讲,大班既布甸包都唔差既,当佢系一个甜品都ok, 正所谓冇比较冇伤害,唔好期望太高反而会有惊喜🤭

冬至返屋企食饭,好想食D甜品,行过大班,谂起好少食呢间嘅蛋糕,因为分店唔够蛋于是行入去睇睇,见到有个焦糖炖蛋蛋糕,好想睇下系咩,唔通真系有焦糖炖蛋系入面?于是就买左黎试下啦。卖相都唔错,好似树头,半磅左右,最岩想食蛋糕,又唔洗食咁多嘅人。入面真系一层海绵蛋糕一层炖蛋,中间嘅cream唔算太厚,都唔会好漏,最出面果层cream先有焦糖味,要夹埋一齐食先食得出焦糖炖蛋味,不过都几好食,几特别。可以一试。

返工途中顺路买个早餐,呢期好兴茶味食物,行过呢间面包店,干净企理,地铁站内地方有限,面包都是交货的!我见有个绿色纸包蛋糕,已经预先密封包装好!一开始以为系班兰味(之前又有一轮好兴班兰)行近先知系绿茶!买一个做早餐!收银都好爽手,又有八达通比钱!唔错!返到公司,打开个包装,无乜味,咬一啖几松软,味道偏甜,无乜茶味,绿茶味本来较淡,好难先会出,所以厨师要以茶味做食物主题,好考调味技巧点样带出主题味道!今次好明显唔成功,只系一件绿色纸包蛋糕!但味道唔差,只系唔贴题!

There was strangely no queue outside Taipan Bread & Cakes, maybe because it was the evening . As I would like some bread for my breakfast tomorrow, I just bought myself a sausage roll and a "paper-wrapped" cake. In the morning, I put it in the microwave and make the sausage roll hotter, as I thought after heating it, it would produce a really nice soft texture. The salty sausage balanced with the bread really well which I really liked it. For the "paper-wrapped" cake, I loved it so much. It had a fluffy texture as well as a little bit of sweetness. Although the portion was quite small, I enjoyed having it.
