The long queue in Fairwood always my struggle not to pick it as breakfast. Seeing today acceptable crowds situation, I spent my breakfast in.Cashier staff was very nice and welcoming. Literally all the elderlies entering were old customers that cashier greeted them while remembering their regular orders. Even I as an unfamiliar customer, she still greeted me with big smile. Food as usual didn't take long. I ordered shanghai minced noodle with pan fried chicken and scrambled egg, serving with turnip cake. Everything was served in hot. Noodle was as usual very umami but oily. Eggs were smooth but not overdone (that's why it's their signature among all other commercialised fast food chain). Chicken were moist but slight salty. Turnip cake was a bit dense but not too bad. Overall, as expected, nothing wow. Not bad. A side not of giving the wrong utensils, but not a big problem. Another highlight was staff here were so helpful and passionate. Apart from the welcoming cashier, the clean lady was so helpful to arrange seats for elderlies. Meanwhile, being so efficient to clean the table, that's why not much seat waiting is needed. Staff from the bar was quick and working as a team. Atmosphere was pretty good that everybody worked hard on their role.Good job, North Point fairwood Team!
