This was perhaps, one of the most disappointing beef hotpots I have had in terms of meats. Being fairly quiet on an early Sunday evening, we decided to sit for a quick hotpot, mainly to have some beef and their awesome DIY waffle. How bad can the 198$ per head place be I asked myself? 1) only fat, no lean beef on the 198 menu. We’re talking about 90% white on the meat. I asked them to change it to something edible, to which the waitress brought me out something fatter. A literal joke.2) we were

2) we were seated so close to another table that I got my new shirt ruined from an accidental spatter from the neighbouring table
3) there was no attempt from the staff to resolve this incident. And on top of that, I was presented a plate of beef fat.
4) a weekend extra 10% charge in addition to a 10% service charge was added to the bill. Despite my ruined T shirt and no real edible beef consumption.
