Been here a few times for dim sum already and it’s always delicious, so we came back again for dinner on Father’s Day. Although the place was very packed, both the food quality and serving time remained excellent. No doubt we’ll revisit again to try more dishes.🥂Foie Gras Mousse Cube $158The foie gras mousse was encased in Huadiao wine jelly, and the flavours burst out with the first bite. The wine aroma lingered pleasantly for minutes afterward.🥂Chilled Abalones with Pomelo $148We’ve had this a few times before and it’s consistently delicious. Beautifully presented with a dry ice effect, the abalone was tender and the pomelo underneath was delightfully sweet.🥂Marinated Duck Tongue with Chinese Herbs $98We order this every time we visit. It’s marinated just right and packed with flavour.🥂Smoked Yellow Croaker with Longjing Tea Flavour $118We didn’t expect much from its appearance, but it turned out to be surprisingly tasty. The strong smoked aroma paired nicely with the subtle Longjing tea notes, creating a rich taste.🥂Flaming Whelks $158Prepared tableside with a flaming effect. The whelks sat in a bowl of sea salt, and the waiter flambéed them with Moutai. Unlike the usual boiled version, this kept their natural flavour beautifully with no sauce needed.🥂Double-boiled Black Chicken Soup $118With black garlic, wolfberries, and yam, the soup was naturally sweet and deeply nourishing. It’s perfect for anyone who loves traditional Chinese soups.🥂Deep-fried Crispy Fish Maw Steak $338The fish maw steak paired surprisingly well with the fermented organic fresh tomato paste, such an inventive and delicious combination.🥂Stewed Beef Spare Rib, Papaya Jacket $288First time trying this pairing. The beef rib was incredibly tender, and the sweet papaya helped balance out the richness of the meat.🥂Braised Lobster with E-fu Noodles in Superior Soup $1556The lobster was huge, juicy, and springy.
