壽司喰 (已搬遷) 新店位置

都去過很多次，應該都要寫返個食評啦。大部分時間我來都係唔使我比錢嘅，但今次自己出錢就有啲覺得唔抵。總體而言，食品價格過高。我order左個壽set（約200元）,數量是如此之小。有一件壽司重細過我尾指。以新鮮度而言，只是不過不失，比連鎖回轉店好小小。比我揀，我寧願去銅鑼灣嘅天膳，今村之類。我的朋友叫刺身set，它睇起來比我的好。不過，我仍然不認為值$2XX。不管怎麼說，我都認為這個地方係比business人去然後claim公數，不大關心值唔值。幾個優點可以提提嘅。首先，食物order左後好快就到，我的不到5分鐘（實際上可以是好是壞，這意味著他們之前一早整定）。其次，相比其他日本餐廳，他們有更多的選擇。大約都有10個午餐set.

I have been to Sushi Kuu a few times but always had a la carte as I didn't even know they offered omakase. The last time I was here I sat at the sushi bar which is always my fave place to sit at Japanese restaurants if you are there with just one other person. 前幾日同朋友食開年飯，佢嘅set lunch一向唔錯，今次我哋叫咗個雜錦魚生飯，同埋和牛飯。坐正喺sushi bar前，師傅周不時對我哋笑，好有襯切感。睇住佢為我哋準備魚生飯，一路睇一路流口水。呢個雜錦魚生飯超豐富，魚生亦好鮮甜，真係一分錢一分貨，二百零蚊唔算貴啦。 同樓上果間垃圾大喜屋簡直係兩回事！友人叫咗和牛飯，牛肉好淋，啲汁亦好濃味，再配埋個湯烏冬一般女士可能食唔晒。另外叫咗兩個甜品，我就比較鐘意牛奶布甸嘞。

日本菜乃小弟摯愛, 中環午餐又是不貴的選擇~是日, 吃吧店在威靈頓廣場樓上,其實挺方便的入內,又是第一個客人, 在BAR台旁坐下, 熱茶己上, 先暖胃, 點一個壽司定食($190)環境是不錯的, 有高級壽司店的感覺,走MODERN風上菜挺快的, 每件都有水準, 新鮮感滿意特別要讚蝦,吞拿赤身, 玉子蝦很爽口, 肉有層次感, 好貸吞拿赤身極肥美, 已接近TORO, 咬勁加甘膄, 正~玉子是我喜歡的風味, 凍, 層層分明, 有些玉子有過熟的蛋味, 這一點都沒有葉子在下有見城的感覺, 水準本人覺得不相上下(以這一壽司定食)後來的烏冬也很好吃, 湯很清, 軟Q順口,可跟主打烏冬的店子比美.滿足就是這樣簡單一定再來

Reservations are a must at this popular eatery!The sky high prices means that Sushi Kuu is a treat to satisfy that craving once in awhile. 中環威靈頓街2-8號M88上面有幾間日本餐廳，同事們食Lunch比較喜歡去Saikou，因為坐得舒服、份量豐富又價錢合理。Sushi Kuu相對比較貴，不過環境及服務都不錯，魚生非常新鮮，值回票價。是日我第一次去壽司喰，友人是常客，所以特別推介雜錦魚生Set，嘩，真的很肥美又新鮮… 女生朋友點了壽司Set，賣相亦相當吸引，可是最終發現不飽，想點綠茶mousse作甜品，卻又沒有，掃興。我點了銀鱈魚Set，有飯又有烏冬，相對較飽，銀鱈魚燒得剛好，而且非常滑，個人覺得麵鼓湯有點咸，不過應該是正宗的味道。希望下次有機會試甜品吧！

最近睇新聞，見到有所謂婚姻專家話港男開始出現「小飛俠候群症」，又話港女有趨勢向港男「逆求婚」，仲自掏腰包付酒席訂金。咁又係，有邊位港女唔想脫離「豬扒」及「剩女」之名？是日品嘗了正宗「滑蛋豬扒飯」，一解思鄉之愁。。。豬扒分量與賣相均恰到好處，完全品嚐到豬扒的原始真味。「雜錦魚生飯」另一半的選擇。看外貌就已很不錯，本少爺試了兩口，刺身帶一份濃郁海洋鮮味，不錯不錯。查實本少爺是否也有「小飛俠候群症」呢 ?

對上一次到Sushi Kuu用膳已經是08年的事，印象中魚生飯一流，熱葷也不賴。最近幾次想舊地重遊，碰巧次次fully booked；昨日突然想起今日約定中環友人午飯小聚，姑且一試，終於book到枱。要了一客雜錦海鮮飯，友人叫了咖哩吉列豬排飯及刺身定食。Set lunch menu上的三寶飯 ($380+10%) 寫明有海膽、三文魚子及吞拿魚腩，所以早就沒有寄望，當中任何一樣會出現在較便宜的雜錦海鮮飯 ($240+10%) 裡。上菜時，卻又喜出望外：除了上述三寶外，更有凍蟹鉗、巨型虎蝦、肥美帶子及多種刺身，通通新鮮可口，唯獨是虎蝦肉質稍嫌不夠爽脆；配上軟硬適中、醋酸度相宜的壽司飯，以及人手鮮製wasabi，難怪Sushi Kuu午膳時間長年滿座。友人說刺身定食很不錯，另一位卻對咖哩吉列豬排飯不置好評。Sushi Kuu的強項還是歸壽司刺身所有。入座率說明一切，縱使單價偏高，室內裝潢經時間洗禮後疲態畢露，如此有水準的日本料理，還是會獲食客追捧。

Sushi Kuu is my favourite of the various Japanese restaurants in LKF to grab a quick lunch. At lunch yesterday we went for their typical set lunches and were impressed by them.I went for the beef set which came out promptly and with expertly cooked medium rare strips. My friend's sets were similarly good.On the downside it has the typical LKF atmosphere at lunch - crazy and harried with forgetful waiters. We came here purposely for their 海鮮魚生飯 ..... as it's hard to find one that taste like the one we love the most in Tokyo. It's good that we went during lunch time, as they have lunch set for $220, else on the menu, for the same rice is $320. The ingredients were very fresh, and gave us the same satisfied feeling that we had before in Japan. Now we don't need to wait for our next Japan trip for this 海鮮魚生飯 la!

老板今天请我们吃圣诞餐。同事说要吃日本菜。虽然圣诞餐吃日本菜有点怪怪的，不过无所谓啦。有朋友介绍这间日本料理。说不错。3 个人点了： deluxe sushi $460 - 6 款， 每款俩片。新鲜。不过不是特别肥美。 银雪鱼set lunch $170 - OK 啦。又是没特别。不过饭跟鱼都不是很热。暖暖的。吃得不太开心。 sukiyaki beef set lunch $170 - 数是热吧。料满多。牛肉就比不上平常火锅的肥牛。有点硬。跟lunch set 来的还有udon 1 碗。Udon 有点 fishy... Dont know why.
