今日与家人一行十人在长洲过圣诞,本来book了夜晚BBQ,但因天气太冻,转了去基地打边炉。叫了一个沙嗲拼清汤锅,食物叫了美国肥牛,韭菜饺,手打四宝丸,山根,响聆,牛骨髓,牛栢叶,滑鸡件,虾滑,芝心丸,乌冬,西洋菜,生菜等等。估不到这间好似街坊食堂的餐厅,很有以前港式大排档风味。沙嗲唔算辣但好惹味,亦无味精感觉,用来渌肥牛,整块肥牛挂上沙嗲汁,根本不用点鼓油也很够味。另外的惊喜是鸡件,很够滑,四宝丸及虾滑够弹牙,乌冬是烟韧的手打款。这餐非常满足,估不到坐在街边也食到有质素的边款,而且价钱算便宜,值得推介!

基地系长洲居民介绍我地食既泰菜+ 火锅店🍲 疫情前食过已经觉得好唔错! 今次再翻桌 ,都系食火锅☺️ 餐牌密密麻麻超多选择, 值得注意既系, 店舖价格比较平, 调味料例如蒜头HKD6 、芫荽都系要另外叫~ 汤底拣左四川麻辣锅(小辣)约HKD108 , 味道几地道! 唔会系出面街一色一样有成寸油系面既麻辣锅, 或者好重牛膻味既牛油麻辣。 锅底一上枱已经好香, 辣为主 ,麻比较少。 小辣对我黎讲已经好够,食到西洋菜 , 已经刻意渌好短时间,但都辣到饮左大半杯偏甜既芭乐沙冰🥵 所以啲西洋菜食左一次已经被迫放弃🥲 但汤底味道系欣赏既~Highlight ✨ 手切鲜肥牛 (细) 约HKD198 叫份细既, 系得只碟细, 其实都铺左2-3层! 2 人食绝对足够‼️ 牛肉鲜红色, 肥瘦适中,食落唔会好漏又唔鞋口🥰 好满意醉鸡件 - 可能我地叫左麻辣锅, 花雕味唔出,但鸡件都滑身鲜肥鹅肠- 切得比较细条, 渌完就冇哂咩净🤣 日本带子 - 呢个记得HKD68 有6 只连裙边既带子都几抵除左食海鲜、去cafe , 下次去长洲都可以试下啲地道铺头😋😋

这次是我第二次在长洲吃晚餐 上一次吃了很划算的海鲜餐 这次就来吃吃看火锅好了🥰这边除了吃火锅 也有在做泰菜~所以汤底选择也有冬阴功汤底🥰(但我那天不能吃太辣🥹)最后就只点了沙嗲汤底🤓食材质素不过不失~羊肉片够膻我蛮喜欢的🤓鲜四宝丸跟云吞是蛮有惊喜的🥰鲜鸡件肉质也很嫩👍🏻最开心是有玉米笋可以点🤣

今日我哋四人两啤入咗嚟长洲book咗房玩,晚上同长洲朋友八人一行一起食晚饭。平时我哋嚟呢度必食呢一个恐龙蛋,呢个恐龙蛋真系好好食,个皮真系好脆同埋味道一流又热辣辣一客有四件,我哋一叫就叫咗两客。呢个泰式凤爪大大只又入味,平时就算唔堂食,都会经过叫佢个外卖又酸又辣正前菜前菜我哋都仲有嗌咗个木瓜沙律开下胃,木瓜爽甜清甜呢个泰式拼盘食落去就真系麻麻哋啦,个咖喱鸡嘅精髓就系得个咖喱汁,用嚟送呢个薄饼一流薄饼我哋都叫咗两份当饭咁食呢个生菜包猪颈肉个味道就真系好一般,平时我哋呢就一定系食开恐龙蛋,泰式凤爪,木瓜沙律同薄饼,其他𠮶啲送我哋都系有时人多先会再嗌嘅,普普通通。反而呢个鱼种都可以,最主要系因为佢个鱼食材新鲜,外脆内滑,几好
