This is a place which offers a good choice of 'siu choi' dishes for dinner. Typical Cantonese dinner includes 'siu choi' to accompany rice. Menu only in Chinese.Tried and tested -Chinese Sauerkraut FishIngredients for this dish were ok, just felt the soup missed the mark on flavour, personally not sour enough.Crispy fried beef brisketGood flavour to the beef, batter was thin and crispy and meat was tender.Stir fried chives with dried seafood.Good flavour to this dish with the chives not being overcookedBoiled Beef Sichuan style. A fair amount of beef with a moderate spice level. Not over greasy as it can be.Spicy Chinese chicken pot. Can be eaten as a main or request stock to be added to turn into hotpot. Flavour to the chicken was deep, not too spicy with all other ingredients in the pot taking in all the flavours.Seafood and mixed vegetable pot. 呢度既小菜, 比较有特色,味道都唔错, 价钱又平, 所以而家成日都会嚟食。之前都有食佢嘅 肥肠鸡煲, 鸡煲嘅配料好惹味, 肥肠好好食。 不过今次 试下其他小菜, 叫咗个咕噜肉, 咕噜肉外脆内软,好好食。 仲有乳鸽都唔差, 鲜嫩可口。 店员推介 我哋食唔记得咗叫咩鸡 话每日系得几只, 我哋都叫咗一只, 果然系好好味, 食得出系新鲜嘅鸡味, 肉质有少少弹性, 腌制嘅味道适中, 真系几好味。不过都要弹佢嘅地方, 因为地方比较细小,所以坐得唔系好舒服, 同埋环境卫生比较差, 不过以佢嘅价钱同食物质素 ,呢啲都可以忍受既 继续阅读

食鸡煲唔一定要食放题,今日个FD带咗我嚟呢间圆老爷鸡煲小厨,除咗食鸡煲同D火锅料之外,都仲可以食到好多唔同嘅小菜,冇咁DRY嘛!麻辣重庆鸡煲 $128 半只,2个人食份量中等啦,特制嘅鸡煲酱够香,辣就唔系特别辣,食完可以加料做火锅,不过我地留返个肚食其他野香煎特色墨鱼饼,煎得好香,表皮金黄,食落热辣辣又好咬口够弹牙点埋个泰式辣酱食就好开胃啦凉拌猪耳,凉拌汁做得唔错,D猪耳又好咬感够爽脆,仲搭配好多青瓜条安格斯牛肋条多士,呢个真系劲好食,个多士唔会太厚但系超香同酥脆,中间仲有块芝士,上面安格斯牛肋条嘅肉质非常嫩口冇筋,成件事又juicy又香脆双重口感,非常推介呢一款! 继续阅读

约左朋友去元朗食饭倾计,佢帮我订左间小店食鸡煲+水煮鱼,佢话呢间平时都几爆下,walk in未必有位,性价比高亦相当唔错入到黎当然要试几款招牌菜啦,麻辣重庆鸡煲(半只+小辣),3个人食都好够食,佢地既鸡煲酱喺自家制,食落有齐鸡煲要有既香、麻、辣原素,无得弹呀!食完鸡煲其实仲可以叫配料打边炉,奈可太饱啦,今次就PASS住先~酸菜龙趸球,酸菜鱼味道层次丰富又足料,咸酸菜加上多种辣椒,胡椒,加埋芽菜同薯粉连汤一齐食,非常惹味,最重要喺店舖用龙趸球取代一般既平价鱼片,肉质结实而且啖啖肉,好食!仲叫左个豆腐皮蛋,开胃解腻每人都系百零蚊就捧腹而回,下次都会再黎食 继续阅读
