两个人叫了半只鸡煲,配上年糕,猪肚和土豆。鸡肉和配菜都超级新鲜。真材实料,香辣可口。分量也很有诚意。土豆和年糕在锅里煮的有点久,和辣椒还有花椒黏在一起,吃起来竟然香脆中带著焦香。绝对是在香港吃过最好吃的鸡煲!一定会再来。另外,不太能吃辣的朋友可以要小辣或微辣,如果觉得太辣可以和要一碗清汤来涮走些辣味,很贴心有没有第一次在open rice上给好评,之前都觉得很麻烦要写长篇大论,但是难得遇上这样的好食物和好老板,惊艳了我的舌头和味蕾,一定要推荐给大家。
