Oh, Four Seasons in Yau Ma Tei, where do I even start? 🙄 This so-called “authentic” Hong Kong restaurant promised a taste of tradition but delivered a greasy, flavorless mess that left me questioning my life choices. I tried the Clay Pot Rice with Chinese Sausage, Shiitake Mushrooms, and Tender Chicken (腊肠北菇滑鸡), Clay Pot Rice with White Eel (白鳝), and the Crispy Oyster Pancake (煎蚝饼), and let’s just say I won’t be rushing back. 🚫🍽️The Clay Pot Rice with Chinese Sausage, Shiitake Mushrooms, and Tender Chicken arrived with a sad fizzle instead of a sizzle. The rice was a soggy, oily puddle, with a crust that tasted like burnt regret. 😖 The chicken was tough, the sausage was bland, and the mushrooms? They must’ve forgotten them because I barely noticed any flavor. It was like eating a greasy afterthought. 🤢The Clay Pot Rice with White Eel was no better. The eel was rubbery, swimming in a pool of oil that made my stomach churn. 🐟💦 The rice lacked any fragrance, and the “crispy” bits were just chewy disappointments. I’m still trying to forget the greasy film it left in my mouth. 😩And the Crispy Oyster Pancake? More like a greasy frisbee! 🦪🥴 It was so oily I could’ve used it to lubricate my car. The oysters were tiny, tasteless, and lost in a doughy, over-fried mess. The “tangy” sauce was just a sad drizzle of something vaguely sour. Yawn. 😑The service? Oh, don’t get me started. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by taking my order, with zero smiles or warmth. 🙅‍♂️ The vibe was chaotic and unwelcoming, like they couldn’t wait for us to leave. Spoiler: we couldn’t wait to leave either! 🚪💨Dear tourists, save your money and your appetite. Four Seasons is a trap—greasy food, poor service, and zero Hong Kong charm. 避雷!避雷!避雷!重要的事情说三遍!几年以前我住在旺角附近,经常来吃,也经常带朋友来吃。那时候到饭点基本上都要排长队。味道、分量都挺好的。这次两个朋友来香港,我差不多有两年没去了,所以想带他们试试香港的传统大排档煲仔饭。昨天晚上到四季煲仔饭的时候,店里居然空空荡荡,只有我们一桌。我还奇怪这是我什么,因为也快到饭点的时候了。您看到后面就知道知道什么原因。我们三个人点了腊鸭排骨饭,白鳝滑鸡饭,蚝饼,还有一个蔬菜通心菜。口味:口味:差!分量少,味道烂。米的质量也烂。煲仔饭讲究的是粒粒分明,晶莹剔透,入口略带Q弹,有一丝丝米粉自带的清香甜味儿。这里的米吃起来完全就是干而无味。点了腊鸭排骨饭,排骨居然只有可怜的3小块。一条腊鸭腿切成大块,咸得要死,还嚼不动。白鳝滑鸡饭只有酱油味,饭还夹生。蚝饼里的生蚝生蚝炸太过了,太干。腐乳通菜时弄了一坨腐乳,通菜水煮了一下蘸着吃的⋯这…。因为确实色香味都不行,当时忘了给煲仔饭拍照了⋯只拍了最开始的通菜和蚝饼.环境:环境:桌子油漆斑驳,塑料筷子,塑料杯子,最廉价的那种椅子。请看图。服务:服务:不能给他们提意见,态度老凶了。我朋友出门后跟我说还害怕,以为老板要打我们性价比:性价比:巨差!!!平均每份100多的煲仔饭。吃了一嘴劣质食物。 继续阅读

我看到许多食评都很差,过去的经验还不错,所以决定试一试!一到门口就觉得有些问题,因为客人不多。我点了白鳝排骨煲仔饭、润肠和通菜。两位店员看起来都没有什么精神,似乎在等著下班。通菜先上,有个塑胶盖盖著,这样的呈现很有趣。揭开盖子后,通菜看起来应该是加了水煮的,加了一些腐乳。通菜本身的质素不错,但可能煮得太久,还有半碟水分。吃了两口,算是将就吧。白鳝排骨饭在大约10分钟后送到,店员说需要再焗10分钟后才能加酱油。我有点心急,五分钟后就打开盖子,看到两块排骨、三片半的白鳝和一条润肠。摸了锅子,并不热,饭还算热的。除了豉酱味,白鳝几乎没有任何味道可言。这次的经验证实了那些负评并不是空穴来风,感到非常可惜。曾经四季在这里排著长队,如今却变成这样。如果不想经营,就干脆关门吧,不要影响游客对香港美食的印象。完! 继续阅读

突然想食煲仔饭,经过见到呢间舖头好似好地道咁,就谂住入去试下。入到佢啲伙记已经劲冇礼貌一黎就掟个号码牌落台,不过算啦食得呢啲都预咗。落咗单之后足足等咗半个几钟,先上个蚝饼,再等多咗几个字先有渌菜同煲仔饭。蚝饼好普通油益味好重,个菜就普普通通,个饭基本上就系蒸饭,冇饭先可以个底㶶晒,好大阵㶶味又唔系饭焦,啲饭又湿,茶楼蒸饭仲好食过佢,啲𩠌又少,讲紧成90几蚊一个煲仔饭。真系越食越谷鬼气,又贵又难食仲要等咁耐。食完返去仲要肚屙,唉。睇返先知以前仲要排队食,到底一间咁差嘅餐厅点解可以生存咁耐都仲有咁多人食... 继续阅读

细细个成日食,以前真系高质煲仔饭。咁岩经过庙街,想怀念儿时味道,点知中晒大伏,伏伏伏伏伏。等劲耐,又贵,都算啦。蚝饼无左以前种蛋香味,得油味。凤爪排骨煲仔饭打开个盖,入面水汪汪,仲湿过屋企电饭煲煮出黎既饭。焗完10分钟,都系好多水,入面都系湿嘅。无饭焦。凤爪排骨仲差过酒楼既,排骨得骨,无肉。凤爪无味。蚝饼夹硬食晒,饭食左1/3,就无食。搞左成个半钟,食唔饱,最后出去食M记,M记都好食过佢。真心失望,食唔返以前既儿时回忆。 继续阅读
